Just learned the second live scan was rejected again. Not a surprise at all - also, I filed the claim with UPS and got the refund. More Victims like me can just request for the refund.RUN!!!!! Live scan was rejected, I went back to redo the live scan, the grumpy long face lady submitted the finger prints with even RED ERRORS! No wonder why the first time got rejected! And they said this bad quality is out of their control! I was arguing with the manager and he yelled me to never come back!! I yelled back and he followed out to my car and TOOK MY CAR PLATE and SPIT ON MY WINDSHIELD!!!!! Reported to the police department about this dangerous and aggressive manager！and he deletes reviews!!!

Super disappointed by their unfriendly staff. Went to do the happy return that some online stores offer just so deal with a very unfriendly lady who was sighing and mumbling. She seemed very annoyed by my return and threw the packets on counter. Glad it was just clothes.

This is the cleanest UPS Store I have ever set foot in, and it was the quickest Id ever completed a transaction at one too. There was no line, so I could walk straight to the available register and ship out my package in seconds. The best part of it all was the employees cheery attitude. If it werent for the narrow parking lot, I think this store is worth returning to in the future.

I wanted to remind other customers who plan to come here for a live scan. I received a CA DOJ report after my fingerprints were submitted to FBI from this store. The report says the quality is too low to be used. Read from other’s review, I know I’m not a single failed case here. BTW, they charged way more than other live scan service providers and the process I have to say is a bit sloppy so it did not overly surprise me that the fingerprints got rejected because of quality. They charged $45 for a rolling fee and you can find $30 or even lower price in another place for better service. To avoid your double work and save your money and time, please consider other live scan service providers if you could.

We use this UPS store quite frequently. Excellent service and staff. They always help you package items to be shipped quickly and with kindness. I never worry about my packages shipped with UPS. This store is the best in everything shipping. There are not long wait lines and they are very efficient here in all ways. A must stop shop for all of your shipments.

I wish i can give them 0 stars. Terrible service, misleading and the owner does not have any empathy toward the customer.My mom send me a package priority mail. She was told it would take 2 days. It has been over a week and i still have not received my package. When i called to ask about the service, i was told it was an estimate, which my mom was not told. Further, they send your package through USPS and USPS has 2 day delivery for same price. They are a rip off. DO NOT USE THEM.

UPS couldn’t even get the mail to the right place!! (And they ignore your feedback despite saying that they will help in the reply!)I went to send a mail, they suggested an option but didn’t tell me that they will transfer the mail to USPS.The mail didn’t arrive for more than 2 weeks. I went to USPS to ask and check, and the address UPS gave to USPS was totally off and with the wrong zip code.When I go to UPS, the people there just ignore me and say it’s not their problem.

My wife and I asked for a live scan for an FBI report. I was very clear in what I wanted. We received a California DOJ report. This is completely different from what had been requested. The entire experience felt rushed and I must say that the two ladies that were involved both seemed very grumpy. Zero customer satisfaction and I am a very easy going guy. Last time I ever use this facility.

My fingerprints were rejected by DOJ and returned to redo the fingerprints. There was free of charge. staffs are friendly. When we mail via UPS, we always go there.Happy to have a store near my house.

Do not come here for Livescan. I brought a DOJ record review livescan with a fee waiver ($25) here and the facility still wanted to charge me the full $45 vs $20 for the finger rolling fee only. I told them that the DOJ gave me a fee waiver and they needed to enter in that code. They didnt want to do it and made up a charge and said the $25 is for the transmission fee. This UPS is making this story up to pocket the $25 fee despite still getting the $25 fee waive from the DOJ. Just outright fraud.I then went to a different livescan site the same day and was only charged the correct amount of $20 for the finger rolling fee instead of the $45 they wanted from me here. This place needs to get their livescan license revoked for trying to deceive fees from the public and state.

