My experience at the UPS store as ultimately superb! I went in to have some of my daughter’s graduation stuff printed out and it was the best experience I had! The lady who had helped me was named, Lorraine, and wow such a great employee! She had all the answers to my question, was super polite, funny and quick with helping me. 10/10 will be going back to this UPS for further printings because lorraine !

My favorite UPS store ever!!! I am a local and absolutely love this store but especially due to the excellent customer service I have received from a man named Matt! He is kind and the minute I walk in the door he greets me with a smile and hello and asks how he can assist. He is very knowledgeable and has helped service my needs with mailing out packages, returns, and other various needs. I can always count on him and his work ethic. I also love the cleanliness of this store. Will always be back!

This UPS store is fantastic. Besides all the other services a UPS store offers, we use it as our primary mailing address, so we visit at least a couple times per week. The staff is great! Maggie in particular is a delightful person. She learns customer names and box numbers, and anticipates what you’re coming in for the moment you enter the store. 5 stars aren’t enough! A++++!

I have many creative projects going at all times. So I have needed Nunilo and Kayla to help me in all ways. Every single project is better because of their help. Not only are they efficient in their jobs and talents they also pay attention to my specific requests. And the customer service that I receive from Matt and Maggie, Enzo and Lorraine and everyone who works there is the best. Every single need I have is always taken care of. Maggie and her team are all excellent!!! We go in daily to get mail and packages and most often the person at the counter knows who we are and what our box number is. Maggie has been extremely gracious about larger items being shipped there, which could block access to their storage if we didnt pick them up promptly. We think of Maggie as a friend. Best UPS store experiences.

This UPS has amazing service but Rebin went above and beyond to help me figure out the best and cheapest way to mail several gifts around US but also Canada and Brazil. She had great ideas on how to reduce costs like making the boxes smaller and use my AAA. Great ideas and customer service!

I am not usually one for reviews, but the folks here really went above and beyond for me. A death in the family meant i needed to get an emergency passport for my 3 month old baby. I sent the documents to the UPS store at the crossroads but was then unable to pick them up. I then sent the documents to a UPS store in San Fransisco before my 10:30 appointment to pick up there. That store was a mess (different review) - their online ordering mechanism was down and they did not have my documents. I contacted the Carmel store to see if they would send the order via email to this new store. Maggie was who I spoke to and she was patient, empathetic and really helpful. SO SO SO Grateful.

Extremely-Efficient Employees & Excellent Customer Service.I mail packages frequently and have used all of the local packaging stores several times each (including all 4 UPS stores and many other mom and pop shops). The employees here are easily the best trained and most informative. Theres hardly any wait time as theyre quick to ship, quick to call for help, and always well-staffed. Additionally, their employees are usually very knowledgeable and have always been of help whenever Ive shipped large or delicate items.

Great store, very efficient and very friendly. If you choosing between this one and Mid Valley, go to this one!! They are way more friendly and dont overcharge for printing labels. In fact, one time they printed my labels for free. And next time I asked how much was for printing a label, and they told me the price posted on the website. But the one in Mid Valley overcharges for printing labels. And they never smile at you like they do in Crossroads UPS. Even though Mid Valley is closer to me, I am now doing my business with Crossroads.

On the.day before taxes were due, we suddenly got an email with 45 pages to print out sign, scan and email back to the accountant. We don’t have that kind of office capability and it was a Sunday. The Carmel Crossroads UPS store was open and the two young women there helped us with everything. In less than 30 minutes, it was all accomplished and cost less than $14. We were amazed and very, very appreciative.

Dear UPSTwo Saturdays in a row I went to the ups store in the crossroads in Carmel.Your employee Kayla assisted me on both days. Both my adult children live in Colorado and I needed to ship LOTS of their things from their childhood.Kayla went above and beyond. She was totally efficient, polite, and really worked hard packaging up 1,000 worth shipping costs. I was waiting in line and another employee said may I help you? and I said to the lady behind me to go ahead because I wanted to wait for Kayla. Well guess what? So was the lady behind me. I sent myself a package to here rather than having it delivered to my house to save a little money. I was quoted one price in Texas for a home delivery versus an in-store pick-up, and the difference justified simply picking up the package from the store. Ive done this with Fedex in the past without any issues.However, when I went to retrieve my package, I was charged an additional holding fee. I was never told about this absurd holding fee, or Id simply have had them deliver it to my home address for less money!Ten dollars isnt a lot of money, but thats not the point. I was quoted an amount for a service, then was charged a second time when it was too late to do anything about it. Ive never had to pay for any kind of delivery two times for one item! I had acted in good faith by assuming the amount I was quoted and had paid in Texas was the full amount, because this is what UPS told me. Unfortunately, I ended up going out of my way, thinking I was saving money when it actually cost more for me to do more work by picking up the package myself. Evidently, this location requires you to rent a box with them to avoid these extra fees. Never mind the fact that I have been using this store for over 10 years now several times a year. I feel like that is worth something, but obviously they disagree. UPS should be above throwing in hidden costs and not telling their customers until its too late to do anything about it. I feel like this is a sneaky and deceptive tactic and wont be returning to this store. Ive given them my business for over a decade, so if they cant be honest with me yet, its time to move on. The $10.00 is trivial in the grand scheme of things, but feeling like Ive been conned is a feeling I can do without. Ten dollars just cost them a loyal customer.I gave them two stars for my previous visits but this was definitely a one star visit today.
