Always efficient service. James considers packing and shipping as an art form. As an artist, I ship paintings all over the country, and have never had a mishap. UPS employees in that store are always knowledgeable, friendly, and task-oriented. If you want your package to get there, try this excellent store!

I’m not one to leave a bad review only after one bad experience, but I always leave this UPS location with a bad taste. Honestly, every time I have come here I don’t have a pleasant experience. I only come to this store for Amazon returns and maybe that’s why the customer service is not that great. I feel like an inconvenience coming into their store and requesting a service. Maybe they’re better with the packing and shipping services.Also, be aware that they don’t take returns after 5pm.

The team at this UPS location is beyond spectacular!! I come in often for Amazon returns and occasionally for work as our organization frequently needs fragile artwork, marketing material, and electronics delivered outside of the area. It doesnt matter what day or time I come in, I am always greeted upon arrival by one of the team members; theres a huge pile of Amazon returns which they handle swiftly; and theres usually a lot of foot traffic- Im assuming in large part due to the efficiency here.Additionally, I can always rely on this hard working, awesome, friendly, professional team to consistently ship out my organizations packages almost always with a deadline (from fragile artwork, heavy marketing material, or expensive electronics) safely and swiftly each time. Not only that, but they are willing to go above and beyond with their customer service by answering my many questions about arrival dates, shipping costs, and packaging options.In my most recent visit, I had called and spoken to James regarding the possibility of having some large wooden signs sent to the east coast. James said he would absolutely be able to complete the project safely and properly. He was even willing to adjust the package to work within my budget. Of course the package arrived as promised on time. I am super grateful for James who is super knowledgable, a driven leader, and extremely hard worker who (always) exceed my expectations!I always look forward to stopping by this location and believe all the employees, including James, Obi, Andre, and Connor are distinguished individuals within the team and invaluable assets to the company.

I’m so impressed with the service at store 4465. Logan and James went out of their way to help me out on what was a very difficult day for me. They were kind and generous with their time in resolving my issue. I am grateful that I have access to such a great store! Thanks 4465!

Jee i’m not even sure where to start. James is just an amazing help and goes above and beyond to consistently provide stellar service. You can tell he cares about his job, far more than any other ups stores in my area. The employees are well trained and knowledgeable in all fields!

Awesome store and amazing employees!! I go in their a lot with amazon returns and not only did they help me with my packages but also had some of the best customer service out of any place Ive ever been too!! Only complaint was I couldn’t give this store more stars!!

Made it a really quick trip to drop off a prepaid and printed labeled package. I asked for a receipt and received one on my way out. However, the receipt showed I dropped off a 21LB package when what I dropped off was just 0.7LBS! So, I went back in to get a proper receipt. It turns out that the attendant weighed another package and gave me a receipt for that! Wow! You just have to be careful with what you get and double check if the receipt is important. I took a couple of stars away due to the careless mistake.

Patient and professional. They went above and beyond to help us with our Amazon returns that we didnt have boxes for. Very kind by helping us with lifting since we were busy juggling our baby and return barcodes. Calm, efficient service even when very busy.

Super friendly staff! Alan is very hard working, always very professional and dedicated to providing quick and accurate services. I often see him greet customers by name, myself included, even if I havent been there in quite some time. The pricing is a little high, but you also have the option to ship with USPS from this location. The convenience and pleasantness of this store make it worth it for me to avoid the post office lines!

This store likes to close earlier than the 6:30 close time. Got there at 6:25 to drop off my labeled packages and they were entirely closed (gate closed inside and not one person to be seen). Not a good experience considering time is essential to UPS.

The young kids working there both male either stole my package I had them box or UPS lost it. Either way I don’t recommend this store or using UPS for anything. A 500 dollar musical instrument was stolen or lost.

I had a box at this store a number of years ago, but needed assistance recently with a package delivery and Lydia could not have been more helpful. It was a quick reminder of why I used this location back then and would definitely recommend them to anyone needed shipping services in the SC area. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very poor customer service. I understand packages occasionally get lost in the mail, but I do not understand how the UPS store manager thinks it is ok to blame the customer?? I was just accused of writing the wrong address on my package which I mailed to the home I was raised in my whole life. I know my own address. I was disrespected and treated very badly for a package being lost by UPS. I will NEVER do business again at this store and will not recommend that anyone else use this store. It will be well worth it to travel out of you way to ANY of the other shipping companies where the customer is treated with respect and receives an apology when a package is lost.

I stopped back in to ask why the package I had shipped with them wouldnt arrive Friday but instead the next Tuesday and if there was a way to expedite. The employee could not have cared less about my issue and gave me the no guarenteed delivery lecture. No customer service - no courtesy - no interest in my shipping delay. There are other shipping options available locally.

Allen or Alan was very unprofessional he was being rude to the customer infront of me and then to me when I was only trying to verify if the address i have was the one he had. He has to work with his customer service or get another job😡 ps i know you cant give us private info but i was just trying to verify the plave address and suite number because we were making a delivery to an address we couldnt find all i was asking for was an address

Employees locked the door a few minutes before the 3:00pm closing time. Myself and another customer were waiting outside for at least 5 minutes, and when another customer exited we walked in at 3:01pm and were told by multiple employees that they were closed. I am a stickler for rules but this was terribly poor customer service.

This UPS store # 4465 at 1001 Avenida Pico # C, San Clemente, CA 92673 has a homemade sign saying that they don’t take Amazon returns after 5PM. They are open till 6:30PM. At least three employees were sitting in the back doing absolutely nothing. Maybe they should just close the store at 5 PM.
