HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY! I’m handicapped and I went inside and stood in line waiting my turn. First Associate was along of we had Amazon returns which I did but I said “I actually need some assistance with a large box and just parked in the handicap spot” she said oh go ahead and ask at front and they’ll help you. Second Associate said “oh I can’t physically help you but you can use the dolly” so I just went to my car and strained myself to get my package because too hard with dolly. Went to counter and said I was disappointed and Third Associate said well I’m sorry he was busy helping another customer and I said so he lied to me instead of just saying he was busy at the moment? Then she said it’s our policy because owner doesn’t want to be liable” and I said well which is it youre busy or store policy? She said they would help a senior or someone who looks like they need help. Of course that was incredibly insulting because I told them I was parked in the handicap spot and just because I’m not in a wheelchair chair doesn’t mean I’m not disabled and I asked for help. Just absolutely disgusted with how I was treated and completely against the law!

I actually like this location. I think the staff are accommodating and helpful. My aggravation: during the holiday season, the US mail is NOT a priority. They get to it WHEN they get to it. One night, the mail wasn’t put into boxes until past 6:30. They justify it by saying they’re busy with customers at the counter. Fact is: I’m a customer too. That justification is probably great if your small business doesn’t run by daily mail delivery. By the time our mail is received so many times, it’s much too late to conduct any type of business because the business day is typically over. Unfortunate.

Consistently Organized, efficient, pleasant, professional service. Traffic flow for mail/shipping and Amazon returns was outstanding. Ive used this location since they opened for my business and personal needs, Printing, fax, etc. Great service, hope the owners treat their staff well.

I walked in and the line was a little long, I thought I was going to be in there for a while but nope those workers are quick and efficient. They moved that line so quick I was out in less than 2 minutes. And they were nice!

Walking in this store is like the Zombie apocalypse. This store is so unorganized how the staff works. Its so stuffy and smelly of all the bad breathe of people crammed in this little store. Today, they had 4 people there. Only 2 were working. The female employee was working 10 mins with the same person as the line continued to grow. She looked like she hadnt slept in days. Slower than molassses. 10 mins and the female employee is still helping a lady when I left. Everyone who works there looks miserable. If someone walks in, they dont even look up and say the same depressed response, welcome I have used the UPS Store off Clinton Keith and by far, they are more friendly and organized. This Newport and Murrieta store should take pointers from the employees at that store. From some of the reviews Ive read, a lot of people are complaining about the same thing. One of the responses from the owner says its a top producing store. Reason is, its the only one close by, thats why.

Charging for printing their own labels is ridiculous!!!I had the return labels from the company on my email and it could have been easily scanned and printed but of course UPS want to make money of printing their own label. If I was asking UPS to print someone else’s label make sense but charging for printing their own makes ZERO sense. Hopefully this review will fall on sensible ears.

I hold a business box at this location for a company that I manage. The store owner(s) seem to be extremely inconsiderate of their customers/PMB box holders. I have had at least two terrible experiences with this store, and a few other bad experiences not worth depicting. My first concern: 1) Our supplier shipped product to the incorrect address. Instead of shipping it to our job site, they shipped it to our mailing address which is the PMB Box at this UPS Store. We requested that our supplier have the boxes of product picked up via their shipping carrier (FedEx) and reshipped to the correct location. Because the (5) boxes were large (3 x 3) and I could not fit them in my small car on the day that they arrived to the UPS Store, the owner(s) charged us $100 as a storage fee for having them from Friday to Monday, literally just a few days, one of which they arent even open. They required me to pay $100 or they would not release the boxes to FedEx (that they wanted removed from their store). Talk about blackmail. Keep in mind, this is our business mailing address for our PMB Box. My second concern: 2) They decided to relocate their store to a suite a few doors down. While I understand they likely did this to have more space, it is a HUGE inconvenience for business box holders. We have 100s of customers, suppliers, government agencies, etc. that this will be a huge labor expense to have everything updated; including business checks, business cards, company preprinted envelopes, etc. They offered no assistance or discount for this extreme inconvenience. I have emailed the store multiple times and have been told that the emails are being forwarded to the store owner(s), yet, I have received no response for weeks. Do yourself a favor, take your business somewhere else.

This is the 2nd time I’ve left this store mad. First time the line was backed out the door. These people move at the pace of snails. This morning was awful. I was the 3rd person there as they opened. One register was down, and someone had peed on the floor. Dude touched it with his bare finger, put three flimsy napkins over it, picked up napkins with bare hand, put a box over the spot on the carpet, then went and touched the broken register without washing his hands!!!! I will happily go out of my way to avoid this location. Slow and gross!!!

