I needed to get something dropped off on Sunday, as I was not going to have the time on Monday.The UPS Store, where I was at, was open until 3pm.I pulled up just as the clock hit 3.I raced to the door, expecting to be turned away, but the woman working (Shawn? Sean?) kindly opened the door and took my package and label, telling me not to worry about it.So very grateful that there are still people willing to go above and beyond, and do it with a smile, in this world.

Every time I try to have an Amazon return they try to charge me for a box or something... I take the same package to another ups store and they take it.... it happened twice already. If my packaging isnt correct why other ups would take it and why there isnt any problem with the return?? Obviously the staff was told to squeeze money out of people any chance they get.

They overcharge me with the max rate they can.Prepare and educate yourself on the package if you want to send a parcel.If you dont know, they easily charge you double! I have never had this type of experience in other branches.Besides, staff were helpful and well behaved.Update Jul 2023:Since the owner replied to me about the new ownership, I changed the stars to the natural 3 stars, and after in person confirmation, Ill update or remove this reviewThanks for the reply and your efforts to be a good business new owner!Update Aug 2023:I had chance to reach to this business under new management, they are caring young people with energetic, fast and welcome sprite. improve the rate from 3 stars to 5 and wish them success in the business

This is the best UPS store in the valley. Owner/Manager Ranajeet is professional and mild mannered and April and the others who work here are fast and attentive. Also notary services available and mail boxes for rent.

The best. Great courteous professional service. Have been with this UPS store for many years, and they have always come through. From packaging and shipping a 5x7 painting to forwarding my mail internationally and much more, never an error and always a friendly smile. Thank you.

Takes them 4 plus hours to scan your boxes in if you have a PO box. Theyre very polite there though. Previous owner had boxes scanned in within the hour

The parking was easy and the employees were nice but your service is only as good as your tools. Because the printer didnt work I was there 20 minutes longer than I needed to be.

This is probably the best UPS Store in Tarzana. As I looked through the older reviews, I came to realize again that, unfortunately, the only people who actually take the time to leave a review are the few unhappy customers.Overall, I have been using this location for a little over a year now on a daily basis. And in my experience, the store manager has been beyond nice and professional to me time after time.Ultimately, I thought I should mention that I almost have never asked for a receipt at this location and my packages have always arrived to their deatination in time.I understand that Im probably one of the few happy customers whove taken the time to share their positive experience. But unfortunately, that is exactly the way these review systems work. People just dont want to take the time to say anything about a business, unless their experience has been a negative one.Really hopes this helps you choose the right UPS Store for your needs.

I used to send my package from other ups store and never had problems with anything. This time I had to send the package out by March 17TH and I sent it by this stor on MSRCH 15TH and not their charges was extremely higher then my regular store I used ro go to, yet unfortunately they lost my package ( even I used tracking mail packages for next 2 _3 biz days) and I had to be on the phone almost 2 hrs today to find my packages !! I have to wait next 3 to 4 days to find out where is my documents. I am so stressed and upset 😡😫. If you have very important business and documents I WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!

Used them once, had an insurance on the package that was damaged, the claim was supposed to be filed by the UPS Store manager/owner, she was not professional whatsoever and it took me 4 months and 100+ phone calls before UPS Company suggested me to file a complaint against this UPS Store! As soon I filed a complaint UPS Company paid me my insurance. UPS Store Manager /owner is completely unprofessional with poor English.

Talk about customer service! The courtesy and kindness demonstrated by employee Daniella was so welcoming. So appreciative of her helping me through what could have been a tedious process of having to go home and print out a shipping label and returning to the store that I received for a package I needed to send out. I was in and out with time to spare. Will definitely be returning. Simply thank you.

Second issue I have had at this location. Both were non deliveries. The first one I didnt get a receipt for my rug I dropped off so that was my fault. Please get a receipt for drop offs. The second Att drop off I have a receipt and it didnt get delivered. No tracking number but I do have a reference number thank God. Not going here again even though its around the corner from me. Bad business!!!

If you want them to lose your package, go ahead and use them. Never before did I have problem with amazon returns till I dropped off there. Big mistake and big headache. Go anywhere else!

Sent my assistant to this UPS store to box 6 glass items with bubble wrap. 4 glasses, a glass shaker and a bottle of liquor was charged $40.00. A box, bubble wrap and to tape the box. Then when my assistant asked for three day delivery she was told they dont have three day but have over night. She called me I said three day, she was again told no three day, I said ok two day. They couldnt tell me my costs from my account. When my assistant returned I called to find out why it was so much money just to box, bubble and tape?! They replied thats the cost for fragile items. Ok, so why cant it be sent three day? I was told they didnt have three day labels, I said when will you get three day labels? and she replied we wont have them. We dont offer three day delivery in this location.Im all about making money. But price gouging is not acceptable. I do not recommend this location to anyone!

Wow. Since when did it cost $1 to print a single black and white plain sheet page? They werent even printed in color or on a label sheet yes the cost was still $1 per page! Of course they dont have their prices posted anywhere and their supposed self service computer and copier were broken so they took my USB to print the 2 pages. They came out of the regular printer like all the other basic print jobs. I was shocked. I told the teller since no prices were posted Id assumed it would be between. 10 and. 50 cent max, but $2 was all of the money I had left. The teller looked at me like i had 4 heads then proceeded to take the two $1 bills I was clutching and shrug her shoulders like I shouldntbe bothered. Wontever be comingback here again..

The service from Daniella was amazing. 🙌🔝I’m not sure how u people are giving this place bad reviews. Pretty sure nobody that’s has a good experience leaves reviews. Super fast. Super courteous. She even boxed up my stuff without me asking !

Never EVER use this store.I was just charged $15/per package for having them sent there to pickup. ($45 in total).Ridiculous to hold someone’s packages hostage so you have to pay their fees!!!Be forewarned friends.

I have been using this place for over a decade, and they have been consistently wonderful and attentive the entire time. There is pride of ownership and hard work. Excellent customer support if you need anything. Highly recommend.

Not very helpful...UPS ...a company you should be able to count on for pickup and delivery of items...refuses to pickup...No one can pick anything up for 4-5 weeks....no alternatives, no other info. Hmmm...Im making a long distance purchase....This is NOT helpful!!

I Like UPS overall as a company, and think they have good service, however this UPS is by far the worst. They are very poorly managed, and if you can, I would highly recommend going to a different UPS location if possible!
