This UPS Store has been around forever, owned by the same family. They are extremely service oriented and an absolute part of the community.

Thank you! The team at this store helped me 4 days in a row as I was clearing out a storage unit and shipping all varieties of items. A special shout out to Trevor especially on all the days and also to Adrian on day 4. The first three days I went directly after the storage unit closed at 6pm in order to arrive at this UPS store as early as possible before they closed at 7pm. On my last day in town, I arrived at the UPS store earlier in the day before my flight and they worked with me to estimate the cost of my final shipment so that I could continue onward to the airport. I appreciated your going above and beyond to work with me. It meant a lot to me to have your support during this transitional time!p.s. bring along some cash as they have a tip jar in case you feel inspired to support all they do! I told them to get a Venmo :)

I paid approximately $350 for the years access to a mailbox.I received an email of a policy change requiring additional information I could not provide.Adrian informed me that my mail would be held at the post office, therefore I requested a prorated refund.Adrian hung up on me after saying we dont do that.I called back and a woman I believe named Shana tells me that I will continue to receive mail there but my account will be on heightened fraud alert.As I began to request the managers information, Shana behind to cut me off and rush me off the phone.This staff is rude and unprofessional.

Was attempting to 1) print out a 2-page 8.5x11 return label, and 2) return something. I went online to the UPS website and submitted a print request. I showed up 15 min later to the store where they informed me that my print job would actually take 24 hours to process as it stated in my order email. No problem, thats my bad. I ask if they can print it there to which they say they can as long as I pay $2 extra. I e-mail my document to the store and wait five minutes, where they inform me that it still hasnt come through and it might be due to the stores spotty Wifi. At that point I feel like Ive spent enough time there and can just come back later.The following day (24 hours and 20 min after Ive submitted the print request) I come and ask whether its ready to be picked up. The employee asks me if Ive received a confirmation e-mail to which I say I havent, but its already past the 24 hour mark. He says he cant do anything unless I have the confirmation e-mail. I ask if he can help print it out. He says I dont know how. I ask him if theres anyone who can help print it out. He says I dont know. Another employee who was helping someone else was randomly listening in and volunteered to show the first employee how to access the print files online. The two of them go onto the computer where they find their login doesnt work. I ask if they can just print it from their email, and upon looking at their inbox, they tell me someone has already wiped all the jobs from yesterday. Fifteen minutes after arriving, I have somewhere else to be so am forced to postpone my mission to return my stuff until the next day.48 hours and 30 min after Ive submitted the print request, I come back a third time, armed with a copy of the return paperwork that Ive printed from Fedex (same day no less). Im able to easily return my product, then ask if my documents have been printed. They say it still hasnt and havent been able to log onto their online system. I ask if they can refund me for the print job. They say I have to go through the UPS website. I seethe.I submitted the print job on 7/30. It is currently 8/5. I still havent gotten a confirmation e-mail. Only reason that this review is 2/5 stars is because one of the employees was genuinely trying to help me. Do not recommend this UPS for anything besides dropping off packages.Update 8/7: got an email yesterday stating their online print system but that they could refund the purchase directly. Called today and got it taken care of. Still not happy about the printing experience, but props for fixing the payment.

The worst UPS store I’ve ever been to. I’ve been a UPS customer for 10 years and this store simply has the worst customer experience. There were three people at the store and not one could care about me dropping off a package. Apparently they didn’t have the space (but you walking in can see there is). By the way, mine was a pre-paid package. They don’t care wether there’s another store near by, they don’t provide information on what to do, they don’t provide information on when you can drop your package again at the store. All I got was an “I don’t know” which I can understand translates to “not my problem”. Lack of empathy and simple the worst customer service I’ve received from UPS ever.

Don’t come here if you need a drop box. I had a return that was already packaged and labeled but when I entered they threatened to throw it in the trash. Sorry, but no one is going to wait 45m to drop off a box.

I had an important package delivered to this store with instructions that it needed an adult signature to pick it up. Instead, an employee of the store placed it in a P.0. box for a customer with the same name as mine.It took 2 days to figure out their error.Supposedly they have asked the customer to return the item but it has been 2 more days and no package. No one at this store seems to really care how long it will take. I will not use their services again. No one that I have spoken to really seems to care about when I receive the package even though I have expressed how important it is to get it ASAP.

Lots of convenient locations and consistently quick service. The ability to send Amazon returns is also very useful and saves a lot of time and money.

I loved this store. We were out-of-towners looking for a UPS store and just by sheer luck found this one. The people there are wonderful. Art should win an award for his kind manner and also his efficiency. We were cleaning out the apartment of a family member who had passed, and Art was just so great to deal with. Highly recommend this store.
