I came in to try to open up a UPS box on a Saturday, I did notice that it was decently busy with about 4 customers waiting in line (this location is always busy) there was 2 UPS workers behind the counter, when it came to my turn to be helped the UPS representative explained that it was not a good time to be helped with opening a mailbox as the store was busy and the rep had other things that needed to be done. Rep advised it would be best to stop by at a later time or different day which was understandable due to the amount of people waiting in line. However I did stop by sometime later that same day and saw that there was only 1 person being helped. When I stood in line the same rep explained that today was not a good time to be helped with opening the mail box and should come the following Monday. When I questioned the rep as to not wanting to help me since the store did not appear to be busy, the rep immediately became tense and irrate and pretty much told me that there is nothing he can do and will not be able to assist me with opening a UPS box and to complain to UPS if I wished. Im a reasonable person and also work in the Service industry so i know a thing or two about providing excelent customer service and knowing how to de escalate upset customers, that being said Im only providing this feed back since the rep encouraged me to complain to UPS.

Came in to open a UPS Box. Waited in line like everyone else. When it was finally my turn, I was told that I couldnt because of how busy they they were helping customers. I asked him how / why he wasnt willing to help a customer thats simply looking to purchase a service that they offer. He said again that they are understaffed & too busy with Amazon returns. I then waited until they had zero customers in line and was still told that I couldnt be helped because of all the Amazon returns that needed processed. I then asked when would be a better time to come back. He recommended at 8 am. But then was coming up with excuses for why that wouldnt be a good time. Then said that he was feeling threatened by me because I was making eye contact with him while trying to figure out when would be a good time to get a box opened.

My company is shipping packages here for a project Im working on. I picked up 2 boxes the day before and was not charged but today when I came in I was informed that there was a surprise $5 fee to pick up each package.This fee is not listed on the website or in store so Im not sure if it was made up on the spot or not. When asked about it, I was told it was so they could pay rent and store packages for people. Even though one of my packages had been there for 2 hours or less and they almost didnt know it had been delivered because they hadnt scanned it in.Ship to store or pick up fees are reasonable if they are communicated somewhere so the customer is aware of them. Well be choosing a different delivery location for the remaining boxes for the project.

If you need a passport photo, this location may not be the best place to go.1. The staff are ignorant about the governments requirement that the photo should have a white background---The photo I got had a pink hue to its background, and the lady asserted it would work. Turned out not qualified, according to my attorney and had to take a new picture 2. Camera not working---I went back to the store to have the picture taken again. The guy (named Connor?) refused to take the photo for me, saying hes not comfortable doing so and asking me to come back in one hour. So, one hour later, I went back to this store for the third time. Unfortunately, their camera was acting up, showing only a blurred tawny portrait. Disaster. Wasted more than one week or so.Eventually, they offered a refund, but it doesnt compensate the cost of my time and energy. Any service that you claim you can offer, please get it ready--the equipments, your staffs knowledge and so forth. Thats just the basic rule of doing business.

Mailed April 22 reported damaged May 8th. Did all the paperwork turned in all pictures estimates and such had purchased insurance as of today Oct 2 still not settled and reimbursed the $702, always has an excuse and its someones elses issue. Absolutely ridiculous. Cant give less than one star or I would. Is November and till not resolved

Their customer service is awesome!!! I’m staying in the area and we needed a place to receive just 1 package. I called to make sure I had the correct address and that it was ok to have something shipped there. FedEx “attempted” delivery but claimed that the address was incorrect. After dealing with customer service and explaining to 3 people our situation they finally delivered our package to this UPS Store. They called me as soon as they received it and thanked me for my business. I will definitely be utilizing their services again!!! Thank you!!!!

Every time I come here, the staff is super helpful and prompt. Conner helped me today and he was super patient with me when I didn’t have my labels printed. I’ll definitely be back!

Called to see if this location provides shredder service and they quickly walked me through the process over the phone.I brought 5 boxes, 60 lbs of documents covering 3 generations of confidential information.Connor and team helped load from my car, weigh and dispose in confidential bins.All I did was pay and receive my receipt!Great customer service - highly recommend!
