I dropped off a package here and the wait time was less than a minute. They had 3 friendly smiling employees working here all serving customers efficiently. The store is clean and quick!

Walked into this store to drop off my Amazon purchase bagged in the original Amazon bag. Was told by the kid @ the counter that my return package needed to sealed. When I asked for some packing tape to seal my bag(which I left open for others to see my return item & not a bag of paper), I was told by the kid @ the counter that he could repackage my return item for $5. How much is a roll of tape vs. 24” +\- (of tape) to seal a bag? Sooooo….., I grabbed my bagged item & left. 🤬 dude!! Recently, I thought about renting a mailbox @ this UPS Store, but after this experience plus another previous stupid act, I promise to never do business @ this store again, nor will I recommend it for Zip Code info. So, I went to the UPS Store on San Ramon Valley Blvd. by Alcosta Blvd., & the Lady behind the counter who helped me /w my Amazon return helped me tape my Amazon bag free of charge. 😁. My return instructions from Amazon did not reference taping the bag, nor do any of the UPS Stores post that ALL Amazon return bags/boxes need to be sealed. 🙄

Never go here to print stuff by emailing them the docs - 7$ charge for computer use, what!!!! its usually around 3$ in other locations, idk whats the deal with this location, maybe they just want to profit on the fact that there is DMV nearby and people need to print things asap? big rip off

The gir at the shop told me that I will be charged for taping the return box if dont do it the next time.i thought The process is, scan the QR code, then the product with the product going to generic bin so why would I tape the return box? I dont want to threaten, just tell me politely if Im doing something wrong. Maybe she needs to be trained in good customers relationship?

Would give a zero if I could.I went to this store multiple times, and they were generally ok. but this time they were trading me very bad.I come in which a att modern return，and amazon packages. they make me go through the self return，which I understand and did. But the self return cannot return the att modem，They want me to go all the way back to the line and wait，even though I was the first in the store.The person working there have a very bad attitude, basically serves me that he dont really care, and.he dont care his job either. Is the typical situation when a poor little guy who have a little by power and want to abuse it to have fun from other people.

Update: I went in early and Kumar helped me. He was very patient.The store is next to a bagel shop, so there is a lot of foot traffic. But, plenty of parking. If you need any services all their staff are notary certified--which is nice to know. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.I called to verify fingerprinting services. I gave this rating for the sheer honesty of the employee. He was working alone today and so it gave me a choice about coming in first thing tomorrow morning.Also, he stated when the last appointment would be, and if I came in today I might have a 15-20 minute wait.It was so refreshing to hear someone doing the business giving an honest answer. I am not behind the counter he is. Kudos for your work ethic. See you soon

Rude staff.Had a very bad experience for Amazon return. Reached there just mins before closing time(not knowing it was closing time). Had 3 returns and the bad cell service was not letting me download the QR code for return. Staff told me that cell service there is always bad and they advise customer to take screenshots beforehand. Somehow managed to download 2 QR code in next 5 mins but the associate refused to wait another 2 mins so that I can download last QR code.At that movement person named Arvind just came in between our conversation and asked me to LEAVE THE STORE immediately.

Line moves fast! I was impressed by the young lady working at the counter. She is great at multi-tasking and was able to serve three customers at the same time for different services. Very efficient! 😊 She kept her cool and thanked us for waiting.

My experience at this UPS store has always been extraordinarily. Every time I go in the staff is always super helpful and is very knowledgeable of the work they do. One employee that stood out the most was a nice lady named Delilah. She is very professional and will take good care of a customer even when the store is busy. Majority of the time, she is the only one working so it can get a bit hectic in the store but the customer service she provides is exceptional. Thank you Delilah for making my life much easier.

Rude and unreliable staff. I needed international size passport photo.. I was told that the photograph matches the standard requirements. My visa apppointment was following day and ot didnt work. For a refund, the staff there said, I need to provide a letter from the consulate office that the picture didnt work. Not sure if he has experienced going to an embassy, they have no reason/intent to do that for an applicant.

