Katrina is great with solving any problem. She is great with her customers! I have observed her several times with older people, rude people and she always keeps her composure. She is so kind, knowledgeable and gets her job done professionally. She needs to be recognized for her efforts!

I have been coming to this UPS Store for over 5 years for my business needs. Oscar is fantastic and pleasant to work with. If youre in need of faxing or scanning this is the best spot in Seaside to get it done!

Never had much luck at other UPS stores till coming to the one here in Seaside. Staff was very friendly, especially Bryanna. Need to do a couple of returns from Amazon and Bryanna was very friendly and efficient. Will definitely be coming back here from now on!

Bryanna was the perfect person to help me with my Amazon return. There were details in the return that she happily helped me figure out in order to get my items properly packaged and labeled.The store is clean and stocked with mailing and packaging supplies. They charged me $2.39 for one-page black and white US letter print compared to 40 cents at the Marina location!Its certainly not a big deal, but it is a good enough reason for me not to come back here again.

I had to return a package and online wasn’t much help so I went to the store in seaside and a wonderful customer service person (JAZZ) helped explain what needed to be done was so understanding and sweet to me and helped me return the package!! I Would 1000% recommend jazz at the seaside UPS FOR your next shipping needs.

The best ups store I’ve been too. I come in from Carmel, the staff are really great always willing to help. But when I come in I ask for Angelina because she is always patient with me even though I ask too many questions and take forever to understand. She provides wonderful customer service. Thank you!

We went to have two signatures notarized - we brought our own documents (didn’t need anything printed). Maximum charge in CA is $15 per signature. We were charged $40 with the receipt showing “miscellaneous”.Update: the fees were never disclosed. Disappointing.

I go out of my way to come to this particular UPS store. The staff is fantastic. Quick, efficient and friendly service. Way to go Barbara, Oscar and Chloe!!!!Im adding to this review two months after posting so that I could re-emphasize what a great job Barbara and Oscar do. It is a very busy store, and even when they have people in line waiting, they are pleasant, and focused, and they work quickly and efficiently. Totally professional, always with a smile, and always with a thank you. And because of the way they treat me, I always walk out the door with a smile.

Came in for a quick return but needed a box and lable printed. I had no issue until one of the female employees asked if I needed them to pack it up too, of course I thought that was a nice thing to do even though it was a 6x6x6 size box but instead at checkout my total included a $5 charge for placing two pieces of tape across the bottom of the folded box. I got the well thats for upss high standards of packaging. Customer service standards are at an all time low at UPS lately.

This was Dec 12, 2020. So close to Christmas I wasn’t sure if my package would arrive on time or not. I was so surprised to be greeted by Miles. He was in an extraordinarily great mood, assured me the package still had plenty of time to arrive and made the rest of my day wonderful with his pleasant disposition. This store always has the best employees!

I own a small business and use the UPS store as a mailing address. I receive packages (large and small) several times a month, the service is the best! Barbara, Oscar and Hollydae are the best, they always call me by name and say hello and often have my package waiting for me when I step up to the counter.

This is a great UPS store with helpful staff. I drop off packages at this location a lot and they always offer great customer service. The stood in line to print and notarize a passport application for my child. After printing the form I waited for notary who was assisting a couple. I was next in line. No one else was behind me.. Before my turn came I was informed I was told the notary would be going to lunch and to return at 2:30pm. I was then told I could go to the UPS store in town if I didnt want to wait. When was it ok for a retail business to turn a customer away so you go to lunch 5 minutes early. I mean, how long does it take to notarize a document. Horrible.

Charges $4 to print their own labels. The FedEx across the street prints their own labels for free, and if you need to print someone elses label, it is $0.18.

The gentleman who does notaries here was very helpful and professional but there was a lady here with a nose ring who was rude, rude, RUDE! I asked her a simple question and she just looked at me in disgust and didnt show even the slightest inclination at doing anything to find the answer to my question. If you see her here then dont even bother with her as she is just as likely to spit in your letter as she is to mail it.
