Good store, good employees. As long as you follow the instructions on your returns you won’t run into issues. Don’t be that guy and show up 10 mins before closing and you’ll get great service. Be nice to them and they’ll be nice to you.

I walked in today expecting to be treated nicely like i have been the other times i’ve been here, however, i was barley greeted and when i didn’t know something the male worker just responded with one word answers. I had to return a package and it printed wrong and he just said “it’s cut off it’s no good.” This part is completely on me when i grabbed a folder and put the stuff i needed to return in and forgot to put it back and he said “my folder?” It wasn’t only the stupidest way to tell someone they forgot something, it was honestly disrespectful. I can understand when people are having a bad day, but why take it off on some customer? I sometimes don’t know what I’m doing so a I ask questions, but the way I was treated was unprofessional and disrespectful.

This UPS Store closes before (5 min) the scheduled closing time, even if a customer is offloading boxes from the car right outside of their door. Good for employees, but bad for business and customers, so just sharing for other potential customers to plan accordingly. I will do my business somewhere else.

The rudest and arrogant service from a supposed manager, never in my life have I experienced such an unprofessional customer service at UPS. Today 12/12/23, called for notary questions. He not only hung up the phone ones but twice. If you dont have notary dont advertize it; if you cant handle customers questions then dont work there.

Very efficient although service is somewhat slow. Dont expect a smile or welcome when you walk in the door. Im sure theyre happy to see you but they certainly dont wear it on their sleeves. That said, if you can forego the warm fuzzies and just want efficient shipping services, youll be in the right place.

Several bad experiences I’ve had here so I had to write this review. A male employee with short dark hair is rude and ignores customers as much as possible, pretending to be busy organizing bubble wrap while customers wait in line. When he does actually do his job, he has a really rude and hostile attitude. Once they lost my package I dropped off, but I had the receipt so I was able to get my money back from amazon. Make sure you get a receipt if you drop off a package.

Ceasar was amazing. I have a broken leg and he went to my car to help me bring in my boxes.Calling the store ahead the young lady said they would gladly help me get my transactions done.Wow!!! Customer service to an amazing standard

I never write reviews but felt this deserved a review. DO NOT MAKE A NOTARY APPOINTMENT AT THIS LOCATION!!!!! I made a notary appointment online one week in advance and took off work to be able to make the appointment. I received a reminder email the morning of my appointment. I showed up about five minutes prior to my appointment time starting and the girl that works at this location told me I should have called because they are a franchise and not associated with UPS’s online notary sign up system (are not the ones that send the reminder emails). She started talking in circles saying part of the reason they couldn’t help me was because they were busy that day and couldn’t check their emails to know about somebody signing up for an appointment time (even though I made my appointment over a week ago). She then started saying she was supposed to be off work at that time and couldn’t help us because she was leaving. It almost sounded like she was the notary herself but just didn’t want to help us. She was far from helpful and made me feel really dumb for assuming someone could help me notarize something even though I shouldn’t have felt dumb. After all, I received multiple emails confirming my appointment. There are so many signs and flags at this location marketing notary services and I just about laughed walking out of the store with my unnotarized paperwork. DONT MARKET THIS SERVICE IF YOU HAVE A POOR SYSTEM AND DONT CARE TO HELP PEOPLE!!! Seriously so unprofessional and UPS has officially lost my trust.

Raul helped me with my Amazon returns asap. He was kind and knew how about proper customer service. He even grabbed my mail out of my p.o. box for me :) Ive always loved this UPS store but Raul makes it 10x more awesome.