Jan 4, 2023This place is super small be prepared to wait outside in line especially when using Amazon to drop of returns.If you are dropping of mail, please note mail is picked up by 2pm so if you drop any off after 2 it will sit there until the next day. Sadly when I dropped off my USPS package there NO ONE MENTIONED THAT!!! I had checked the status of my package later that evening and there was no movement on the package so I had to drive back out to the store to check the status the next day.You would think the associate would inform me of that important “2 pm pick up” information right? Well no she didn’t ( I didn’t get her name, but I’m gonna go back to the store and get her name so that way if you’re ever in her line ask for a manager) all the associate would say she didn’t know, USPS scans it, it’s not there, they don’t have it, there’s nothing she can do. This was her wonderful (not) effort to ensure me that any package I left here would be processed according.I asked to speak to the manager Maria, and she was super helpful she gave me the information I needed. In fact, my package was still there. It was right behind me in a large canvas bin. She was the one who informed me that mail comes out to pick at 2pm anything dropped off after that stays in the bin until the following day. It looks like I went at 2:45. She even dug to the bottom of the bin and pulled out my package to show me. Wow! It took a manager to actually “help me”.What’s up with these lazy ( associates ) people who just conduct themselves as if they work for free and will ABSOLUTELY NOT help you. This is their job they get paid to do it. You mean the associate had no idea the mail was still piled up behind me? She couldn’t even ask “do you remember what time you came in”? By the way if you came after 2 pm it wouldn’t be picked up until today, I mean say something to the customer other than “I don’t know” because ………I don’t know how you got hired or still have a job with all of your lack of service. Be prepared for stupidity at its finest. Seriously!!!

I was doing an amazon return and I didn’t notice I had to pack my items cause it’s never said that before. So I tried to be eco friendly and use a inside out recycled Walmart bag since it’s basically as thick as the ones you get packages from. The return label could’ve taped it better but employees refused to accept my package. So when you do returns on your amazon account do them all individual returns so you don’t have to package anything. Or else they’ll want to charge you $2.50 for an envelope. I wished Amazon went back to kohls returns. Ups doesn’t want to be eco friendly. Also the line was long but the staff was ok. It would’ve been helpful if they told me how I should package my product and why exactly is it wrong to use a thick plastic bag for my package.

This store packed a 1day USPS priority package for me (and I paid for the extra packing fee) and it seems to have disappeared! No tracking for 1 week now. Called the place and they said it was picked up because it’s not there now. Yeah but who “picked it up?” A $300 dollar item that was to go to a repair facility in NY.Upgraded rating today…Called ups store again and talked with Diana and she was extremely helpful. Found the footage of box picked up by USPS employee. She offered to track it as well and let me know if she sees any movement.Then talked to Kevin at Menifee USPS and he said not unusual for package not to be scanned until it reaches its destination even with 1 day priority mail. He also has this parcel on his watch list and will let me know if he sees any movement.I guess patience will tell.Thank you Diana and Kevin.

Every one of the employees have always been courteous to me, an 82-year old woman and answer all my questions without hesitation. I came to the store needing one signature on a document notarized. They were extremely busy and the line was out the door. I didnt mind this at all and even opened the door for multiple exiting customers while waiting. I understand how things can get busy. I moonlighted as a Notary Public for a Postal Annex years ago. I made it up to the front and was asked to wait in another line for the Notary Public services. I didnt mind this either. After waiting in lines for an hour and finally making it to the front of this line I was refused service three minutes after they closed and was told that they stopped doing Notary Public Services thirty minutes ago. I have never once refused a five minute $15 service as a Notary Public. Not even if the shop closed. Youll never see me step into a UPS ever again.

Ive used this store before with no issues at all what so ever. My last time was absolutely horrible!I tried to send a package internationally in May. Shipping was shy over $150. It went a town over, and ended up getting delivered to my house, a month later, with no information given. I gave the UPS store a call to get information. They had no info. The best they could do is make a claim for a refund. They told me that this takes at least 30 days to investigate.A month of no word, I give them a call. Still investigating. 3 months go by. The manager of the ups escalates it and should receive an update in 5 business days. I call a week later, still no update. I wait another month. Nothing.About two weeks ago, I finally managed to get an update. My claim was closed a month ago, and done with. No refund. UPS associate told me to email my number over, and that they would forward it to the owner to give me a call.Its been nearly 3 weeks since. No call. No resolution. I would strongly avoid this place. Multiple occasions they have hung up on me after having put me on hold for 20-30 minutes.

My printer at home broke so I went into this UPS to get a few copies of my resume and some interview material printed. Copies came out perfect and used them during the interview and got the job! The front desk ladies were extremely helpful and got me out in less 10 minutes. It wasnt super busy, so the wait was not that bad. Thank you Menifee UPS!

