I came here to send a package out of state with Christmas presents in it. Belen was so helpful and she has such great customer service. My package was suppose to arrive the day after Christmas. I was so surprised to hear it arrive two days early. Belen helped me with a great price. She is an outstanding employee and was comforting me knowing I was a little sad the package was going to arrive on the 26 instead. What a great surprise that it arrived earlier. The other employees were courteous as well. This place is very clean too. This is where I will go for all my shipping needs.

I was told my letter was unable to be sent out because it is a PO Box address. I believe it is common courtesy to have a 8x10 page stating that no PO Box envelopes or packages are accepted to be sent out. It gives the customer time saved from driving to UPS location, & waiting in line. This gives us chance to look for alternatives if a sign in posted.

Excellent service! Maria was great as was her Manager. Customer service was their ”secret sauce”.They immediately assisted my husband and I select the right box and helped get the shipment ready. Haven’t seen this type of service since pre- Covid. They were professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this location.

This will be the last time I go to this specific UPS store because of their employee Maria. It’s interesting because there is already a review from a month ago ALSO with a complaint specifically about her, but it seems no one has brought up any issue with Maria, or she can’t be bothered to make any personal change. I had no problem making a shipment a couple weeks ago by a polite gentleman and figured I would go there again today, only to immediately be met with Maria’s rude, vaguely annoyed disposition. She said I could not ship out my order at all and when I said I had done it there before without a problem, her response was extremely curt and made it seem as though I was asking to do the most impossible, nonsensical thing ever thought of instead of just politely explaining why I couldn’t make the shipment. I got out and left as soon as I could to get away from her and her unpleasant energy. I only found out from my other family members afterwards that they had ALSO had the same problems there with HER specifically, and that’s why they avoided that location. I wish I had known beforehand. Anyway, I guess it’s possible for ANYONE to work customer service if someone like HER can get away with it for as long as she has.

Let me first say my first time visiting the store was last Sunday and I believe I was helped by the owner, he was extremely nice and helpful and I appreciate his business so I decided that I was going to start coming to that location fast forward to today. The service that I received today was the young lady Maria that was in there. I don’t know if she don’t wanna be there today, but it took everything in me for me not to cuss her out, you work at a place that makes copies and you can’t even make a copy correct her attitude was stank and it just sucks because the owner was actually really nice and this will probably be my last visit because of the Customer Service I received by this young lady Maria.

This place charges two times the amount of other UPS stores. I went in to ship a couple of 6 ounce packages and paid $14.31 per package. When I asked if there was a cheaper option, the woman at the front desk said “no”. I went to another UPS store in Long Beach and paid $7.48 to ship an identical 6oz package. When I asked the woman at the Long Beach store if the price is standardized across all stores, she said it was supposed to be. I was cheated here.

I just needed to drop off a pre-labeled package and get it scanned in. There were three people in front of me when I arrived. I guess the customer at the front was dealing with some issue, but then one of the staff asked me if I was just dropping off and asked me to go up front to another station to take care of me. I was probably there less than a minute or two. Super easy. Plus its a newer store, so clean and contemporary. Located just off the 405.

Customer service is bad. Lady who works there does not know how to help and did not even bother finding out just said she doesn’t know either. Their printer does not show the files that I wanted to print in USB, and I had to pay 1.99$ service fee to open it in their old old computer and print.

I came into this location to send a fax. Double-sided copy, the person was able to scan one side and forgot to scan the other. IRS did not like that.I came back into this location to fax those documents again, except I was going to have them copy both sides so that it would be easier to fax. Their fax machine was broken, I had themmake the copies anyway, the copies came out all black and blurry.

They just opened up and were amazing! A friend was shipping some stuff to herself that couldnt fit in her luggage and some BTS merch she bought for someone from the concert so of course it had to be handled with care! We told them this and they showed us what they could do to ensure safe shipping, also tried to do everything they could to make sure it was a good price including cutting down the box!

This UPS was definitely needed in the area. The pictures I posted here are only to depict the current status of the store. Their hours of course are subject to change. I just wanted to show the area so you could get a good glimpse of the spot. If you’re coming south from the 405, exit Hawthorne and it’s the first plaza. Can’t miss it. X
