One of the best UPS locations. Im really impressed of competence and willingness to assist here. There is one great gentleman Jon D. who makes this difference. Always helps and advocates on the best option and the price.I wish there are more people like him in the industry.Hope UPS will highlight his hard work as well.

Made an appointment online several days in advance to have something notarized. Arrived only to be told “Oops our notary is on their lunch break for the next hour and we forgot to let you know.” Staff made no effort to rectify the situation. Ended up scrambling across town to another UPS location to have it done. Pretty frustrating experience for employees of a logistics company not to understand how to use a calendar or communicate with customers. Waste of time.

Ive never felt compelled to write a review for a UPS store before, but Rachit went above and beyond to guide me through what I typically find to be an overwhelming process. I had a few fragile items to send and she made sure to explain the options to me clearly and patiently, making me feel at ease. Her friendly demeanor and thoughtful service took an experience I typically DREAD and made it a lot more manageable.

They have really good customer service and expertise for helping me ship 3 heavy boxes internationally and 3 heavy boxes to the East Coast. Especially, I really want to thank Rachit for patiently helping me to add details for 50+ items. She even helped 1 hour overtime after the store closed and was being so kind and patient along the way. I had a great experience!

Visited the store today for an Amazon return, and as a newcomer to the country, I checked reviews beforehand. Armed with tape and more, I expected a process, but thanks to Rachits efficiency, it was a breeze. In less than 30 seconds, the return was completed without any additional requirements. Rachit assured me they would handle the packing, labeling, and return without extra charges. Surprisingly smooth, and they even offered a return slip if I needed one. Great experience overall!

Easy Amazon drop off and Return plus Dennis is understandable and very helpful, Wonderful person, He helps me print out my Sundays Class Drawings and He fast in understanding how I want them printout and even in color which is hard to print out big usually the colored are small but this time it came out perfect. One time, He printed out 60 drawings for my class for $12. Hes excellent for understanding, helping and has a good attitude always. Thank you so much for making my day.

Beware. If you use them for shipping— say a little prayer first. They lost important documents that I shipped using Next Day Air. The guys working there did nothing to track the package. The package was never scanned out of their facility but they blamed everyone else’s outside their facility. They didn’t even offer to refund me the shipping cost.

I spent a grand total of 5.11$ for printing one sheet of shipping label…The first 5 minutes they charge you 2.5$ and every additional 5 minutes 2$. They didn’t tell me about the charge or how to print… the website and everything was misleading, as well as super slow…Be aware of this charge! 🫠

Two people staff out of which only one knows the ins and outs. Entered the store at 3:15, told them that I need to take a print out which needs to be notarized and packaged to India. They agreed. The printing took time because the printers were not processing fast .At 3:32 was done, went up to the desk, asked them to notarize it and was told that they have shut down everything . I was asked to just come back on Monday. I understand if I walked in 15 min before closing and asked for help but I was sitting right in front of them and they just shut down services half hour before closing

Have been here a few times since its close to my house and have never been satisfied. They overcharge for printing (>$5 for a single page) and when I came for an Amazon return they told me to bring the box home (apparently they cant recycle boxes?) Go anywhere else for your shipping and Amazon return needs.

If you are coming to return more than 2 Amazon packages make sure you create different return labels for them, otherwise they will ask you to cancel the main return label and start over. They said their boxes are not big enough to fit more than 2 (small or medium) packages…

I always dropped off and pick up my packages here, I do not always ask for receipt because these people are amazing! I Never had a bad experience or anything like missing or lost package! I love this branch and the people working here are very nice and respectful, the gentleman is very helpful as well as the ladies were very pleasant and will always greet you with a smile on their faces, so far this branch and middlefield palo alto are my go to UPS branches because they really mean business and indeed care for their customers, keep it up:)

Ive had my Personal Mail Box service here for about 3 months now, and Ive been happy with their services. They email me as soon as I receive delivery of any kind. Their staff members are courteous, efficient, and really pleasant. On my second visit, they already knew my PMB # and handed my stuff right away. I usually get in and out in less than 3 minute unless theres a wait. Even then, they are very efficient in handling the customers, and I wont mind waiting in line there. Ive had PMB at 2 other UPS locations and this is the best so far.

