Today I was being assisted by an elderly male who works at the UPS store. I was bringing two packages - one of which was covered in red Fragile stickers on all six sides of the box, and when he proceeded to scan that package as well as another package I brought, he literally scanned it and threw the package over his shoulder letting it land on the ground behind him. And the other package was thrown with more aggression and hit the counter behind him and then fell on the ground. I was appalled with this behavior. At first I thought maybe he was joking, but his expression was very difficult to read. I wanted to actually say something and ask if he didnt notice the labels, or if he did that intentionally, his actions were so aggressive and shocking that they kind of spoke for themselves. I have zero intention of returning to this store again which is disappointing because it is the only one in my area and I have honestly had great interactions with all of the other employees that I have seen when I have been to the same store in the past. I am a small business owner and 90% of my sales are done via UPS or USPS. I normally frequent this location at least two times a week, but Im so appalled after today that I would honestly prefer to seek other UPS locations that are further away from me. I now have to reach out to my customers to apologize in advance for the quality of their goods :-(

Worst experience ever at a UPS store, three women working that didn’t know what they were doing, terrible customer service, couldn’t print receipts and had me going through large box where items had been placed, what the heck? Since when is it my job to do your job? Definitely need to get their act together.

I work for Amazon fashion and I am constantly in this store returning orders. The girls are so friendly, always smiling and telling me they love my outfit. They are so nice and helpful and wait so patiently while I search all my Amazon orders to get the return codes and they work efficiently and keep the line moving. I have NO idea why the reviews are so bad. This location is amazing for the volume they have everyday!

This place is the best! I’ve had a mailbox there for years and never have I ever had a problem! The customer service is excellent, they always help me with my shipping needs. If anyone wants to open a mailbox, I would recommend the ups store!

I love this community UPS! It is easy to park and I have never had to wait more than 10 mins for my package drop off (even with a line out that door). They also have USPS, which is so convenient so I don’t have to make another trip to post office 😀 staff is friendly and efficient so what more could I need from my neighborhood UPS store!

It is always difficult to send packages back and twice I returned a package and Amazon said they didn’t get it. I ended up getting a refund but it was a hassle. Get a receipt if you drop anything off so you have proof you left it there. Every single time there is an issue at this location. It’s very aggravating.

Every time I walk into this store I get very fast, efficient, and friendly service. There is plenty of staffing to handle the customer flow, which is unique in this day and age. I compliment them for their speedy service each visit.

The older man and woman who appear to be owners are not so easy to deal with and appear unhappy. I would have given them 1 star. Heavy package and no help was offered. Finally let me borrow a hand truck. Customers helped me.However, I decided to write a review now that there are friendly and helpful women working there. They answer questions, smile and dont act put out when I request a receipt when dropping off a return with a prepaid label or ask questions about options for a package I am sending.

The two young ladies are very helpful! They helped me process the big item I have for the pack and ship service! They are very accommodating as well! They didnt give an attitude because I dropped off large item for pack and ship unlike other UPS location but they just helped me with smiles on their faces :) highly recommended UPS location :) thanks for the help and great customer services provided :)

WARNING!!! Do not use this location for your packages. I have had many packages go missing in this location. From wine ships with conformation that it was received at this location to Amazon returns that never make it to Amazon. The owner and employees are extremely rude and just tell you theres nothing they can do for you, then tell you that you need to leave. This location also handles a lot of private information taking copies of drivers licenses, I would never do this at this location. Save yourself the headache use a different location for your needs.

Be ware - this UPS store doubles postage rates. I paid to have something mailed and after I paid, I asked if the mail had been picked up already and they said yes it had, SO I ASKED FOR MY PACKAGE BACK SO I COULD TAKE IT TO THE POST OFFICE - AND THE POSTAGE ON MY ITEM WAS HALF THE PRICE OF WHAT THEY ASKED ME TO PAY. They are liars, check your POSTAGE RATES online before you go in and see the difference they will ask you to pay.

Horrible experience with customer service. Notary lady got mad and upset because she had to stay 5 minutes past closing time to do my notary. She had no patience, did not attach my other papers, refused to help all she could say was its closing time!. Then she wrongly charges me 30.00 because she did not attach document. I use credit card not debit. She insisted my card was a debit and not a credit card. It is a prime chase credit card. She argued to school me. Horrible they lost a customer tell a friend

This is a great UPS store! We have utilized their notary services, shipping services, and mailbox services. The team there is always professional, courteous, and helpful. While its a small space, they still keep it clean and organized. Highly recommend them!

It started off as a bad experience, but they went the extra mile to rectify the situation. I had 2 large packages being shipped to Southern California. The driver down there decided that the address didnt exist and sent the packages back as undeliverable. Needless to say, I was angry since I have been sending items to that same address for 5 years! It took about a week to get a response from the owner, but I was finally notified that the UPS in So Cal was going to issue new shipping labels so that the packages could be re-delivered at no additional cost to me. The packages were delivered one month after I originally shipped them, but I am thankful they finally made it to their destination.

