The best UPS store ever! I’ve been a customer at this location for 20 years . The manager there is outstanding! He goes above and beyond to make sure that customers are satisfied. He’s an amazing hard worker, and a very kind man as well. All those that work there, every person is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I just can’t say enough good things about this store.

Usually, I am a very patient and understanding patron as a former worker in the customer service sector, but this must be addressed...Ive had numerous episodes at this location receiving poor customer service and experiencing clear demonstrations of incompetence and disorganization.For the amount of traffic this store encounters, it is too small to properly handle all the parcels it receives. They are literally looking for a parcel of mine as I type this; asking me to call them back this afternoon to follow up and help them do their job. Whatever organizational systems they have in place do not work. There are packages stacked up everywhere giving any customer with eyes little reason to believe theyre running an efficient business.I try my best not use UPS for this reason because this store proves itself time and time again unreliable. This option is supposed to provide a safer way to pick up packages because of the lack of security at my residence. Sadly, this is a pitiful alternative.I wouldnt recommend anyone use this location especially when it comes to anything of value. BE WARNED!

The person who helped me was extremely rude because I didn’t get the clothes that I was returning out of my bag fast enough. It took me a few seconds to get the label from the Amazon app. It wasn’t a long time at all. He was rushing me and treated me very poorly. I felt that he was using me as a punching bag for his own frustrations. No one should ever be treated this way.

Upcharged for every conceivable part of this transaction. I went to send a $50 box and ended up paying $90 thanks to their expert packing services (which used 2 different billable kinds of bubble wrap according to my receipt). Even though the package was only traveling ~20 miles, they offered air shipping so that the package doesnt sit on the truck too long. I didnt realize UPS figured out how to land airplanes in peoples yards, cause otherwise theyd still have to use a truck. Anyway, this place is always a mess and normally I dont mind, but their unannounced upselling was a new level of customer gold mining and I plan to avoid this location from now on.

Super bad experience. They call 7 small items for return “a lot” and serviced other customers first. The man asked me to re do my returning code for his convenience while I’ve done more returns in other shop and it only cost 5mins. Stop push the responsibility to the customer just because you’re not familiar with your work.

Location and parking is a nighmare, just like most UPS Stores. They also have very rude staff. Almost everytime I come here I tend to have the misfortune of being helped by the rude hispanic girl who clearly does not like her job. Please hire more friendly staff.

A little place! Very busy! I was very pleased with my experience.A young man helped me mail a box off. I was expecting a big price because I had to get a label and packaging (and specifications for labels). They did all of it for me and quickly. Its was only $1.50.I had an experience at another postal store a few weeks pryer that had charged me $15 just to print out my postage label and handed me a full sized piece of paper label....so THANK YOU UPS STORE, it was a pleasure doing business!Oh and they have some really cool gift cards.

This store stays very busy, but at the same time Ive never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes to be attended to. It seems to be ran very well by highly motivated staff. The professionalism of the employees really is key. They are always ready and willing to address whatever task you have to present to them. I use this location as a PO BOX. Ive never had any problems with my mail. All packages and letters seem to find their way to me safe and sound.. I really just cant say enough about this location. They really do get the job done and they do it well. I would recommend this location to a friend or family member. 👪

This is my local UPS so I am always going in and out from this store. The team at this UPS store always does a great job to get me in and out of the door as soon as possible. Sometimes it takes a bit longer due to long lines but not much they can do about it especially because of COVID-19. The owner always welcomes me when I come in and its always good to see his face around the store. The customer service is always great since the staff and owner are knowledgeable on the items and services offered.

This is a terrible service centre. They failed to deliver my package, failed to notify both myself and the recipient of the problem, and refused to acknowledge any fault or responsibility. When I went to collect my package that had been returned to their service centre, I was told it had never been returned there, even though it had been sitting inside their service centre for more than 10 days. I offered them my contact details again and asked them to contact me once they had found my package. Again they failed to update me on whether my package had been found. Only after calling several times and insisting, was I then told my package had been found and was at their service centre. No apologies for the inconvenience or their obvious incompetence were offered. I also have strong reason to believe they had sick staff working just before the holiday.. sick with covid that is. Needless to say, they either need new management or to be shut down completely, they are unreliable and incompetent . No one should use this service centre. Theres a FedEx on Ventura that delivers for half the price and they have impeccable service. Go there instead.

UPS Counter woman stole my return. Returned candles to Amazon. Didnt have original box, but Amazon allows unboxed returns. UPS was supposed to box it up and ship it. They gave me a shipping label receipt with a tracking number. Its been 2 weeks and it hasnt been shipped yet. The UPS woman kept the candles. DO NOT USE THIS UPS!!