Passport Photos: DO NOT COME HERE. I had my photos done TWICE and both times they were rejected. PLEASE do not get your photos done here. They are expensive and UPS wont refund. Get your photos done elsewhere.Customer Service: They seemed nice enough. A bit stressed I suppose as theres only ever one person working at a time. They are very slow here but again, its because only one person works at a time.AAA Discount: You get a 3% discount here. Not much but its worth noting.Parking: Theres never parking out front but you can park at the Walmart or Kohls just fine.Prices: The prices here are actually much higher than the Post Office. I would recommend going to the Post Office to send a package or maybe even a different UPS, it could be that this ones prices are higher than others. I had a .6 lb package to send and they charged 20+ dollars.Handling of Packages: I sent out my package and asked for the lady to tape it shut. She never did. It arrived with items missing. Often my packages are damaged.Save yourself the trouble. Just go to the post office. Theyre mean there but at least theyre doing their jobs.

This place is ridiculous. I dont actually care that the employees are rude...service is all that matters. So, how could it possibly take 20 hours to print a few black & white pages? You have the option of sending by email but apparently they charge you a $2.50 convenience fee for printing something the same day (even if its only one 0.10 cent page!) Dont waste your time at this location. It gets one star because you cant give it zero.

I have called this store three times during business hours and they have not answered and their answering machine says that memory is full. I also had a terrible experience here with the employees. I brought in a large bench to be packaged and the employees quoted a certain price. After they packed my item, bench with legs, they brought me out a large box with the seat of the bench inside and left the legs out of the box. They did not do as I asked. They also proceeded to charge twice the amount they quoted without asking my permission. Do not visit this UPS store, go to the one on Castro St.Edited to add: we took the item back to the store to speak with the store manager. The store manager still did not package the item as we specified and did not give us the price that was quoted. He just explained that we didnt understand that the cost to package it was $45 and materials cost $30 but this information was never told to us. The girls at the counter said $45 and no mention of anything else. Horrible customer service, horrible prices. Save you money and sanity and go to fedex or the UPS on castro st.

The gentleman at the counter was marvellous. We accidentally mailed the documents in hurry to a wrong address. I immediately realized it but the store was closed by then as I posted right before closing time. I immediately mailed the store and left a couple of voice mails to tell store. Luckily that night the store manager was working late during which he encountered my emails and responded asking me to provide the latest address. He sent me an email confirming that there is no extra postage to ship it to the new address and said he will ship the package out today with new address.he was a hero and he saved our important documents and the day. Couldnt vouch enough for his customer service. Will rate him 100/100.

I liked the service of this place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking is on the backside. They helped me to choose the right shipment option. The shipped items arrived at the destination on right time as they said. A small room and 2 staff only. That is the only negative I noticed. You need to wait. Luckily when I was there, nobody inside.

May not get best in class service but the long-haired white guy definitely knows how to do his job. Ive been to the 3 closest UPS Stores and this one is my favorite because of this guy. He always finds me the lowest price. Not the fastest place to visit but Im not into the box slinging type. This guy is intelligent and always packs well and double checks the paperwork.

I would not recommend sending a parcel internationally from this location. I was sending a cell phone that I bought in Canada back to Canada. I asked the man working at this UPS that day if there would be any customs owed on the package upon arrival. He assured me that he could fill out the form to include that the contents were bought in Canada and that there wouldnt be anything owed upon arrival. But once the parcel arrived, $70 in customs was owed. So thanks to the terrible advice of this location, I ended up paying around $100 to send a $300 phone.

I went to this store to scan something just to realized the scanners were out of order and could only scan black and white. At the end I had to delete all the files since nothing was readable (seriously, not at all readable) and the rude woman behind the counter was telling me it is what it is. The unbelievable part is that I was charged $5! For nothing in return, i didnt even use any resources like paper or ink and still got charged for a crappy unusable (deleted) scan.

I sent some documents from this store, and I used the overnight delivery to send, inside my documents I had a return envelope with same overnight delivery service.Now see what happened, The delivery took like normal service to reach the destination and same regular mail service time it is taking to deliver at my home(still waiting).. When I contact the store(did that twice) they told me they will talk to billing department to get the refund and get back to me.. but i have never received any call from them.. I will never use UPS in my life for sure specially this store..
