I frequently ship expensive collectibles from this location, and every single time im helped by the same delightful lady named kiley. She always does an exemplary job, and goes above and beyond the typical customer service experience. An absolute gem of a person, she needs a raise! 10/10 will continue to go to this location as long as shes there!

The customer service is some of the best here. Their location is smaller but they have a great packaging selection. Highly recommended.

I had to send a few items off yesterday, a Phone, back to the service provider, and an amazon return. I thought it was going to be kind of a headache, but the girl in the UPS store (didnt catch her name) pretty much just took the items off me, and took care of it, without an issue! or even a question, it was awesome. Made my day :)

The best location! Everyone is nice and very helpful! Has the best parking spots as you can back in and unload your stuff by the store.
