The old man in there is definitely a racist - 100% sure without a doubt. I believe he is the owner. If you are Asian then yes he hates you. If you have to drop off a prepaid package, then lets hope you get the other guys to help you. I only came here because it is convienent, but the experience is unpleasant everytime. While waiting in line, I always hope I get the other dudes to help me instead. After many unpleasant experiences, I decided to drive to a farther UPS store.

When I entered there was no line and I was politely greeted. I needed a notary and I was served quickly and efficiently by Mauricio. He was kind and professional.

I have used SEVERAL UPS Stores in the past. This one is by far the worst. I went about a year ago to get some copies made and it wasnt hugely complex - I spent AN HOUR AND HALF there because the person helping me wouldnt let me make the copies on my own and could not follow instructions.I went here about a year later (last week) to ship a pre-paid package. I purchased a box from them and then was told they couldnt give me any tape. I needed 4 strands literally and they made me purchase my own! I will be using ANY OTHER UPS STORE. This one SUCKS! I have NEVER had a good experience in this store and I had to ask myself why I thought it would be different after a year - its not.

I had a very bad experience. I went for printing the documents. The guy there told that 15 mins are for using the computer and gave me the password. I chose the Colored document option and printed the document. The document came as black and white. I went to the guy and told him that i chose the colored option and it came as black and white. He told me that colored copy does not come and I have to print the documents from a separate machine. And the told me that i still have to pay for the black and white. It was the worst experience I had. This place is pathetic. I have hardly given any reviews but this place is disgusting. DONT GO THERE.

They are so rude there, worst customer service ever. The older man made me stand there didnt even look me in the eye or say anything gave me my fax confirmation and handed it to me with no words..so rude horrible, I only go there because its the closet to my house.

Customer service seemed exceptionally good to me. Gabriel was knowledgeable, personable and helpful. Glad I came in.

I googled the location at 9:30 am on a Monday, it says open. I get there and clearly it’s not open with the hours on the door saying open at 11 Mon. thru Sat.Makes no sense and wasted my time!!
