Rude. Unprofessional. Unfriendly. Ghetto. Trash.How in the world are these folks employed?Do they not know the way they interact with customers is a reflection of the company??I WOULD have given a few suggestions here but these folks are irredeemable and beyond repair.

If I can give 0 stars I would! I had a disappointing experience; the supervisor didnt take accountability for a printing mistake, insisting on charging me for their error. Unlikely to return, as I believe businesses should own up to mistakes rather than blaming customers.

I had my step mother return a mattress for me at this location. The mattress was already opened from its sealed package. They told her she had to package it up with the original box or they charge $30. It was impossible to fit back in, but the kind and professional employees all helped her put it back inside, saving us money. They went above and beyond to help, and I am grateful. 10/10 UPS store location

Terrible store! I went today to drop off a package that needed to go back to Fanatics. I waited a while and the cashier said my package didn’t belong there. My email from Fanatics stated to drop off at a UPS shipping center. Even the label said UPS. The cashier stated that the store was a franchise and that the owner doesn’t take labels that need to go to USPS. I was like huh!!!! The email never said to drop off at local post office. It stated UPS store. Refuse to take my package. Then I wonder why I never do business here. I prefer Fed Ex which is more convenient and more reliable.

I will avoid moving forward. Bad customer service compared to other stores. Other stores will take Amazon items without packing, print labels, and pack it for you at no charge. This store charges for even printing the label which is prepaid by Amazon.

There have been multiple times when Ive needed last minute printing and the staff has always been able to help. Printing 2-300 copies. Theyve been extremely polite throughout. Life savers. Once I ordered on line and it said it would be ready in 3 days. I called them and they had it ready the next morning. One time they had the print job ready within the hour!

This store is like my family, and like a tight and healthy family you have ups and downs but EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER is kind, helpful, knowledgeable and resourceful. I also am proud this is a minority and woman owned business. Ive witnessed this team treat every single customer with dignity, and supreme service no matter who they are and that is more than I can say for UPS stores or any store in some of the more pristine neighborhoods. This store is Def a fortunate part of the neighborhood history. Thanks Evelia especially and Miriam.

I actually thought this was the best store.. I came to send a amazon package back and received good customer service.Sent a picture with frame for son memorial, the frame was broken went it arrived, customer service was great, received money back.I went in for notary, no problem. I came back the next to say that the insurance company wants it to be on the same paper, could they stamp my letter instead of providing the stamp on a separate sheet, the manager said no, I would have to now pay an additional $50.00 to correct the paper.She was rude, I said I have a question, she went to the back, 2 other people came in and she assisted them never once came back to me, I was trying to talk to the other 2 workers they all ignored me.I had to go somewhere else to have my paper stamped, pay another fee, God is good, after showing them by paper they notarized it for $15.00.I was really disappointed in The UPS store this time around.

I was in the UPS store in Lynwood on a few occasions . All employees always take care of me. But it’s one employee name Stephanie, that can answer any and all questions, computer & phone savvy . Is she the Ups stores coordinator or manager coordinator? The reason I ask, because every customer including myself always depart from her presence with a smile on theirs faces of men & women that are content from her services. I believe they should name UPS store after her…I know high is a ten, but she definitely deserves a 25…and more…She have excellent customer service skills

This location do not back up their insurance or refund policy. I had something that broke when shipping and UPS did the packing for me. I did take out extra insurance. They did not refund me. Also did a passport picture with them. It had a shadow on the picture and the post office would take it. UPS again would not refund my money.

I came here for a quick purchase of a box and I was surprised at how an employee named Lupe was able to manage this store so fluidly. There was a line forming out the door and she was respectful and professional to every customer. There was even a few slightly disorderly people who she was able to get in line and take care of their needs without causing any scenes. Im impressed. Next time I need ups I will come here.

Brought in my packages to this location & the lady at the front desk forgot to scan both my packages. I seen that amazon was still waiting for my drop off so When i returned the same day to ask about my packages, they basically told me there was nothing i could do about it. Make sure to be attentive & get receipts.

Friendly and experienced staff will assist you with your shipping, handling and labeling process. They also carry a big selection of shipping items to make the process easier. They encourage the new Covid19 policies and regulations, plus the store its always clean and well maintained. Just check the business hours before heading to the store, to make sure its open.

Terrible service my package has been getting delayed for 3 days now . No one comes to my door and knocks. I found a sorry we missed you sticker outside on the floor didnt even make it to my door. Ive been at home all day waiting for it basically wasting my time . Never again will be having ups deliver to me . And this isnt the first time they did this its the 4th time and Im pretty furious about this problem.

During the beginning of COVID-19, I used a UPS store in further east. I grow up in Lynwood and saw a line outside. I stopped in for printing and have been coming back ever since! Uber clean store always and staff (Evilia, Brandon E. and Carolina. The other staff as well!) are very friendly and professional. I would recommend this store foe printing, faxing, coping, scanning etc.,

I come here mostly because I live around the block but what I dislike most doesnt matter where is you have a sign that say 8 people inside only, to the point you kick out people then someone comes in after youve been kicked out waited outside in the heat get inside (mind you there is a line outside developing outside) and people come in and because of the service they getting they get priority help and nows theres 11 people inside like 1. Sanitation 2. Extremely unfair. Already looking for a new ups place
