This is the only ups i go to ! The service is always impeccable. The red haired hirl that i think is the manager is always so polite and kind. She always thoroughly explains the process for my returns and quick shipping ! Definitely recommend this ups!

These guys sold me insurance for a package knowing very well that its contents were not covered by their insurance. The package was lost then found 2 weeks later, delivered when its contents had already expired making it a loss for the sender and receiver. They did not want to refund me my money for the package contents nor the bogus insurance they sold me, saying the package was delivered, although late, its not our problem it got lost, sorry. UPS also failed miserably, they showed no compassion and no interest in working with me to resolve this matter. They simply washed their hands from it by telling me to work with the local UPS store, which also wanted nothing to do with this. At the end I lost a total of 287.00 dollars because of their inability to provide the service I paid for and failed to provide any level of acceptable customer service. Dont do business with these guys or UPS. FedEx and your local post office provide better quality service. Save yourself the headache and money. I dealt directly with the owner of this particular UPS store on constitution blvd in salinas, after speaking with him on separate occasions, he never called me back after telling me hed try and work something out with the UPS insurance carrier, no calls back. He will never have my or my families business again!

I do not leave negative reviews for a business, but this UPS provides horrible customer service. The girls at the counter are very rude and unprofessional. I would rather drive to another location then to return to this branch on Constitution

By far the best UPS location in town. Their staff members are welcoming, friendly, and professional. I’ve never had a complaint. I’ve gone to other UPS locations and their staff members are extremely rude especially the N.Salinas location. I would highly recommend everyone to come here.

I can’t express how grateful I am to the UPS Store at Creekbridge Plaza for their exceptional service during my recent move out from California. As you can imaging, relocating to a new state is already stressful process, but the UPS Store made one crucial aspect of the move incredibly smooth and worry free by shipping out my household items to my new location. Thank you UPS Store team, for making my move a lot smoother and less stressful. You guys are the best.

I have always had very good service coming to this location. Its in a nice part of town. Service is always very nice and friendly. Ive even had documents notarized in the past and the service has been terrific.

First they broke my packages. 400.00 in value. A present sent from cali to Michigan for my grandmother. I filed a claim my claim was approved but miss Tiana acts like its her money. She wouldnt give me her boss name, or email. She is very rude and unpleasant to speak with. I called yesterday to see if my check came in. She had the nerve to tell me dont be calling everyday to follow up on my money. GURL IS YOU CRAZY. Worst experience in my life very unprofessional. Im new to cali and she represents the state bad. Im still waiting on my check, I wouldnt put it past miss rudeness to say it never came, and destroy it.

Manager Tiana is extremely rude and unprofessional. I went in to ship sensitive information and paid for priority shipping. Tiana gave me no information on my package, only that priority shipping is 1-2 business days at most. She argued with me over my attitude and told me not to return to this store if I was in a bad mood. Since then, the mail I paid priority shipping for did not arrive. When I called the store to speak to her about my issues with my package, she cut me off, did not hear me out, did not offer me help and proceeded to tell me she did nothing wrong. She told me these problems were my own fault. I absolutely do not recommend this location to anyon as long as UPS allows their managers to treat their customers with blatant disrespect.

When my husband went in to drop off a package the young woman working wouldn’t accept it. Said they no longer take packages but my husband said a customer before him she did accept hers. When I went in she was playing with her phone. Horrible customer service….this UPS store has lost a customer. Too bad the original clerks retired….young generation doesn’t seem to want to work.

Horrible customer service. The young woman was rude and didn’t even seem like she wanted to do her job. She was nice to everyone that came in after me. I simply told her something and she said “show me”. Who take to a customer like that?

The most friendly store in town. Always great service. I always ship from here, even if I know it wont be the least expensive. I know I will get fast, friendly service every time. The owners treat you like you are an old friend, and give great advice.

Terrible customer service. I called regarding a pick up and the female who I talked to answered most of my questions with I dont know and gave attitude when I asked her for contact information for someone who could answer my questions, saying she was answering my questions. Unacceptable.

Terrible Customer service came in to print some documents and was helped by a female with purple redish hair and a short blonde girl both were rude they didnt want to help me out with printing the documents and shipping those documents they both gave me attitude and nasty looks avoid this UPS store there is another one by the Salinas target much better service there I will not be coming back those 2 employees must improve in customer service skills or the company should get rid of them it would be much better for business and that ups store reputation such shame I have to drive a little extra just to get to the better ups store that will actually help me

Shout out to Abe for trying his best to help retrieve a package that UPS Canada was holding hostage after being shipped from this store by a friend. He made some calls to try to clear things up and followed up promptly with me, and while it took a few more on my part as well, I finally have my package! UPS to Canada from the US should be illegal. They charge insane brokerage fees, often almost as much as the value of the item. I self-cleared the item to avoid them, but UPS could not get their story straight about what they needed from me, giving me incorrect fax numbers and bouncing me around from agent to agent, finally forcing me to pay the COD, then calling me back the next day to say it was a mistake. This is no reflection on the UPS Store, just the actual UPS company. Americans, if you are shipping to Canada, PLEASE use USPS. UPS and other couriers are only feasible when borders arent involved.

I was visiting my parents and had to return something to Amazon. My parents dont have a printer, so I went to UPS to print the two sheets. The employee was not friendly at all. She handed me the paper to put inside the box and I asked her for tape. Its $1.50 to borrow tape. What? So I said never mind, Ill tape it at home. How much for the two copies? $2. What? I handed her my credit card. Its a 50 cent fee to use your credit card if its less than $5. What? Never again.

My experience was excellent if not superb customer service by Liz Aguirre. not only was she knowledgeable, she was more than willing to help. Till this day i do not know how she managed to move a clients wardrobe with her size. i digress, i highly recommend this location.(arriva michoacan)

Super bad serviceDiana is a rude woman, she says she doesnt speak Spanish, when if she does speak, she gets with the client in a super negative attitude. This is the second time I have received indecent treatment. Its time for the oops to pay attention to the racist treatment of this woman, even though she is Latina wow👎👎👎👎lousy for businessAccording to Tiana or Diana, I had to take my Amazon packages to return because they were not packaged, when Amazon says if you take it to the store you dont have to pack it.I had to go to the main UPS near target, there I had no problem. Here are the photos where the girl accepted my packages without a problem.
