I arrived at mid valley ups store late afternoon on Thursday. Fabulous Candace was working with another customer. After they completed, Jacob, the greatest UPS driver walked in to pick up packages. Candace incredibly boxed, labeled and had my packages ready to go with Jacob within only a couple of minutes!! Remarkable! I love this place! Packages arrived to destinations Saturday! She is truly spectacular! I can always count on the incredible service at Mid Valley Carmel UPS store!!🎉💝

I have been going to this UPS store location for around two years now and also have a mail box with them. The staff is unbelievably personable and always ready to assist whatever need you have. Truly appreciated!

I just realized this location existed (Mid Valley) The location is very convenient compared to Ryan Ranch as I drive by here everyday. The two ladies working were very helpful getting my package ready to ship. They were very pleasant to interact with and they loved my dog (and he loved them back ).

Candace was amazing! She was so helpful, I came In with boxes from Amazon to return. She helped me grab them from my car and also showed me how to get QR codes and return my phone back to English. For some reason my phone was In Spanish which Is why I must’ve ordered a Spanish book and needed to return It. Furthermore, I needed help packing items to send to my family in the Philippines. She went above and beyond to help me with all of my needs. I will definitely be using this store again.

I have no complaint about my recent trip to the UPS store at the Carmel mid valley location, I was welcomed in graciously by the workers. Especially, Miranda who worked with me for a return. It was quick and easy. Great customer service to say the least.

I have gone to the mid-valley Carmel UPS store a few times. Most recently in the beginning of the year. The store is clean and cheerful. Candace is so helpful and has a sincerity about her that, I choose to go to this store over any other UPS store. Love the area and love good people! Thanks!!

Mid Valley UPS Store is the best! Every single staff member is amazing, helpful, courteous, fast AND they all know way more about tech than I do and are willing to help.Getting my PO Box there was a great decision. Christina, Candace, Miranda and all the others.. fantastic customer service.They help me with so many things and always with a smile. I absolutely highly recommend them. Yes, some of their services are expensive.....but so easy and convenient it is worth it. I cant say enough good things about them.

I have used this location for years, and the service has never been better! Everyone is helpful and efficient, but Candace is the best! She has helped me with notarizing and faxing legal documents, all handled quickly and professionally. No appointment required!

My visit the UPS store was an absolute delight. Every corner of the place exudes professionalism and efficiency. The real stars of the show, however, are the workers. The staff at The UPS Store Mid Valley are always helpful and courteous.Ive had some very breakable, and difficult to package items to ship, and they have always packaged them carefully. They have always been able to accommodate my specific shipping requests, and I appreciated how easy it was to leave returns with them. The personal attention I received will keep me going back.

Living out in the valley, this is the nearest UPS store to my home and it is about a 20 minute drive. I drove out today to drop off a amazon return at 2:30pm. Online it says the store does not close until 4 so I figured I was arriving an hour and a half before closing time. To my dismay as soon as I walk up an employee was locking the door. I asked what time they close and she simply replied were closed. I looked around to see if there was a sign with holiday hours or something but as far as I could tell they were supposed to be open until 4. Unfortunately, I ended up having to drive out all the way to the mouth of the valley to the UPS in the crossroads where I had to wait twenty minutes because they were having technical difficulties. But hey, at least they were open. I guess if you are going to go to this one, call ahead and make sure they arent closing early.

I got great service and loved the birthday cards the first time i went to the store so i decided to go again when another birthday was coming up. The second time i went there was no attendant in site. It wasnt until i was ready to pay that i asked very loudly if there was anybody there and thats when someone finally appeared. What was she doing? Sleeping? texting? either way you shouldnt leave the store unattended.

If you are choosing between this one and Crossroads, do to the one in Crossroads. They are way more friendly and dont overcharge for printing labels. This store overcharges for printing labels. The same label for different shipments cost me a dollar more than in the other store. Even though Mid Valley is closer to me, I am now doing my business with Crossroads.
