2024-01-20 21:01:53Customer service, especially from older lady owner, has been reported to corporate. She cant handle questions about returns and threw items I wanted to return on the floor! Other customers were in store. I had to call corporate because she seems to be the type of person who will throw your items in trash from pettiness. Avoid this location!

2023-10-28 22:20:20Bottom Line: Go to the Albertson’s UPS store at 220 E. Bonita Avenue, San Dimas, CA, 91773 rather than this one.I would give this store a negative star report if possible. The low 3.1 star rating says it all, however UPS should remove this franchise due to the owner dragging the UPS store’s name through the mud and belittling customers.June 2022: Last year I had an incident with the owner’s son being rude to me following a Microsoft return I needed to have executed. He told me I should have known that Microsoft failed to send a QR code to me, however, the Microsoft employee told me specifically all I needed was the reference number10/28/2023: Today was a particularly interesting interaction. My friend and I went to execute the return of Amazon Prime Day purchases. The main woman dealing with my friend was exceptionally rude and berated her saying that every QR code for the multiple packages should have been processed beforehand to expedite their process. At the time, there was no line, therefore, no rush. She kept rushing my friend who then felt uncomfortable and decided to leave the establishment. I decided to ask for the female employee’s name to file a complaint with UPS who then told me she was the franchise owner. I told her explicitly, “Your customer service skills suck.” The owner’s response back was, “My customer service skills are only good for customers that don’t suck.” This is the quote verbatim from my own mouth and the owner’s. Makes you wonder who does the owner and her son deem as a worthy customer for their franchise?

2023-12-20 22:44:09Worst UPS store I’ve ever seen. The guy said he couldn’t take my 9 small boxes because they were too many. Shame on you. I’ve never had any problem delivering many boxes in any UPS store.The customer service at this location sucks.

2023-05-19 18:17:16Best UPS store Ive been to. Great employees. I didnt catch the name but the long haired guy with bandana was super helpful and efficient. The older lady (owner I think) there was so nice to the customers. I wish they had pull up parking (tough when you have to carry giant heavy boxes from across the parking lot) but not their fault how the shopping center was designed.

2023-12-27 01:02:31I was here 12/26/23 just to drop off a package at around 3pm .There was a man and younger lady didn’t acknowledge me. They kept me waiting for about around 10 or 15 minutes until she decided to come help me by just looking at me and not saying hi or anything. Seemed annoyed.

2022-07-06 05:43:27The people that work here are great. I have visited several UPS Stores and these are the friendliest and most helpful. Always willing to assist with sending packages; whether sealing boxes, providing the dolly, or patiently helping with sending multiple boxes that are heavy and doing it all with professionalism. Will continue to visit this business as I have reviewed two others that cannot hold a candle to this location.

2022-03-01 21:30:34I go to UPS stores across the Inland Empire area very regularly for our small business. Today I happened to stop at this one. I told the guy I had 3 rounds of 6 boxes (18 boxes) in total that I needed to bring in with their dolly. As soon as he heard this he said, “I’m sorry but we don’t take in that many boxes”. I told him that I’ve been to numerous stores and they all let me take in however many boxes I have. He responded saying that they’ve had too many problems with people with lots of boxes holding up the other customers. Mind you, the store was COMPLETELY EMPTY when I walked in, AND there were two additional dollys so that in case people needed to bring in boxes, they could. Before coming here I noticed that this store had a significantly lower rating than other UPS stores I’ve been to, and now I know why. They just lost a customer, and for what? They need to learn what customer service is. This ain’t gonna fly.

2021-02-09 00:14:36I go to this place a couple times a year and today I had to walk out. I look around and everyone is wearing a mask except the guy behind the counter whos wearing a rag around his face but not even bothering to cover his nose.with everything going on right now and every one of his customers taking it serious he chose to make a stand by not taking it serious and potentially risking all of us.Ive put up with waiting in line there regularly because I know it can be tough for one person to run a store I put up with a lot but I will not put up with customer service so bad that they dont even bother to put on a show to make people feel safe theyd rather make a protest statement.I am done going here