Worst ever experience! I brought in 4 packages to be returned to Amazon.They were so rude during the entire transaction that I at one point told them I would rather go to another UPS store and they were not even fazed! Just let me walk out the door without any attempt to fix their bad service. PLUS the salesAssistant refused to wear a mask in the height of shelter at home!!!Don’t even think of using this UPS store!

. The UPS Worst delivery experience I ever had. Were unwilling to contact UPS center in No Carolina to help me forward a package to my sons new address even though the NC Center said it needed the Morgan Hill UPS store to initiate the forwarding. FedEx or good old post office from now on.

Not saying anything bad about employees… However, the owner of this facility is very cruel and dismissive… no one should have the right to treat another human the way he treated me when I dropped a shipment to his facility. I recently I had HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at the Morgan hill UPS I tried to drop a package for amazon returns here but was refused by the franchise owner here because his computer was down. ( He said I could leave the package with tracking number for a mail pick up in the morning.) I agreed, however when asked for just a slip of paper acknowledging the item he refused to give me one. I asked if there was another place in town to drop off he told me no, i had to go to another town ( theres 3 other drop off locations in town including one in the same shopping center! ) I explained Im disabled recovering from cancer so its very very hard for me to drive anywhere. I had to uber to this store and uber back for absolutely no success. He couldnt care less and just walked and turned his back. What an A hole. Very unprofessional, very rude and no help whatsoever but looking at the reviews here and its dozens of one star reviews looks like this dude should be shut down.

I would like to give zero stars to this place. Worst UPS store I have ever been to. There is an Indian owner and he is always in a bad mood. He is very rude and is an epitome of bad service. He does not answer basic questions and seems like he does not value customers. Extremely bad service. A bad name for UPS. Dont go here, just drive a bit and find another place.

I have had the poor luck of trying to pick packages from this lace twice. On both occasions the employees were rude, and had trouble finding my packages! On one occasion I had to drive home, print out the tracking number to show them, then they got the package. I just wish there was a way to let UPS know how bad their store-front is!

Poor service. Employees seem like they dont want to be there. I handed one employee my ID when I picked up a package. Instead of handing my ID back to me, he set it on the counter and made me reach for it. These little things tell me a lot about how they deal with customers, which is POOR. Im willing to bet this guy does the same when hes handed money. Instead of graciously accepting it, he throws it back at you by slamming it on the counter, which is just as bad. Such a poor attitude and not at all customer-centric.

Sam (owner) and crew have taken good care of me here all the way back to when they were Mail Boxes Etc. before UPS acquired them. Glad we have a stable Morgan Hill location (had also used one for a while in Del Rey Oaks as a business address and they closed that one down - thanks UPS). No worries here in Morgan Hill.

The owner of this store is a racist! Dont support racists, just go somewhere else. He needs to leave this town now!I went to the UPS store for notary services. I showed the notary (the owner of the store) the documents I needed to notarize. I gave him proof of ID (a passport) and to my surprise he said that’s not an accepted form of ID. I asked why as we have always used it for signing documents and it’s the most legal form of ID.He proceeded to ask if we were legal. I couldn’t believe he was actually asking that and why hed assume we were not. He said since this was a foreign document, he needed to see the Visa to be able to notarize the type of document presented. We showed him the visa (yes, we are legal), and then he said he can’t really do it. He just wanted to see if we were legal.At this point, I was livid because his actions were very disrespectful and unnecessary. First, a passport is a totally accepted form of ID. Second, if he really felt he cannot notarize the document, then just tell us that. Third, he should just mind his own business, instead of asking people if they are legal, which btw is illegal to ask.I complained with him about his racist behavior and all he said was “get out of my store”.Fun Fact: He is an Indian emigrant and with an accent. Yes. Do your math.

I went in for a Live Scan on Nov 1, 2018, as part of a security clearance. On Nov 13 the requesting agency advised me that the prints were still not processed. The UPS store owner insisted they were submitted the same day. Miraculously the prints were delivered on the morning of Nov 14, 2018. I was in a hurry and ended up being delayed by two weeks. Next time Ill have the police dept do the scan.

Rude employees, wouldnt deliver my package even though they took it and I paid for it, and charged $5 for every day that I couldnt pick it up even they I gave them a return address. I just experienced the Worst customer service by Shania-the sales associate. Incredibly rude and bitter employee with a horribly bad attitude. I felt like she was barking questions at me. The owner seemed kind and tried to be helpful but I will never use their services again. Horrible, horrible experience.

They do what the sign says, they ship via UPS. But they are obviously put off by having to deal with customers in the slightest. Very unhelpful and unfriendly, with overly high prices. Always sorry for going here and spending my money with them.

I didn’t get my package. I was waiting 4 hours for it to come at the front door checking every 30 minutes. I am so disappointed. Terrible service. My dog, Muksi and I are very VERY disappointed. Since they are closed on Sunday, which is A SCAM, I will be having some stern words with them on Monday! Terrible service!
