Negligent - One star is too generous. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!! We brought family heirloom jade statues to this store to be shipped across country. They charged us over $400 to ship them in China boxes and when the boxes arrived a week later they were crushed and every piece of jade was broken. We only insured each box for $1000 and it is all ruined.It was the worst packing job I have ever seen - a toddler would have done a better job. No bubble wrap or other padding at the bottom of the boxes (how stupid can you be?!), poorly wrapped each item, no packing between items, and the boxes were smashed and crushed.Shame on UPS for allowing this go on. We trusted the experts to take care of this.

The representative took the time to hold the office open going the extra mile to provide excellent service. Due to some illness Id been working all day to get the packages ready and I drove as fast as possible to make the 5 pm cutoff as I arrived the rep said Yes even though it was after 5 pm he would support my shipment. I was so relieved. Thank You!

The friendliest customer service from Brian Romofsky. He was exceptional! A pleasant man to have working for UPS. He is very knowledgeable and kind and definitely took the time to roll my fingerprints correctly.

I’m new to the area and had to get a background check done yesterday for a interview, and stepped into this UPS store. I believe it was this one. haha Anyway let me tell you it was the best experience ever. I mean UPS never seems to fail me, but hands down this location was amazing. I stumped them with a question and the two men was on it. The manager as well. Nothing but smiles and friendly faces the entire time. John was very gentle doing the finger prints for me and helped me relax just by having a conversation with me. Thank You John! I hope to see you around again!

Ive worked with this store off and on and theyre always polite, professional and Ive always been impressed with how knowledgeable they all are.Recently I worked with Alex on a project and it was so easy to work with him. He digested my words, figured out the best way for me to set up files to accomplish my goals, etc. I did what he said, and it was THE perfect, no problem job ever...a rarity and greatly appreciated! Thanks UPS store for having a valued, quality person like Alex to help us consumers out.

Update:Best service Ive ever gotten from a UPS location, both in individual visits and long-term service. The staff is attentive, cares very much about customer experience, and has gone the extra mile on many occasions. I come in every few months for fliers or posters or unusual art projects, and theyve been extremely accommodating every time. They take extra time to verify youre getting the product and the quality you need, and are happy to suggest alternate solutions if you need additional help.I had never met Alex before, but he is a wonderful manager and you can tell he takes great pride in running the store well. His employees also personally care about their work even when Alex is not there. I make it a point to use this location.Corporate UPS still needs to fix their website (I stand by my comments in my original review), but as far as individual print locations go (and Ive worked with many in this area), this is my favorite. I just email my design files to the store directly, with directions for the format I want printed, and they take care of it from there. Five stars for every visit for the last 2 years.========================Previous post:Ive used UPS a lot for fliers and print over the years and have always been super satisfied with the staff and the print quality. I usually go in person to have my fliers printed off, but today I had a lot to do, so I tried to streamline the process and upload a large poster online.Im not a professional graphic designer, but neither am I a noob-- but HOLY COW I have never seen a worse user interface for uploading a file. Even as a former computer tech I could not figure out their system. In terms of usability it was appalling-- and I dont use that term lightly. It was so convoluted to upload a simple file that I ended up starting a Chat with the staff, and then she had to walk me through the upload process because that wasnt intuitive either. It looks like they tried to design the process to be so idiot-proof they made it customer-proof.I was trying to save time by using the online upload feature but its eaten up so much more... I was never able to get the uploader to work, even when using templates from the website. It makes me sad because this feature could be amazing. UPS, Please revisit your uploading process and make it more intuitive to upload a finished file.

The guys in here are always really kind, patient, and professional. There are some younger guys working in here who I’ve observed to be super patient with customers who bring in difficult or time consuming projects. I’ve also seen them act really professional when customers are less than courteous. The line always moves quickly and they are extremely helpful.

They will ship your items via USPS without telling you and if lost blame it on you rather than accepting that they made a communication error. There’s a reason someone walks into UPS and not USPS to ship their items. Female manager blames her employees mistakes on the customer and shows no understanding or compassion for a valuable lost package. No wonder she’s still stuck working at a UPS store in her old age with manners like that. Don’t go here, wish there was a zero star option.
