I had two items to return to Amazon and because of the items I couldnt take it to Kohls where they just take the items and put it in their own bags and return it. Since this was my first time returning something to a UPS store, I thought it would be the same process. The clerk let me know that I had chosen customer packaging but said they would put the items together and process the return, which they didnt have to do since it was my error. They were very accommodating, great customer service.

I would never support this store. The ups store in Newbury park always taped up my packages and they won’t do it here. Oh, but the lady tells me, we do for everyone but not for this. I was like, are you kidding me? That’s so rude! She goes no you misunderstood. I said no you stated it clearly. She goes well you have a big box. Yes, I do. I’m 8 months pregnant returning a gift from my registry and they pushed me away cause they wouldn’t tape my box cause it’s big. They told me I had to buy tape. I’m never supporting this store and this is the worst customer service ever! Both the guy and lady were rude.

I love this UPS store.The staff is always so kind and helpful.This is the second time I’ve brought in a valuable items to be packaged and shipped.It is so worth the extra cost to have professionals do the packing and it’s almost the same price of what I would spend buying my own bubble wrap.The first time I had them package and ship a 75 year old lamp that was extremely fragile. It arrived perfectly. The second time it was an entire table with 4 chairs. They arrived quicker than expected and the recipient commented on the excellent packaging job.I highly recommend this store.I’m so happy to have it nearby my home!

Millie makes this UPS store a toxic place, not only for the workers but also customers. She obviously can’t handle the amount of customers that come here & it shows. She tried to rip me off by first telling me she would give me copies for 75 cents & then makes Melissa call me & tell me my copies were actually $1.99 each (I was needing 60 copies so this was a $70 price difference!). She was responsible for this entire situation & tried to gaslight me. I was not having it & disputed with her for over 5 minutes in a calm manner even though she accused me of yelling at her which is not true. She went as low as blaming Melissa & Sam for her mistake which is completely uncalled for. Owners, please let go of Millie, you don’t need people like her making your business look like a circus! She made you loose $70 today & took zero accountability for being dishonest. Melissa & Sam deserve a raise for having to deal with an unprofessional coworker like Millie!

Update: Below you can see the review I made the day I received my refund for the 15 extra copies I was charged for… however, I went back to the store again today since it is my local UPS store and out of nowhere the owner just snapped at me saying the employee only charged me for the copies she made, nothing extra and that she is a sweet lady (see no employee will be rude to the owner), he also said he doesn’t care about the money but he was extremely upset about the review… obviously, I review what I see and experience, I do it so that the people know what to expect, I am not making things up because I am not getting paid to do so. He defended his employee which is a good thing because not every boss would do it, but you see just like they can’t prove I wasn’t charge for extra copies, I can’t prove I was charged for extra copies either. I understand so called “human errors” but with the employee who helped me it is a different story. This is bad customer service and that is the truth because it wasn’t the first time I made copies from this store; I’ve been going to this store since I moved to the area. I am a journalist and I work from home, my printer stops working sometimes and I have to go to the ups store to make copies and stuff. Anyway... I decided to get a new printer (good for me). Definitely never going back to this store again, I feel disrespected by the owner and the employee. BTW, I spend more than that on my Starbucks every day and I really don’t care about the money either although I believe no one should pay for a service they never received. Finally, all I have to say is, sorry but it is just rude and disrespectful, no person would react the way I did if it wasn’t for a reason. Like I said, I really don’t care. I would really share pictures of the copies but unfortunately, they are legal documents of a person whose story I am currently working on.well, first of all I should say thatI did get a refund for the extra copies they charged me for, the owner I believe refunded in cash and he was a nice man. The reason why I wanted to review is because this store gets really busy and you could get charged extra for copies if you don’t keep track on how many copies you get if you don’t do it yourself, so make sure you count while you are at the store, I was charged for 15 extra copies, I counted back and front copies as well, but this was 15 extra, not a big deal but it is when the employees are rude. If the employee who helped was nice I would’ve just ignored. The other thing is they don’t reply to emails, no point leaving a note for the manager either, they don’t respond, nothing so don’t bother, if you have a problem you go to the store, even if that costs you gas! Spend 10 dollars on gas to get a 5 dollar refund. They do answer the phone tho. 3 Stars because rude employee, no reply to email.

This is the BEST UPS store !! They have moved my personal belongings from California to Texas. Everything was done quickly and economically with no delays or damage to any of my belongings including a very fragile antique paintings. I also used their services for scanning and emailing, Notary and printing. They are always friendly, professional, accurate and efficient. Thank you so much to my friends at the Moorpark UPS store.