Horrible service, the staff could not care less about making sure they do their job properly. The Notary there made a mistake on their end, and when my papers got sent back to me because of their error, they were not even apologetic and made me jump through all kinds of hoops. Do better and have some empathy, if I wanted to talk to a robot I wouldnt have come in person.

If you value your time, go someplace else. The staff is ambivalent at best… and when they’re busy (which seems to be a lot), they work even slower. You’ll wait to mail a package. You’ll wait longer to pick up a package. And you’ll need to bring a snack and some water if you want to have anything notarized. Molasses moves quicker. It’s super close to my house, which is why I continue to punish myself, but after 45 minutes to have 5 things notarized, I’d rather drive farther. At least my car has air conditioning…

Very friendly staff, always very professional and willing to help get you in and out as smooth and fast as possible. Great teamwork, this store runs like a perfectly oiled machine. I also have a PO BOX at this location. The area is very convenient to me but the mailboxes are quite higher than others in the area. All in all very pleased with the store and would definitely recommend this location to family and friends. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tried to return 3 Amazon packages with 3 different QR codes. The store associate was lazy and refused to scan all three and just wanted to scan one for the three items like that would do just fine. Just lazy and creates work not only for me but an Amazon associate to try and fix it on their backend so I could get refunded completely.

Was notified my package was available for pickup. I drive all the way there, wait in line for 15 minutes only to be told they haven’t scanned it in yet and to come back in 3hrs. He even pointed at the small pile from the shipment that was received that he could have just looked through for my name so I could be on my way and them not receive a bad review. I’ve done shipment and receiving so I get it, but when the customer is there for their package, you find it and give it to them. I needed it for a project today and now I have to delay things a day because I won’t be available to get it later because I too am an essential worker and have places to be.

Not the store, but the UPS driver. Monday 11/11/19 5pm. I was sitting in my car and ready to leave. The UPS truck turned the corner and blocked all of the parking spaces. I say to myself, all right Ill wait and type in my next destination into the GPS.If youve have ever been to the location youll know what Im talking about, its the spots right in front of the door where he wanted to back into. Very poor judgment on behalf of the driver.Im still waiting for the truck, and when he gets done backing up into a very cramped space he looks over to my car and says oh geez now you want to move.I rolled down my window and yelled yeah buddy I was blocked in.Its not my fault this location doesnt have an appropriate loading space to fit a huge UPS truck. Not even that but the driver is rude and should not be in a public-facing position.

Absolutely terrible service. When first walking into the store, I said how you doing and was greeted with what you sending? I called the day before to find prices for an overnight package delivery and was quoted $40 and change. Today it was $88 and change with a side order of attitude. Avoid this location at all costs. Its not worth the headache and frustration of dealing with service challenged folks like these.

Never get a mailbox or do any business here! They dont deserve your business. I wanted to warn other people. Ive had a mailbox here for over 2 yrs. They are very rude and have no customer service skills. The employees there cant complete simple tasks and have massive attitudes. Especially the manager there Lydia, who is horribly rude and lazy. She should never be a manager, let alone work with people ever. Its impossible to get a hold of the owners, but they seem to like very rude, lazy, and incompetent people working for them. Save yourself the trouble and never do business here.

This review is for Naren H. I visited this store to get a paper notarized. I waited in line and when I got to the front of the line Naren told me to wait by the entrance and he would be with me in 5 minutes. No problem. I waited where he told me to. 5 minutes turned to 25 and I got back in line which was now so long that it was coming out of the building. I patiently waited until I got to the front of the line for the second time and this guy has the nerve to look at me and tell me hell be right with me again. At this point his employees tell me to just wait by the register.I waited another 10 minutes and finally decided to leave before I blew up in this place. The guy running this place is a natural liar and does not give a damn about a customer.

Mail has been sent to my address there which was never put in my box. One tracked delivery indicated the time of delivery and the name of the ups employee who signed for it. I needed to show them this before I finally received my package.I heard another customer complain about the same thing while I was there.There is other mail I have been expecting but never received.The staff is friendly but the service is unreliable.

If this location is still in operation they’ve done everything possible to hide that fact. There’s still full signage for a UPS store but the entire store is walled off and what remains is a view of a tiny entryway littered with boxes.

Went in to pick up my ups package got it delivered here since Im always working and to make a copy of some paperwork and a copy of a pdf file on my laptop they got me all the copies I needed and even gave me a big envelope to put everything in. Service was fast and friendly I was in and out in less than 5 mins
