2024-03-10 01:05:43The manager who identified himself as Lupe is extremely rude. He made a simple Amazon return way more difficult than it needed to be. Please fire him asap. This is not my first issue with him and I doubt it will be my last

2022-04-19 19:39:57I am a regular customer at this local UPS store for printing and notary service. The owner who is also a notary notarized a government document. I spent almost $10 mailing this notarized document to county and county rejected it saying notarys writing is illegible. I went back to the store and asked the owner to rewrite his handwriting and told him that I wasted money on USPS priority mailing and what he can do to help me. He just shrugged and told me that he will not do anything for his negligence. He has notarized for many years and no one complained. I told him the fact is county rejected his notarized document. He simply would not do the right thing by offering any credit and free shipping. That is not a good customer service from a store owner.

2022-12-08 22:30:19UPS employee called Bobby, an Asian old man. He was being very disrespectful and rude when I wanted to continue ask questions on how to ask UPS to redeliver the package back to my address, he just answered me in a straight no and refused to talk to me furthermore. As an employee in the service industry, such manner is disgusting and I suggest others not to talk to them in logic as tyhey do not care about you, a customer at all.

2018-12-22 17:36:45They understand perfectly that theirs is a service business. I have absolute trust and confidence in them to handle my business and personal UPS and postal needs. I’ve been using them for years and find it wonderful to see their young adult children helping and carrying on the high standards too.

2023-05-08 21:25:36They lost my package and never offered an apology or attempted to fix the issue. Chinese employee (owner?) very rude. Do not come here unless you want to lose your packages.
