Easy to find, lots of great services offered here, its really a one stop shop. Staff are knowledgeable about third party businesses like Temu and Amazon making shipping/ returns easy.. they charge to print labels tho 1.19$ so if you can print your label before you can save some dollars..

This UPS store is by far the WORST!! I would never recommend anyone to go here!The manager is extremely rude and has the worst attitude ever. I shipped out a package overnight that was less than 5 lbs and they wanted to charge me $300!! This UPS is overpriced and has the worst customer service ever!!! He should not be a manager with that kind of attitude.

It is open during construction. They have a good setup so people can still social distance, yet not be standing outside all day. Very easy to walk in and drop off my packages with just one receipt, unlike other places. The staff was polite and knowledgeable.

Been coming to this ups store since 2009 and The owner, who is always there, has NEVER ONCE BEEN FRIENDLY. Baaaad attitude, which may explain the huge employee turnover I’ve seen over the past 13 years. He was particularly nasty to me the last time I was there. Therefore, that’s the LAST TIME I will be patronizing this establishment! I’d rate him with ZERO STARS, if possible.

I have been going to this store for the past year and a half. Its amazing how even though the economy has forced other stores to close, this one has kept its doors open for over 10 years. Not only have they kept their doors open due to there great customer service, but they go above and beyond. A perfect example is the fact that they maintain at least 2 rolls of tape near every computer for customer use. (Although they also sale tape ). I have always received the best customer service from these guys, even on days were they are very busy and disrespected by customers having a bad day. Thanks so much for your professionalism and great attitude, look forward to going back :)

Lets be clear I have high standards when it comes to customer service. The first day I was treated with the utmost respect as a customer, and every day thereafter. This area has a culture of Elite minded people that tend to ignore the rights of majority. This location has shown above par service equally to customers consistently. This location is a diamond in the Valley.

Wont be returning to this store. The Manager Moe nickled and dimed me in lieu of earning repeated service. My printer messed up my label. He charged me 1.23 plus tax to reprint and then upcharge for not paying cash. In addition to the long wait I was disappointed. I’ll be taking my holiday shipping business to the store up the street.

I came in and was greeted right away! The attendant Alex, helped me with detailed information about opening a mail box with them and also helped me overnight express some urgent paperwork in the fastest way to fit my needs. I appreciate the good customer service and all the information I was provided!

The staff is extremely rude and incompetent. I will NEVER ever patronize UPS again.The rep at the desk needs to be fired. He needs a lesson in customer service and manners. I will be contacting corporate.

Waited in line for a while, just to get cut by another customer and the employee is incompetent. The employee does know I was in line, yet chose to ignore me blatantly and took his sweet time helping the person who cut in front. I will be filing a formal complaint after such issue.

Really bad customer service!! The manager Moe Kishawi has a really bad actitud and wasn’t helpful at all with my issue. He started arguing and blaming myself without not listening what the problem with drop off package was. Very disappointed with the service he couldn’t help at all 👎

Sent out a item that was damaged and the guy said he would only be able to pay me 200 dollars the item was sold for 785 he refused to pay me and he never asked if I wanted to insurance for the package im still going through corporate.

Only 1 person is working. They charging very high when it comes to the shipping but When it comes to the customer service they are the worst one out there. Just got out of this location and there was a long line and there was only one person working. Terrible!!!
