2024-02-19 16:35:15Customer service was very nice. This location has a self-scanning package machine, so you dont have to wait for an associate. I also like that it emails the receipt, which you cannot get through customer service.

2024-05-17 16:26:37I was assisted by a team member by the name Albie .He demonstrated excellent attention to detail and his commitment to excellence clearly reflects his work. I came in with one thing to be done in the store and while Albie assisted me He mentioned about other services they offer such as notary and passport. .I do have a trip planned in the near future and the information he gave me about the passport was very informative. Thank you Albie for being so efficient, friendly., courteous and helpful to everyone that entered your store. it was very refreshing to encounter such a friendly and helpful person. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to your store!

2024-03-14 04:05:33Jake and Alicia went above and beyond in helping me with my amazon returns. Jake was very kind to offer his help in bringing my returns into the store. Even though the UPS was closing down, closed to be exact, they were willing to take my returns, despite being tired and ready to go home. I am beyond appreciative of such great customer service!! Thank you both!

2024-06-04 16:46:01Horrible LiveScan training, horrible customer experience. Trying to get fingerprints done for a medical license application, the fingerprints were low quality and rejected. Even though a rejection letter was provided and should be enough evidence to resubmit, this location refuses because it doesnt exactly match their sample rejection letter. Ive been back and forth for a couple of days, and no luck. This is so much stress for something that could easily be done and over with. Redo the prints or refund the money.

2024-05-25 00:50:37PHANTOM CHARGES. BUYER BEWARE!I went into this location to have color copies made. All was good, including quality of copies and customer service. Thank you Manit! However, and upon inspection of the receipt, I noticed a charge for Email. And because I didn’t email anything, I returned to question it.I was told by ‘Landi’ that it was a charge for using the USB I had brought in. She stated it was ‘something they do to everyone who brings in a USB drive.Note that this cost is not listed in their store OR online.When I asked for a refund, she told me I was not entitled to one because the copies had been printed. Even after pointing out to her the Refund or Exchange terms listed on the receipt, she was quick and coarse to decline my request a second time.This exchange was the epitome of poor and disfavored customer service.FYI .. Ask questions before. Check your receipt after.Great customer service Landi. /s

2023-12-21 22:42:47Im not one to leave reviews but I was still upset about the interaction when I got home. The red haired guy who helped me was not only rude to the previous customer, but me as well. He also tried to up sale me on tape ($3) when his associate had already told me tape was $1. If you dont want to service customers why have a customer service job. However the guy with the baseball cap and blue eyes was so kind and helpful, thats why I gave two stars.

2024-01-10 22:47:17The two young men who were working when I most recently visited the store on 1/8 were friendly and greeted me with smiles- even though it was 10 minutes until closing and I was the last customer of the night! I have visited this store 2-3 times in the past and the same young men were working and were just as friendly and helpful then. It is this friendly customer service that has me coming back and this isnt the store local to where live. My boyfriend lives in West Sacramento and I use this store instead of the store by my house in Fairfield!I was going to comment that the only negative is the price for printing a packing or shipping label. I believe the sign said $3.50? But in the end, that doesnt “count” because I just saw on the receipt I wasnt charged for the packing label! 🤓

2024-05-16 16:51:48Manager is terrible and has the worst customer service. I have been a customer with a PO Box for many years and never had any issues till he started. If you have any questions don’t talk to him because his attitude is nasty he should not be doing customer service. He needs a job not working with people.

2024-03-02 21:10:18Worst than useless… this place is a waste of timeI just came to drop off two packages with shipping labels and they basically ( tried upselling me on packaging I don’t need and then in the same breath suggested I go to the post office because due to whatever logic the guy at the desk uses, for some reason they just can’t help me mail out a small package with a prepaid label already attached to it)UPS store needs to train its employees to:#1 BE HELPFUL#2 COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELYImagine how bad at delivering the services I expected (reason I came to the store) your employees are that I took the time to leave a bad review… shouldn’t be this hard