I can see why someone like me would like April.B, the manager. She came out right away with can do attitude. In time at all, my old phone in a box with a UPS return sticker, was off to its destination point. And, April gave me a tracking number for my returned phone, too. Thanks April. Ive been to this location twice within the past several days and both times service was incredibly cordial and efficient. Vera helped me the first time with notarizing some documents as well as setting up expedited shipping and the entire process was incredibly easy. Vera then helped me a second time a few days later with some simple package shipping. Though I intended to ship the package faster than ground, Vera pointed out that ground shipping would arrive just as fast as 2 day shipping at a much cheaper rate, thus saving me a bunch of money. I see no reason to go elsewhere for shipping and notary needs.

Best UPS in the area - Ill even drive further from the location closer to my house to drop off packages here instead, because the staff is so nice and helpful. Some UPS locations have reported lost/stolen packages, but this place never disappoints or fails me!

I’ve done many times live scan, but it’s my first time to gain this disappointing service. You’ll spend more money, waste your time and effort, but still can’t get your things done!The staff there seemed unfamiliar with the process like it was their first time ever to do this. The government rejected the request multiple times since low quality of images which I got charged more than usual. They also said they can’t control the quality. If that’s occasional case, that makes sense, but failed twice out of 3 times operations?Objectively, shipping is fine there, BUT! Find a more professional spot to do ya fingerprints! Not gonna go back ever based on the very unsatisfied experience.

Thank you April Boozer. With Covid 19 I am not commuting to the office everyday and also dont have a UPS Driver showing up each afternoon to pickup packages. April is extremely professional and courteous and makes my 2 to 4 trips during the week so easy. I appreciate that and I know I can depend on her especially during stressful afternoons when I have a lot of outgoing shipments. I am grateful that I can depend on the UPS store near my home and thats because of April.

Fantastic customer service at this store, Vera is especially helpful. We recently moved out of state and she packed up some special painting and work monitors for us and they arrived without a scratch. Dont bother going to other UPS stores if you live in the area, this is the one you want!

This is my go-to UPS store in the area, with helpful staff to support all my UPS-shipping needs and Amazon-return needs. Friendly/professional, yet also quick in-and-out (easy/swift transaction/interaction & COVID-safer). All the COVID precautions are also taken here, so I feel safe stopping by this store.

Avoid this store at all cost. There are plenty of other choices close by, less then 5 minutes. The lack of decency here during COVID is overwhelming.Update**Things have changed. I got finger printed for my teaching credential at this location and those fingerprints have been rejected now twice. AND THIS STORE KEEPS MAKING MY PAY $80 TO GET THEM REDONE. Even though redoing fingerprinting is supposed to be free.

Excellent service. Notary service available. When I was there they worked with a customer to determine what all was needed to ship a parcel - quite the conversation. But the staff explained what was needed and the customer returned after they found the additional info.

The worst service ever The owner is so rude, after 4 years being a customer and paying my MailBox rent on time yearly, in the 5th year I was 1 week late on my rent cause I lost my job because of COVID-19, the owner hold my Mails and didn’t give it to me and he wanted to charge me late fees $30 What a customer service after being 5 years customer?????! In the end I canceled my Mailbox agreement with them.THIS LOCATION NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL 👎🏾

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I made an appointment for my fingerprints and the line piled up once I got there and April RUSHED and put my name & ss information wrong. I got an email stating that the information was wrong and April kept refusing to make new prints with the CORRECT information without wanting to charge me all over again. Eventually she did a new submittal but GUESS WHAT? She put my information wrong AGAIN! A waste of time and money. They need to properly train their staff or get staff that is willing to do their job correctly.

Do not ever get your passport pictures taken here. They eyeball it and do not use software to accurately measure it precisely to the US Passport office specifications. Further April Boozer refused to retake my photo when I questioned it and insisted in a defiant manner that they NEVER EVER have had passport pictures rejects. Her mistake cost me an additional $200 in expedited fees for the delay in getting my passport. Recommendation to April: lay off the booze Boozer.