I have been a regular (and frequent customer) of this UPS store location for a few years now. Ammara has been so knowledgeable and helpful with any concerns and questions I have, and she is nothing but awesome! Total respect for her and the rest of the team at this store, especially during the insanity of the holiday season. Theyre always on top of making sure I get my packages, and even when I need to send a package out, the customer service is always consistently good. Id stay with these guys forever if I could! I like how things seem pretty organized, and the ladies who help out (Delilah and Amara) are very nice and dependable. I had such a great experience here today. I had to write a review. I typically dont do this type of stuff. I was in need of a notary but had no clue what or where to get it done at. Until my co worker recommend this UPS store. I knew it was a long shot to get it done without an appointment. Instead I took a chance.I walk in and the young ladies greeted me and the notary (ammara) made it so simple to get it done. I was done in a sec and she informed me that theyre all notaries and they accept walk ins only. If you have a tight schedule like me, This is the place for you.10 out 10 would recommend this spot and who wouldve know that they offer such service other than shipping. We went to this UPS store to post a letter. The letter needed to also contain a self delivered return letter and we needed a single stamp for it, which they did not have. They only sell in bulk of 20, which was really odd.Also, if one needs to use their computer to get a print out, which is 0.39c per page, they also need to pay 5$ for a minimal computer usage - so effectively, your cost goes up to 5.39$. Something which is very difficult to understand.

I came in today, In need of a live scan. The ladies there made it a pleasant experience. I thought I would spend my entire lunch break here but Ammara who proceeded my finger prints made it fast and convenient. I still had time to get something to eat. I also notice how great of a multitasker they are . They handle a bunch of customers in seconds. I would definitely come back if I need any of their service. Thank you!

Anytime I need to ship anything out, I always use UPS! I can trust that my packages will get to where they need to be on time and without damage. I want to shout out this particular location because all of the staff here is super friendly and will go out of their way to make sure I have a great experience. Also, HUGE thanks to Delilah for helping me repack my items in one of their smaller boxes since the one I brought in was falling apart and would have also costed more to ship due to its size.

I’m so so glad that there’s a UPS near my cousin’s house. I really needed to return my school books by today or else i get charge a huge amount. I’m always last min then i realized that they were closing soon but i called and told the kind lady my situation and she waited for me with no problem . Every time I walk into the Dublin Regional UPS store Im always greeted with the BIGGEST and FRIENDLIEST smiles. The ladies that work here are awesome and AMAZING! They have a lot of knowledge for all your ing needs. From the shipping, packing, and printing needs. They do the passport photos with ease and making sure you look good. And if you need anything else they that isnt on their ing list Im sure they are always willing to help out and get you the answers you need. The store is easy to get too and is always clean.If I could give them a higher than a 5 star rating I would!!!

I had to send luggage ahead of a major move and was relying on a luggage service. However, I was unable to print out the shipping labels at home. When I reached out to the UPS store next to our complex i was lucky enough to work with Asmarra, an employee of the UPS store. She patiently explained how I would be able to access the labels i needed to print on their system. Not only did she explain how it works, she also actually did the printing from the computer for me. I am really only “IPad literate” so she was enormously helpful to me and made it possible to get my items shipped. I had to ship quite a few items and Ammarra was alway cordial and never appeared to be in to much of a hurry to help me with the computer. Would certainly highly recommend this store and it’s courteous employees!!

Not a good place for passport services. It is not a priority for them. No first come, first serve policy if you are here for passport services. You will be made to wait (as long as it takes) till all other customers are serviced who came after you.

The Good:LocationThe Bad:The store is quite disorganized, muggy and cluttered. The male staff are ok, but not as engaging when asking for rates and logistics. The lady with tacky nail polish whos also a notary talks down to customers like she has a PhD in notarization and she is heavens gift to humankind. She is slow in many ways. Get a grip, you are in the business of retail and service, do your job.Good thing there is another UPS store by Alcosta and San Ramon road.

Beware shipping from this place (might be true for all UPS franchises). They charge you top dollar but turn around and ship USPS. And if there is a problem with the package you are left to deal with the post office. So dont go in thinking you are shipping UPS. Bad part is they dont tell you that. I will put my message on a carrier pigeon before stepping in this store again.

I live in Pleasanton, I had to do the notaries done and Apostilles where I live couple of blocks away from Pleasanton location.Long story short I had to travel 3rd location, Dublin location.Young lady who works there knows exactly what to do and very kind although there were long line after me.Following week I had to do the same, yes! This time I had to stared at Pleasanton location and different Pleasanton to the same Dublin location.Also same lady who helped me before.She was very knowledgeable and I wanted to tip her $10 but she wont even accept that and she said that shes doing her job.I dont even know why someone knows about there job right, lots of other people dont know about their job.Does the company even training their employees? I get very upset if all employees know about their job right I could take care of this 2 blocks away from where I live. Not 3 different places! I assumed I could get this done save me time and money.

Second time ive been to this location, and last. I over night packages at my hercules location all the time, they usually average $10-15 for local shipping. At this location it was $30 ?? Even normal 3 day mail was $15 ... unreal because i could have just gone to the regular post office and got it under $1 ... rip off. The service was friendly, ill give them that. The man working today, was very friendly, but im really not so sure he gave me the lowest rate. Most people dont know they have different rates available.
