The staff at this UPS location has always been very helpful, attentive, and professional. They keep the long lines going so that people don’t stand in line for long and I really appreciate that since we’re all living busy lives. Keep up the good work!

Used this store to mail important document. It was suppose to get there in a week. Two weeks later it’s still not delivered and it cost me $50 bucks to mail. Called the store and the clerk only response was it’s still in Florida and is delayed. What did I pay $50 dollars for. I paused when she told me how much it was but thought I was in safe hands. Should have went with my gut and walked over to the USPS in Raleys.

UPS,#630,on Stabler Lane,I really love this place, the clerks are very respectful and polite, I do have to say some people meaning customers wake up on the wrong side of the bed and expect other people to comfort their needs, If u are gonna ask something please be polite treat people like u would like to be treated, I want to thank the young girls, for helping me and if u need a document notarized thats the place to go, they have great variety of services I truly recommend this placefor that I give them (5 rating!!!)

Both times this ups store has marked my packages as a P.O. Box instead of a ups mailbox causing them to be returned to sender even after a very clear explanation it was not a P.O. Box

Today, l went to the UPS store for my first time ever and what a surprise. They have some of the most hard working and cool employees I have ever encountered in a place like this. I had a bad day and these people all turned it around for me. everyone in there ended up helping me through the process. Nayeli, Donika, Jeremiah, and vanessa all helped me at some point. each of them were already very busy and hustling to keep up with demand but still helped me out (I am clueless) with a smile and a super customer oriented positive attitude. I was honestly impressed. I hope They get paid well in there. Good people are hard to find and these people went above and beyond the normal customer service level you are likely to find. I am still shocked by how good they were. I will certainly be going back anytime I can as they turned my day from a 2 to a 10 and I left happy. Thanks guys I hope you all see this and I hope you all get big checks and appreciation. Robert Hilton

Went in to ship a few items. Waited almost 10min while the clerk vacated her post to assist the notary. Not a huge deal there, it happens. The items I had should have been a straight return to Amazon but due to sizing, one required a box. I was explained that Id need to decide to get a box or not prior to a label being printed as it would render the label reusable if I opted to not ship. I kept trying to ask what the cost of a box would be but the clerk wanted to keep reiterating the same info even when asked point blank cost of a box. She then blurted are you going to let me finish? When I told her no, I just needed the pricing for the box to decide if Id ship, she turned to a coworker, said you need to help.her, Im leaving for lunch. In the middle of our transaction she walked away! It was highly unprofessional and childish behavior. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but she works in a very customer service oriented environment and she failed. There were also several other customers that were able to witness her attitude. Side note, the other lady was completely helpful and was able to assist me to the end.
