2023-11-08 22:17:29For the most part this UPS Store is great. The employees are helpful and things have been so far so good with my weekly Amazon returns. The question I have for the owner is this: Are you or are you not a USPS drop off location? I recently began selling on Poshmark which utilizes USPS shipping and provides a QR code to send packages. When I went to your store recently to drop off an order I was told your location cannot process it and was directed to the AIM Store on Seco Canyon. I’ve had to go to this other store (with subpar customer service) twice in the past week and I have another one to drop off today. I would love to do all of my shipping business through your store if possible. Please advise…

2023-05-25 22:13:53If I could give a 0 star that still would be too high! Customer beware!! Employees very rude, not helpful! Shipped a package, never got to destination, the UPS corporation said never left the store according to tracking. Went back to store they were rude and told me it could have fallen out of truck, dropped in parking lot, or lost at a facility and are not responsible. I would never ship anything with them again.

2020-06-06 18:03:32I have an update to my original review posted below. I was contacted by the UPS store manager. At the owners direction, I was refunded the shipping cost of $109.55 as a good faith gesture, which I appreciate. After 40 days, my shipment still has not arrived in Italy. I filed a claim with the US Post Office, and in turn they filed an inquiry with the Italian Post Office. I have no hope the computer I shipped will be found. Depending upon the response from the Post Office, the UPS store manager told me the store would reimburse me for my loss if in fact the package cannot be located. I appreciate the UPS store owner and manager stepping up and resolving this issue for me.This is a buyer beware notice. I went to this UPS store to ship a laptop computer to Italy. Since I purposely went to a UPS store, I wanted it shipped by UPS because it is more reliable and so I could track the shipment. I was told the cost was $109.55 and the package would arrive in 7 to 10 days. My cousin in Italy never received the the package. I attempted to track it only to find out the tracking number was not UPS but actually the USPS. Once a package sent internationally by the post office leaves the country, the original tracking number is no longer valid, and there is no was to track the package. I was never told it was being sent by the post office. I assumed it was was UPS. If I wanted to ship the package through the post office, I would have driven to the post office and mailed it myself. Being intimately familiar with the Italian postal system, I would NEVER ship a computer or anything of value using the Italian postal system. I called the UPS store and talked with the manager. He said he could not help me and I would have to file a claim with the post office. I have filed the claim. However, the USPS hands off the inquiry and claim to the Italian post office and it could take up to 40 days for a reply. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. During my investigation, I found out that this UPS store charges a 300% mark up to ship a package through the post office rather than UPS. So not only was I deceived, I have a lost or stolen computer, and was overcharged for something I did not want or ask for in the first place. Needless to say, I will never use this UPS store again, even if it is convenient to where I live. Thankfully, we have many other shipping options in Santa Clarita. Be careful when doing business with this UPS store.

2022-03-03 19:23:52Update: There is new staff, mostly ladies, and they are so nice. I am treated with respect and no issues. Thank goodness!The UPS drivers have a better attitude than the people behind the desk.

2021-07-08 15:31:01I love this store!!! Its so conveniently located on Copperhill and they offer full services, including USPS dropoff, which saves a trip to the dreaded Post Office. Sarah and the staff are great. Always smiling, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!

2023-10-13 19:35:02This place is not open around lunch time which is when most people have a chance in between their job to come and mail stuff out . Says nothing anywhere about closing for lunch anywhere on the site or on their storefront sign hours of operation

2019-12-18 23:48:35On November 26, 2019, I used UPS services to mail two separate certified, return receipt documents to the Franchise Tax Board and the IRS. The manager, Patrick, was training a new hire this day. He assisted him with the IRS document and the new hire processed the Franchise Tax Board document independently. Today USPS knocked at my door and returned my Franchise Tax Board document for no postage. Here we are almost a month later and I just now I received my document back for insufficient postage. I returned to the UPS store and spoke with Patrick. I explained to him that my IRS document was received because I had the signed return receipt however, the FTB document was returned for no postage. I requested that he send my FTB document next day, certified with a return receipt at their expense. I was appalled when he told me it looked like there was a postage stamp on it and blamed USPS and refused to take responsibility for his error. As you can clearly see on my document there is no indication that a stamp was placed on it or accidentally removed. He refused to send my document next day air and said he could only send my document via USPS, 2nd day and that I would have to cover the difference between my certified, return receipt and the second day air cost! I told him I did not agree with this and it was bad business practice on his part yet he refused to cover the expense and mail the document next day air. He also did not take responsibility for not placing postage on my high priority tax document.I have used UPS for decades and I trust this is not the way UPS conducts business with valued customers. I have never encountered this type of treatment from UPS before and I will never conduct business at UPS Copperhill again. Stay away from this place!

2022-08-06 22:42:39The current staffing is wonderful, they are quick to acknowledge you and assist, they have good attitudes without being over the top with their customer services voices. I frequent this location and have only had great experiences.