I have been using the UPS Store for a few years and the last year has been terrible! No one knows how to do anything and are extremely rude. I called and made a payment for three months and they screwed it up and treated me rude over it asking if i had money issues. Tried to remove an ex from the box still receive mail for them. They mis sort mail all the time. One time i had to reorder a check because it was placed in a wrong box after the Manager DeShawn assured me they had never seen it. I used to love Kim and Michelle but they have moved on. Attitudes about everything, inconcistant pricing, always new staff that are not properly trained so lines take forever, lost packages and no set time to see an owner. Go to Postal Annex across the street its comparable and much nicer service.

Today this very nice young lady at the front (Norma) assisted me in packaging my mothers birthday present. She took her time and made sure everything was secure and neatly packaged. When she had questions of her own,her store lead Solange stepped in and assisted her with completing my service. Everyone within this establishment was very professional. They greeted everyone who walked in the door right away. Almost every staff member ask if I was being helped. I would recommend and return I this facility.Side note there were 4 employees working today. And there was a fragrant within the store that smelt also sweet.

$3.00 for a printout copy- wow that’s ridiculous! I only needed two pages so to pay $6.00 is overpriced to say the least. The staff seemed nice from far away but were not friendly at all, and rather than being sympathetic to the customer due to the high price, their demeanor left me to wonder whether or not I would ever come back and do business with them- location is clean and not crowded; line moved fine- overall I am not sure I would want to come back to an high-priced place and where the customer service is not up to part.

I Called on the phone and had such a great experience that I had to give a review. I called and spoke with a real helpful and friendly lady named Diana. I was calling to see if they can overnight something with a po box, the answer is no, but Diana went above and beyond even though she didnt have to help me. She gave me some suggestions and even looked up some places up for me that I asked for, all while being friendly. Just want to say how nice it is to deal with a person who goes beyond common COURTESY; because, even common courtesy is not so common today, and dealing with two previous shipping stores that had misinformed me, less than helpful and less than friendly.

I usually take my Amazon returns to this location. Just made an Amazon return 30 mins ago. It was supposed to be a no-cost and hassle free return. Todays visit was a complete disappointment. The staff was very condescending in telling me that I had to bring a box for my return and that I had print out the label. The staff showed frustration telling me that I didnt know what I was doing and that the location do not take returns without packaging.Ive returned many Amazon items to this specific location in the past with just my phone using provided bar code. Not only the staffs behavior was inexcusable, this location found a way to cost me money for a free Amazon return. I dont recommend doing business with this UPS store.

I now use this store over all the other local options because this is the last store UPS comes to pick up the packages, so you can get there later (about 5 p.m. but get there by 4:30 p.m.) and the other stores are 3 p.m. There is always someone at the desk and you dont wait long. I read some of these reviews and they were just stupid and didnt apply to the store and customer service in my opinion. They are nice here and Ill keep going for all of my packages because of the accuracy and late pick up time.

Every customer counts and no matter how busy you are always treat people how you would like to be treated. Customer service has gone down hill. If you have no customers you have no job. I shipped a package through their store with a next morning delivery option. the package got out on time, but Ups corporate failed to get the package on the airplane.The real problem is when I went into the store the next morning they said I was going to get a full refund. They took my name, number, and tracking number. They said we cannot process your claim until the package arrives tomorrow and they would call me to let me know the claim has been processed. Then I would need to wait 7 to 10 days for a check to be made out. I failed to receive a call from them regarding my claim and they are only open for another 3 hours. I called and they knew nothing about my claim and gathered all my information again and said they would call me in 7 to 10 days when my check arrived. I doubt they will!

I Called the store to inquire about their Live Scan service. They were unable to provide any useful information including an estimation range on how much it costs. They recommended to call back when the Live Scan lady was in. I called back and they informed me that the Live Scan machine was unavailable and that I should take my business at their Clinton Keith location. I was a bit amazed at how clueless the working staff was in regards to providing information on their services, in addition to their lackluster in helping me. I will not be going back to this location.

I sent package to Oregon on 12-15-20. Tracking showed that it made it to Sylmar. No response was given why. And this store and ups customer service played a months worth of go around. I found out ups is not going to reimburse any packages sent via ups. I would strongly think about sending anything of value via ups in the future.

At 3 in the afternoon i went in to mail a package and a certified letter. I have everything filled out and affixed. The guy at the register was new, so no big deal he didnt know what a certified was. There were 2 other emp. there, but he had to ask for help a few times. Finally he gives me the green part back and I ask for it to be date stamped. call again for help 2x, and the woman comes up and says oh we dont do that wth! then she tops it with it doesnt make any difference, the mail has already been picked up today, so it isnt going out until tomorrow and walks away. what great customer service (sarcasm here).
