Just wanted to share the excellent customer service we received recently at this particular UPS location. We had an unusually large, odd shaped item that needed to be shipped. The UPS team member Dominic helped us problem-solve the issue and was very patient and pleasant in the process. Thank you for all that you do! We will be back.

Over the years I’ve had to use the services of several UPS stores for personal and business reasons. I must say, this is the best one among 8 or 9 that I’ve used. Always clean, always well organized, always staffed well and always friendly. I strongly recommend this location if you’re in need of shipping, mail boxes, etc. They do it all and they do it very well.

Wow, talk about great service.Annie and her team are super friendly and helpful, they would go for the extra mile for their clients. I have been to tons of UPS stores, but this one by 3306 Yorba Linda Fullerton is my favorite. It is clean, organized and super high tech, once you go there you will know!Over all extremely happy with them!

Wow Ruban is such an amazing person. I came in w a huge shower door must weigh 100lbs, I ripped my bicep I asked if anyone can help he was so helpful and pretty much moved the whole thing. What an amazing guy and the service 1st class.Thank you so much. I would give this guy a raise .

This is the cleanest UPS store I ever visited. Employees are always very nice with a smiling face when I visit here. I have a mail box here and I am very happy with it. A+ service, A+ environment, this UPS is super recommended, and I just got some Halloween candy for my kids! Thank you all!

Annie and her team are simply the best and have always accommodated my endless needs with very fast in and outs.Recently, they helped me unload and package 50 large boxes that weighed on average 15 lbs each.This place is a must come for anyone needing shipping services as Ive never had such a personalized experience at any shipping store.

Annie went above and beyond for me. Due to a foot injury I called ahead of time to ask if I could drop my UPS package off just inside the door and not go all the way in. She told me to call when I got there and she would come out to my car and get the package. I even got there a few minutes after closing and she came out, got the package and returned with my receipt. Exceptional service and so nice! Thank you, Annie!

My regular notary was out of town for an extended vacation so I had remembered that UPS offers this service. I was not expecting this franchise owner Annie who is a notary would be so helpful and friendly. If you choose to read any review PLEASE read this one! Heres what happened: Yesterday I was UPSET (not because of this store) but I found out that the UPS driver did not deliver my package! UPS customer service let me know that I could pick up the package at this store location! So I called and spoke with Annie. First of all, she was so patient and KIND! I was so upset and she could tell but she was so friendly still (the issue is not related to her store at all, just with UPS online) and so I explained to her that I couldnt even get through to UPS customer support to speak with a real person, only the robot! I was extremely frustrated!!! Can you believe Annie actually offered to call UPS for me!!!! That is ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service. But it doesnt stop there, it gets even better. So the next day, corporate UPS failed me (not this store) but Annie actually called me back the day AFTER and let me know she had received packages and wanted to let me know that one may be mine. Annie has restored my faith in humanity. I know it sounds dramatic, but she knew how worried I was and wanted to follow up!!! If it wasnt for Annie, I would never use UPS again but now I know what store I need to go to for all of my UPS needs! Annie really cares about her customers and I will recommend her UPS store to all my friends and family. Thank you Annie for exceptional customer service.

Great experience. Came in with my loud 1 year old (who hadnt napped) to send important documents priority mail and needed a document notarized. All staff members (annie, john and daisy) were very patient with me as I held a squirmy and yelling child. They helped me to get in and out quickly considering the circumstances. Thank you!
