Every experience has always been fast and easy. When I have needed extra help, the employees have always been nice enough to help me out and explain clearly. I also have watched employees patiently help elderly customers.

Kingsburg UPs location is go to place for any returns or any errands I need to do in regards to shipping, they get the job done quick my stops there are usually a minute or less and never any issues just a walk in and out, i’d recommend this location to anyone and everyone, friendly employees who make the stops no problem, there’s never been any issue at this location it’s always a perfect outcome in regards of returns and everything, like I mentioned I wouldn’t just recommend this location to a friend or a colleague but everyone who’s interested in a UPs location that will give you the perfect experience. Never been a bad outcome, nothing but good things!

Went in to have a package returned, after being charged a fee of $5 something to print and having to drive 30 minutes to your location for what was supposed to be the easier option for my return, I had my package delivered BACK TO MY HOME. Called in to see what could be done and the man that answered was of little help didn’t even offer an apology simply “i don’t know why that happened” and kept talking. Truly disappointed.

I am always pleased at the services they provide at The UPS Store. They have scanned faxed and made copies for me beside shipping packages for us. I am very surprised at some of the negative comments people make when this business is doing for you what you cant or wont do for yourself. I have been extremely pleased with the promptness and efficiency of the service provided. I will continue to do business with the UPS Store in Kingsburg. Thank you for providing an efficient shipping alternative to waiting in line at the post office. Also shipping via UPS.

I had to drive to a neighboring town to find a Notary Public...& THANKFULLY The UPS STORE in Kingsburg was the answer to my prayer b/c I was desperate on a time-sensitive matter.The young man, Julian, (sp?) was the BEST!! He had a very pleasant demeanor; GREAT Customer Service etiquette; professional; attentive to detail...& just a very kind young man! He represents The UPS Store in an EXCELLENT way!I was very thankful for my experience!

Update: Our initial experience with this store was wonderful, but sometimes fussy impressions can be deceiving. We wanted our packages to be delivered here due to porch pirates, and I havent regretted that decision. The staff is amazing! They know me by name, are quick to meet my needs, and are some of friendliest folks in town. Thanks Summer, Savannah, Nate, Salina, and everyone else Ive dealt with for making this such a great experience!!!

Have a sign saying you don’t accept orders 10 minutes before closing or update your hours. Hours posted say you’re open until 6:30, but when people are getting their 10 to 15 minutes prior, and your doors are already locked, it’s irritating. I understand that items will not be sent out, but give us a heads up. I walked up at 6:17, and the doors were already locked, but a girl was upfront. I wasn’t the only one that walked up; a couple of other customers walked up after me.

Horrible customer service and lack of common sense displayed by both employees and management.Policy is one thing but we all have the ability to use common sense and discretion.Our package was redirected to a ups store(not by us) for unknown reasons. I went to pick it up for my fiancé . I provided the tracking number, screen shots of the shipping history and proof of our address. This wasn’t enough for them, so I had my fiancé send me a picture of her drivers license as well as FaceTimed her while I was there and she gave approval for me to pick up the package. We explained we just moved to our new residence then proceeded to show them USPS MAIL showing that we changed address. THEY STILL REFUSED TO RELASE THE PACKAGE TO ME. They continued to contend that their policy is she had to physically come there. Which IS NOT UPS POLICY. THE UPS POLICY IS AS FOLLOWED(taken directly from their website)If you need someone else to collect your package on your behalf, theyll need to bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Additionally s/he needs to present proof of connection to the address on the UPS label or to the named person (named persons valid ID or photocopy). Also accepted as proof of connection is an official notification (from the shipper or UPS) that provides the shipment/order details for the package (recipient name, shipper name, UPS Access Point location address and tracking number). Notifications can be printed out or provided on a smart phone.If your shipper provides a package release code for your delivery, your friend or family member can present their photo ID and the code to pick up your package.*I not only presented ALL OF THIS. But also went above and beyond to show proof. The employees here decided to have a power trip and hold our package. They charge a $2.00 Work Order Computer Rental fee to print out ONE page to complete an Amazon return.When I asked why Im getting charged a computer rental fee and not a print fee, they said because I sent them an email, it was an email service.They are trying to squeeze every penny from customers anywhere they can.

Very dissapointed in UPS/Kingsburg. I sent my flat screen to my son in Arizona and it was recieved broken. (I wrote Fragile in bold on both sides). Then, being glad that I had at least put insurance on it, tried to get reinburstment for it only for it to be denied and getting the the run-around telling me that I did not package it properly and refusing to take responsibility for their poor handling of service. Under normal circumstances, it should have been received in good condition. BUT BE WARNED! they will not handle with care or honor their insurance, obligation and commit to being a quality bussiness...

Rude shift manager was unfamiliar with UPS policies, which are published on the UPS website. They ruined refrigerated medication, worth over $700. They never even returned my call about it. Thankfully my insurance company covered a second shipment of my medication and went after the store for reimbursement.

Horrible service! I received notification that my package was delivered to the UPS Store when I went to pick it up they said it wasn’t there and told me to come back tomorrow. I showed them proof of signature and delivery and she still said come back tomorrow.

A lot of great services. Only downside is the clerk printed extra copies and charged me for them. Also printing from the computer will automatically cost $2 just for using it.
