Making returns are SO easy and quick here. Literally took me less than 5 minutes to return something . Can get crowed sometimes but overall great service!!!

I needed an item picked up at a residence and then shipping to me. I was really over a barrel.I trusted Joe and his staff to take good care of me and my possessions.Great Job, Great people, I can not recommend Joe and his store enough. :)

This service is so terrible, literally gave the driver the gate code and still no delivery, the driver then says will drop off at access point and doesn’t and try’s to attempt delivery again and not succeeding. This is so terrible. Driver needs to be warned or fired.

Ive never had an issue sending packages at other UPS locations, but my first visit to this store I dropped off a package to a gentleman right before closing, telling him it was USPS. He ASSURED me he would make sure it would be sent out the next day. LOW AND BEHOLD, my package mysteriously gets delivered to somewhere in Signal Hill...when the shipping label clearly showed it was meant to go to Indiana.Really unfortunate, people need to try a little harder at their jobs.

I just left this store. I believe it was the owner who assisted me. I got in and out of the store quickly and he was very nice and helpful. A little but of kindness goes a long way, especially in the world we live in today. I will go out of my way to use this store for my shipping needs.

The local UPS store I frequent is UPS off Pine Street. During the protest a few months back, the store was unfortunately looted. Tsk Tsk. While that store was inoperable for a short period of time, Joe, the owner, had gone above and beyond to make sure all post box holders from the Pine location were still able to retrieve their mail & packages. He rerouted all of our mail & packages to Signal Hill & made it all so easy for us to pick up. He really takes care of his customers!

Ups don’t know how to believe a packet on a apartment, no call, no message, no knocking, nothing; worst delivery method ever.
