I cannot say enough good things about my experiences at this UPS store. The staff here is simply outstanding - incredibly helpful, genuine, and dedicated to providing superior customer service. Every time I visit, they go out of their way to take care of me and ensure that all my needs are met promptly and efficiently. They never know that Amazon returns are free here. They always try to charge you some fake amount they come up with. Don’t be fooled by them. Just remind them and show them on your return that it’s free.

I love this UPS Store. I use this address for my nonprofit business. I’m overly impressed with the team here. I had an issue with a delivery and they took the time to search for it each time I came. Noah and the team are the bomb! Kudos to to everyone-Great team work!!

This UPS store team was great! They answer their phone and all my questions about transporting my big and heavy computer across the state within the first ring. Anthony did a wonderful job helping me navigate how to best way to safely and quickly ship my package while ensuring my computer was well wrapped and cushioned for its delivery. After they were done packing my computer it look like I can throw it down the stairs and it’ll still stay in one piece.

Not the best experience here as they assured me 2 days delivery, I paid for 2 day delivery of important documents and instead of it arriving in 2 days, it’ll arrive in 4 days. If I can’t trust 2 day delivery how can I trust their 1 day delivery? Going to Fedex next time!!!I decided to try this store again at the end of June. However, the package I sent was never delivered. 2 months later I called the store wondering where the package was and why I wasn’t notified of the failed delivery and their response was that their system was down and that they were unable to contact me. When I finally opened the returned package, it was missing a few items originally shipped. I DON’T recommend this store and will NEVER ship through UPS again!!! Service was unsatisfactory.

Very convenient for having something packed and shipped. However, its a little pricey for their boxes and packing materials. And theyre not the friendliest crew around. Theyre obviously employees and not owners.

This store is lazy...lines are long...and the employees are slow and lazy...there was a female employee recently who was fast.friendly.amazing...i dont see her anymore...if she quit, im changing ups stores to laguna niguel

Went with a prepaid label and shipping container for the return, and the employee tried to charge extra for the tape to close the bag (unlike usps or fedex). When I seemed surprised that they charge for tape, the employee got defensive and confrontational. If you’re looking to ship, go to a different ups store, or just go to fedex. Poor customer experience.

Quick service, friendly staff, reasonable prices. This is my go-to local UPS store. I have to go in here for business errands weekly and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always quick to take & send out packages. Out of the countless times I’ve been here, I’ve never had to wait in a line longer than 2 minutes (that is, if there even is a line!). Also their prices are competitively lower compared to other UPS stores in the area. I’ve gone to the UPS store off Pacific Park and LaPaz and was charged $1.99 for the same package/bag that I always buy from this location for only $.60! One UPS store employee explained that each location may vary their prices based on the owners, so be aware that prices may change when visiting different locations. I will continue to visit this store location (in Aliso Viejo, next to Ralph’s) with ease, knowing I receive a better deal on prices and continue to receive convenient service.

I know that people coming to an UPS store wouldn’t care about the reviews but these guys really deserve one! Every time I come here, they are super helpful and cordial! The really know how important customer service is and they care about it! Thank you for an excellent service!

They were all extremely helpful especially Nate who walked out to my car and carried some of my returns. It was nice especially after going to the UPS Brookline Center where the employee couldnt be bothered taking my return.

Very professional, fast, precise, friendly. Experts at advising the cheapest, fastest way to ship to a destination. Undaunted even by international customs forms. Been going here several times a year, especially Christmas, for about ten years. Only had one mediocre experience and the manager reached out personally to make it right. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Everyone that works at this specific location are great hard working people. Sean & Tim are true assets to this store. Beyond disappointing. I paid damn near 300 dallors for the LARGE Po Box so I could Retrieve my packages after hrs if i couldnt get there before they close. Problem is, even with smallest packages i get a drop slip and have to find time to go back while there while they are open. When it would more then fit in my box. The frustration comes from paying more then 200 bucks over the price of the SMALL box for the Convenience. Which is nothing more then an Inconvenience due to a lack of people doing their job. This has happened a number of times and i normally let it slide. But im pretty over it at this point. Someone has gone as far as taken there time to put a drop slip in my box when it would have taken the same amount of time to put the package. I mean it was a freaking envelope guys. Comeeeee onnn! Not worth the money thats for damn sure.
