I gotta say, Ive been having to visit this location many times since I moved to Placerville from lots of Amazon returns. Every - single - time - that Ive visited Ive been greeted friendly, smiling staff, from start to finish. I still go there semi-often (once to twice a month) and every time I never see a single staff member giving off anything but good, friendly vibes, and are extremely fast and efficient. Great location.

The staff staff is always very friendly and courteous. They are quick and efficient with my services and things I need. I also really like the self-help kiosk that cuts down on. Wait time in the lines.

Seriously?? $6.50 for (11) b&w copies (40 cents each copy) and $2.00 for about a minute on their computer because their printer has the USB taped off. I will need to find a new printer next time.

Have always been met with happy, helpful employees. I understand the prices of mailing and try to avoid sending packages. The post office people don’t seem to have personalities so I use UPS whenever I can.If you’re going to pay the rates at least you are treated well here!

The employees were absolutely wonderful and immensely helpful. I would recommend anyone to use this location. I use this ups store almost 4 times a month

How this store charges $24.99 for passport photos when 49er Notary down the road charges $12.00 is beyond me. UPS tells you to stand against a wall. 49er has Profesional photography lighting.

Brought package to be returned to manufacturer in New York, man running register said I’m busy he was by himself and answering phone calls line of people behind me the return was pre paid. So he said to me I take care of it don’t worry. 1 week later the package is delivered to my house not the manufacturer. I will never use this UPS store again!!!!! Hire more people or competent people.
