I would like to commend Alan on his expertise knowledge and helpfulness that he did for me today! He is in the Oceanside Blvd store and I was so appreciative as I need some services done I was co fused about doing and be set my mind at ease with his professional attitude and is a very kind nice and sweet young man. Greatest shipping store ever...I normally dont purchase gifts for my family when Im traveling, but I did this year. I am ever so grateful that I chose the Oceanside UPS store for my shipper. The owner and the store staff are amazing.Everything was more than well packed and arrived sooner than expected. Please support their small local business. The owner is awesome and so are the staff.

By far the best UPS store I’ve been too! The customer service is amazing and the owner/manager is the best! We are business owners that majority of our business is online so we fulfill a lot of our orders with UPS and have found that this is the UPS in the area by far! They go above and beyond to help make sure our business is taken care of as far as our fulfillment to customers. Even though we are located in Carlsbad we drive all the way to Oceanside because the El Camino Real UPS (closer to our location) is the complete opposite of this store. Management, employees and staff are night and day better, compared to the other UPS. Very welcoming, accommodating, and done with a smile every interaction. So thank you guys and will continue bringing my business here!

Ive had a box at this location for several years, I regularly pick up and drop off shipments and Amazon returns. My experience is always pleasant, I enjoy coming here. Alan, the owner, is the nicest guy, he is super friendly and willing to help no matter what the circumstances might be, his staff are super friendly as well and equally helpful.When I first got my mailbox here, Alan was kind enough to give me a fair price, after all, I was just starting my business and at the time, money was tight. I needed all the help I could get in order to launch my business. Over the years, I have been to so many UPS stores and had a number of mixed experiences with the staff, some good, some bad. No UPS store has been as kind to me as Alan and his staff. When I visit, everyone greets me with a smile, they make me feel like I am their only client by remembering my name and my box number.I noticed other reviews that seem like some folks have unrealistic expectations, or they may be leaving a bad review just to be mean, retaliatory and disrespectful. That behavior isnt cool, and in my opinion some of the negative reviews are a misrepresentation of this store, which in part has motivated me to post this review to provide others with a more realistic account of what you can expect when you stop by.Summarily, I highly recommend this UPS store location for getting a mailbox with an actual street address, or shipping packages, or anything else that they can do for you since they are always so helpful and kind to their patrons. Keep up the good work Alan, I will have my mailbox at your store as long as youre in business. 👍👍

The guy who (I believe) is the owner of this location is so wonderful! Everytime I go into this store he is always so welcoming and provides top notch customer service. Hes always smiling and is welcoming everyone into the store as they arrive. Even when there is a long line, he makes an attempt to say hello and let you know that youll be helped asap. Really appreciate the great service and will always come back to this store.

We always liked this UPS store and were weekly regulars. A number of times we had large amount of boxes and larger boxes. Hubby is disabled plus just had ACL surgery. We have gone to the back of the store to drop off at times with no problem. The last time the owner refused and hubby could not walk. Called UPS on Mission. They said come down and they would unload. We loved it!! Backed up to the front door, store was busy so I stood in line, she got her cart, unloaded our car and we were done. Sorry Alan but Mission now sees us weekly..

Came here to get documents notarized and sent out of state. The notary and the trainee were super helpful and kind. Not only did they help us get everything we needed done, they helped keep my toddler entertained through the whole process.

FRIENDLY SERVICE! Came to this location to drop of a return and ship a box. Corey was friendly and helpful making sure I had all my postal needs checked off my list. They are following the social distancing requirements ensuring only 2-3 people are inside while the line waits outside. We made an appointment for a notary. We drove 25 minutes to get here and were told that the notary went home for the day and that the appointments made don’t funnel down to them. Just a warning. Use postal annex in Bressi Ranch instead.

Wow I asked myself how a young lady who manages the place could be so awesome a person especially when dealing with so much stuff everyday. I miss going to this UPS store because once you receive top notch service like this you will skip your next visit to the POST MASTER! Worst service ever... Its always a problem with UPS.Last thursday, the driver didnt knock at my door even though I was home waiting for it and sent the package to be picked up, I call on friday, package is supposed to be delivered on monday. Package NOT delivered, I call again talk to 3 persons and the person I have tells me they were going to leave a note to the driver to pick it up and deliver it today... I call again, the package was not picked up and will be sent back... I dont drive and apparently, doing a job and deliver packages is not something UPS do anymore... Useless and inefficient. Is delivery service that doesnt deliver a new thing ?

I came to do a notary and the manager was very friendly and courteous. Really helped me answer all my questions, as this was the first time I had ever done a notary of any kind. Service was sadly lacking. Two employees behind the counter were just spacing out, doing their own thing and completely ignored me when I came in. The third spoke to me, but gave the impression that she would rather be anywhere else.She offered me 3 options for shipping the small, lightweight box I walked in with - UPS next-day for $30, USPS Priority for $15, and UPS Ground for $13. I couldnt believe my ears when I heard those prices. I told her I changed my mind and walked out.10 minutes later at the post office, I was able to ship my box USPS Priority for $7.Dreadful customer service and a 200% mark-up? My advice is dont waste your time.

Today, I came to this UPS store then I am very frustrated that store cant make copy prints of my PDF after I email it to their email address because their PC dont have dropbox app! UPS policy dont allow this. I called Fedex and Staplers, I learned that they can make prints of my PDF by email from my dropbox link! I will never use UPS again in near future! UPS SUCKS!!!!!

I cannot believe how SHOCKINGLY bad the service at this store is. The young people who work here clearly dont care about their customers. While they talked about me in the other room I repeatedly told them that what they were able to do for me was fine. They ignored me and continued to try and do it another way. 2nd time Ive been there. 2nd time I got terrible service from young people who clearly dont care about their jobs.

Paid 36.77 for a package next day air, and package was delivered a week later because my package did not state office on the label although it clearly stated the name of the business along with the correct address. They will not refund me because of the small detail of not adding office to the name of the business, although it is nowhere in their terms and conditions that one must state office alongside the name of the business.

I was looking for a mailbox in Oceanside. I called to find out prices. There was no answer for about an hour at 11AM on a Tuesday. I tried 4 times over the period of about an hour. When I finally reached the store about 12:30 and asked if there was a problem, the person on the phone said they sometimes get busy and dont answer the phone. This is a business. Dont you answer the phone and offer to call back? Unbelievable.Needless to say, I did not chose them for my mailbox.
