HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY! I’m handicapped and I went inside and stood in line waiting my turn. First Associate was along of we had Amazon returns which I did but I said “I actually need some assistance with a large box and just parked in the handicap spot” she said oh go ahead and ask at front and they’ll help you. Second Associate said “oh I can’t physically help you but you can use the dolly” so I just went to my car and strained myself to get my package because too hard with dolly. Went to counter and said I was disappointed and Third Associate said well I’m sorry he was busy helping another customer and I said so he lied to me instead of just saying he was busy at the moment? Then she said it’s our policy because owner doesn’t want to be liable” and I said well which is it youre busy or store policy? She said they would help a senior or someone who looks like they need help. Of course that was incredibly insulting because I told them I was parked in the handicap spot and just because I’m not in a wheelchair chair doesn’t mean I’m not disabled and I asked for help. Just absolutely disgusted with how I was treated and completely against the law!

I actually like this location. I think the staff are accommodating and helpful. My aggravation: during the holiday season, the US mail is NOT a priority. They get to it WHEN they get to it. One night, the mail wasn’t put into boxes until past 6:30. They justify it by saying they’re busy with customers at the counter. Fact is: I’m a customer too. That justification is probably great if your small business doesn’t run by daily mail delivery. By the time our mail is received so many times, it’s much too late to conduct any type of business because the business day is typically over. Unfortunate.

Consistently Organized, efficient, pleasant, professional service. Traffic flow for mail/shipping and Amazon returns was outstanding. Ive used this location since they opened for my business and personal needs, Printing, fax, etc. Great service, hope the owners treat their staff well.

I walked in and the line was a little long, I thought I was going to be in there for a while but nope those workers are quick and efficient. They moved that line so quick I was out in less than 2 minutes. And they were nice!

The clerk, Anthony, was unbelievably helpful and efficient. He packaged 2 0ld Bibles for me, carefully wrapped and secured them and processed 2 other packages very efficiently and timely. I really appreciated the time he spent and how smoothly my visit went.Bobby Saltus

Walking in this store is like the Zombie apocalypse. This store is so unorganized how the staff works. Its so stuffy and smelly of all the bad breathe of people crammed in this little store. Today, they had 4 people there. Only 2 were working. The female employee was working 10 mins with the same person as the line continued to grow. She looked like she hadnt slept in days. Slower than molassses. 10 mins and the female employee is still helping a lady when I left. Everyone who works there looks miserable. If someone walks in, they dont even look up and say the same depressed response, welcome I have used the UPS Store off Clinton Keith and by far, they are more friendly and organized. This Newport and Murrieta store should take pointers from the employees at that store. From some of the reviews Ive read, a lot of people are complaining about the same thing. One of the responses from the owner says its a top producing store. Reason is, its the only one close by, thats why.

Charging for printing their own labels is ridiculous!!!I had the return labels from the company on my email and it could have been easily scanned and printed but of course UPS want to make money of printing their own label. If I was asking UPS to print someone else’s label make sense but charging for printing their own makes ZERO sense. Hopefully this review will fall on sensible ears.

I hold a business box at this location for a company that I manage. The store owner(s) seem to be extremely inconsiderate of their customers/PMB box holders. I have had at least two terrible experiences with this store, and a few other bad experiences not worth depicting. My first concern: 1) Our supplier shipped product to the incorrect address. Instead of shipping it to our job site, they shipped it to our mailing address which is the PMB Box at this UPS Store. We requested that our supplier have the boxes of product picked up via their shipping carrier (FedEx) and reshipped to the correct location. Because the (5) boxes were large (3 x 3) and I could not fit them in my small car on the day that they arrived to the UPS Store, the owner(s) charged us $100 as a storage fee for having them from Friday to Monday, literally just a few days, one of which they arent even open. They required me to pay $100 or they would not release the boxes to FedEx (that they wanted removed from their store). Talk about blackmail. Keep in mind, this is our business mailing address for our PMB Box. My second concern: 2) They decided to relocate their store to a suite a few doors down. While I understand they likely did this to have more space, it is a HUGE inconvenience for business box holders. We have 100s of customers, suppliers, government agencies, etc. that this will be a huge labor expense to have everything updated; including business checks, business cards, company preprinted envelopes, etc. They offered no assistance or discount for this extreme inconvenience. I have emailed the store multiple times and have been told that the emails are being forwarded to the store owner(s), yet, I have received no response for weeks. Do yourself a favor, take your business somewhere else.

This is the 2nd time I’ve left this store mad. First time the line was backed out the door. These people move at the pace of snails. This morning was awful. I was the 3rd person there as they opened. One register was down, and someone had peed on the floor. Dude touched it with his bare finger, put three flimsy napkins over it, picked up napkins with bare hand, put a box over the spot on the carpet, then went and touched the broken register without washing his hands!!!! I will happily go out of my way to avoid this location. Slow and gross!!!
