They were unbelievably helpful in getting my package shipped out on time when I didn’t know how to wrap my particularly complex item, and I was under a tight time crunch. I even came in at closing time, and they were still incredibly accommodating and helpful, despite the fact that I was probably delaying them leaving work for the day. I can’t thank them enough!

Wonderful customer service. I was so stressed about my passport renewal, but SHAHRZAD was such a sweetheart, she helped me pack all the necessary documents, I even forgot to put my check in it and when she reassured that I had put that too, that’s when I realized I didn’t. Basically, she saved me.Thank you again. My favorite UPS store.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - UPS should disown this franchisee!!Make sure His Majesty isnt eating otherwise, you have to wait to get a doc notarized... there were 3 people behind the counter but HRH (His Royal Highness) could not be bothered.. had 3 people waiting for His Majesty...HRH must be very wealthy to make his poor peon customers wait FOR HIM!!

Do not come to this place for fingerprints. The first time I got my fingerprints done the owner of the store did them for me and I couldn’t read his writing on the paper so I couldn’t check later on if my live scan went through or not and later I found out that he didn’t submit it to the right place. I got my fingerprint done again for the DMV and once again I got them done by the owner and I asked him two times if I needed a copy of my live scan and I even asked for a copy just in case and he refused to give me a copy and told me to just take a picture but when I went to the DMV today I got told that I needed actually two copies of the live scan, one for agency getting my live scan, one for personal and one for the DMV. So I wasted an hour at the DMV just to go Staples and pay extra to make a copy when he could have made one the I gave him the form. Never coming here again for fingerprints.

This was my favorite UPS but recently they started asking for Venmo payment for things like taping boxes. I think it’s shady. Now when I go in there to do my returns at the kiosk one of the employees barks orders at me about how to do it and paying for things that I don’t need. Like tape to seal the plastic bag that you’re supposed to seal with the label. It is very unprofessional. One day I was in there and a young lady came into ask if they were hiring and they turned her away because she wasn’t bilingual.. again.. unprofessional.. they could of just told her to go to the web site.. or speak to the manager. I go to a different UPS now and will never go to this location again.

Not my first time in the store, but it seems that customer service is getting worse with time. I came in a completely empty of customers store, 55 minutes before they close, all I wanted was to return a vacuum cleaner. Despite not telling me that they can not open links in the email to print a shipping label, and I had to screenshot it and send it to them. They completely ignored me, once 5 minutes after I came, the store was flooded with customers. Who all came in later than me. My shipping label was already ready to be printed. Why if I am being respectful to your time and coming in almost 1 hour before store closes, why are you choosing to help out each customer who came in later than me. This goes against respecting the principle of fairness and efficiency in providing service. Overall, I felt like employees did not want to do business with me and left.

I absolutely love this UPS store. It is my favorite location. Everybody is so friendly and kind and courteous to me. I do a UPS always. And I always ask for extra piece of tape just for a little piece of mine and now I’m even have to ask because they know that I want that and they automatically put it down. I recommend everybody to go there. It’s lovely ample parking and everybody is so wonderful.

Love this place! My trusted source for my package deliveries since I do not have a doorbell. Literally, right around the corner. I never have to wait in line ever again.They now have a self-serve Amazon return station. Holy moly. Super simple and quick! No hassle. Scan your return code and a label pops out. Place the label on your package and viola, done. If you dont have a bag, its all provided for you. In and out. Ive been so busy with work and getting off later, their hours accommodate my new schedule, too.I no longer go to any other UPS. Plenty of parking, too. You really wouldnt need to park because its that fast. I had a return and a pickup. Theyre organized and its always a breeze. He literally dropped me off, turned around and picked me up.The store is always clean and the staff is awesome. Its always service with a smile here. When picking up packages, theyre great, too. Staffs are rude, first of all they are the one who made mistake for not giving me a tracking number they only give me a receipt without a tracking number, second I called for help to locate my return, and they told me that they don’t have it but they will check their history I waited for 2weeks for their call back so I went to them and they said they don’t have history of every transaction. This store is stupid they can’t even speak english properly! Change your staff please that cam understand and speak english!

Wow!!!, DO NOT go to this store. UPS should be ashamed of the customer service given at this place.I went there to drop off an Amazon package but I have the label on my Amazon account. The woman who works tells me that I have to log into their system so I can print my label and that I have to pay $2 for the first 5 minutes of using their computer. While Im asking the woman to help me out another customer comes in and I guess the manager who was inside comes out to tell the woman that was helping me that there was a customer that needed help. I told the manager that I was a customer too and her reply was that this other customer comes to the store often.I took my package and told them that I was going to give them a bad review and the manager just laugh at me and told me to have a nice day sarcasticly of course. They really made feel discriminated.Thats not way to treat your customers UPS.

Is there a way to leave zero stars? The people that I was told probably run this store that happen to also work in the store and receive packages are very rude. They turned off the lights when my girlfriendwas in the store instead of helping her, she was there with other customers and they took all her stuff outside instead of helping her and it was very humiliating. My girlfriend will have to go to the psychologist after this experience.

I gave this place five stars but Im taking it back and Im giving them one star for the simple fact you cant make a rule for one person thats you think you like or set a rule for that person only and then change the rules for everyone else thats coming in to get service or help for their packaging get it together UPS your workers here are very slow they are very picky on helping who they choose to help I think that this is true it has happened to me on days where Ive seen them in their best mood and then they dont want to help and they give you a hard time.

Went to go get my fingerprints and it was a smooth and easy process. Akbar was very nice and helpful and was guiding me through the process so I knew what was going on. A bit pricey but honestly I don’t mind as I’ll be reimbursed for it anyway. Highly recommend getting your fingerprint live scans done here.

I left the HORRIFIC UPS on Van Nuys blvd and Jeeeeeesus that was a nightmare. Came to this one and it was night and day. The clear Ali was friendly as hell and as soon as I walked in he welcomed me and service was awesome. Dude was MVP I swear!!!

Always had good experience here, I do print my return label at home if needed, if label not required I just show QR code and leave my stuff there without any extra charges, buy some printer people, print your return label and pack your own s**t if required, stop b***ing about extra charges for using their computer or printer

Stay clear from this UPS Store they charge you by the minute to print anything and your charged for the time for the computer to boot up. They Ended up charging me over 10$ to print one page. Customer service is non existent with rude employees. Spend you hard earned money elsewhere. Also they held my package another day and handed it to a ups driver a day late.

This is the worst ever UPS store in the nation, in the USA.They will pick up the phone and leave you hanging so they wont have to pick the phone. They are rude. They will pick up and tell you to wait as they have customers as if you were not one. They will ask you to call customer service while you already did. They disregard all ups help instructions. The customer service will send them a message regarding your case and they will disregard and ask you to call customer service. The lady is the mean one. Get rid of her, even this location. The are notcustomer oriented. Renove the people or the location. Do not have these people in another location. They are only there for the monet, not helping. They are not happy working there and make customers feel that. Not good for UPSs image.

Doing Amazon return is a huge problem here. It clearly says on Amazon app no box, no label needed, and every time I go to do a return they require a box or a bag for it (simply they try to sell their bags and boxes). They have to understand that if Amazon says its free return, no box, no label needed they cant be rude to a customer. There are lot of UPS store in North Hollywood and Van Nuys, and I dont go there for Amazon returns only I also send packages from there and I pay them. This was my last visit there today!!! And yes, the lady told me to go to other UPS store (owners wife most likely)

I went there on Sat Dec 18th at 9:30 am and had a horrible experience. I recently moved so Ive been getting packages from the previous owner. I was there to return the package to sender.The clerk that helped me said she wasnt able to do it. However, Ive been doing the same thing at several UPS stores for a while now. She told me that I would have to find a delivery driver and hand it to them when I saw them, which seemed impossible. When I asked for an alternative, she said I will need to drop it off at the hub. I asked her where I can find the hub and she told me to just google it. Whats the point of going to a UPS store if they cant provide solutions?TLDR: the clerk at this store is too lazy to provide solutions. dont bother going to this one since there are plenty of other ones with great customer service.

So, who wouldve taken the time to rate a UPS store? I would. As I walk in I see a line of people, thought of this is going to be a mess. Behind the calendar was standing a nice lady named Rana. She managed the line professionally handmade sure that even though everyone was waiting and got attention and was knocking out her tasks one by one. Also after being too to other UPS stores that did not do live scan for fingerprints I have finally found a location that does.
