Went in early afternoon on a weekday and there were no customers. I just dropped 4 or 5 packages off. I was in and out of there in about 2 minutes. The workers were efficient and polite. I would definitely recommend this UPS store.

I’ve used UPS to return my packages before. They never charged me to print a label. This places charged me $3.28 “customer usage of computer per hour” plus “print free” okay so why not just charge the print fee and stop being a rip off.

Staff is always willing and ready to help with whatever your needs may be. I mistakenly took a package that was meant for usps to this location but they took it anyway and sent it out for me. The employee was super friendly and even taped up the package for me. Service like this is almost unheard of nowadays and I cant recommend this location enough.

This was the first time I shipped a package at this UPS location. I dropped off the package on 4/15/24 and it hasnt shown any movement for the past 8 days since the drop off. The package is presumed to be lost or stolen at this point. Had to file a claim to open an investigation. Never coming back to this location again.

I love the way my children get attention in the store as well. They have a little treasure chest for the kids, and my son always wants to go with me to see whats in the treasure chest. 10s all around

Bought a UPS label online for $175. Came to the store with my package and ask them to print it, they charged me $3.50 for it. Yes, $3.50 to print their own UPS label.

I had such an exceptional experience at this UPS store location. It was raining and i was not looking forward to dropping off 4 huge boxes. Parking was easy at this location. The three young men at the counter were very polite, very helpful and very professional. UPS give Jairus, Gus and Joe a raise. Jairus was very kind and even helped me bring the boxes into the store. It was a quick 5 minute drop off instead of an ordeal i was dreading in the rain.Thank you UPS your have a loyal customer at this location for sure.

I am the first custom in this store today. I usually use the UPS around my home, but the service is ok. I return my AT&T equipment today. The staff is very nice, very polit and very professional. I will recommend my friends and neighbors to use the store.

I came here to drop off a package with several people in line ahead of me. I thought to myself, “I’m going to wait for awhile…” but to my surprise, Colleen, working by herself went through the 4-5 people ahead of me in less than 5 minutes! People were picking up mail, mailing boxes out, and even doing passport photos. Quickest and friendliest UPS customer service I’ve ever had! Huge kudos to Colleen! Give her a raise for being so efficient :)

This review is for Bobby and the crew at this store. Lately, I have noticed a big improvement with this stores customer service and wait time. After chatting with Bobby, I came to found out that this store is under new management and servicing changes have been made. The can do attitude and sense of urgency to get customers safely in and out is utterly even more important in the midst of this pandemic. Kudos to this amazing team!

Shipped two heavy boxes and had a great experience. The owner Mahedra was working and was really great guy to interact with. Prices were reasonable for a cross the country shipment. Id definitely come back here. Wonder if he made some changes based on other reviews. Hes also the only place open at 8am in the area, definitely customer oriented.

Ive been here a few times and Ive always been helped by Michael who is pleasant to work with. I think UPS is an expensive solution, but I have always had my packages arrive on time or early and never damaged. Also, it is nice you can just bring an unpackaged item and they will pack it for you, though there is a $10 custom pack fee.

Had to do an emergency power of attorney after hours, have it notarized and sent via overnight mail due to being out of town for work. Met the owner. He was extremely polite and helpful. Cost was a bit high, $50 ($40 overnight and $10 notary charge), but the store is top notch and it was well worth it.

Never been there before. Drop off a package today, I received worst service! The Indian customer service works over there, is extremely rude! Dont go there if you can.I drove 20 mins from work during lunch break to drop off a package. Because its drop off so I didnt bring my wallet. When I get there I found out the box isnt sealed. So I asked whether I could have 1 inch or shorter tape. However, the Indian guy work over there said I must pay for 1 dollar for that, otherwise, I need to come back later. Another customer also came over drop off stuff. He is so generous gave me 1 dollar without asking. I appreciate a lot. But the Indian customer service was so ridiculous, he also angry at that customer helped me out because he gave me 1 dollar. Extremely bad service!

I simply couldnt believe it. It was going to cost me nearly $30 to return something via UPS here. $6 for the box, $16.99 just to pack it, then an additional $5 to print out the return label. 25¢ per minute is fair but a $5 minimum is absurd. This experience was simply ridiculous. Its like they are trying to scare customers away. Go to another UPS. I did.

Very rude people. Everytime I ask for help, no one was helping. I used their computer for like 8 mins (I had my stopwatch set up) and the guy charge me for 3.00 twice. Be aware of what they are charging you because they add extra. I live in hickey blvd but I still drive to ups westborough (even same ownership) but the people there are way much much nicer! Excellent customer service in ups wesrborough unlike un ups hickey! -zero star for this branch!

Wow. I thought Id give this place a chance and I should have listened to the reviews. The gentleman does not listen, isnt aware of how UPS works and keeps saying hes a private business, hes pushy and tries to charge you for the strangest things, hostile, and sliiiiighty misogynist (I really dont like to throw that word around).Anyway, pass if you have questions or issues. If you just need to drop things off and leave, this place is suitable enough. Otherwise, pass.

Very bad experience!! The guy there was rude and knows nothing. I have some important documents to be delivered at San Francisco but they came back to me so I tried again but 2nd time also they came back to me. My docs never got delivered and I have to then use FedEx. I asked the guy so many times to tell me if I am missing something but they just took the money for delivery and the docs were never delivered. Wastage of time money. Never go to this place!!

I dont know if its only me or its the same for everybody. The Indian was extremely hostile to me. Once I returned a package. I put the label into a label bag and handed it to him. He said to me rudely, this is drop off only! and asked me to tear off the sticker. I was pissed off.The other day, I also went there for drop off. I didnt tape the box I was going to return. Then, the Indian old guy asked me to buy the tape from him. I said other UPS can do that for free. He again said, I dont know about others, here you need to buy tape. I was mad again.Friends, the only suggestion I have is never waste your time going there. Avoid at any cose. And for the Indian guy, go fxxk yourself.

** Under new management!As of October 2018, Bobby and Mohit (you may have seen them at the Westborough UPS Store) are running the place and its a much better experience than before. They are super friendly and the location is not as busy (yet), so I was able to ship my package very quickly.

I went to this store to ship a 9 lb comforter to Idaho. I am thinking that the price possibly cannot be more than $15 -$20 to ship this one item. To my horror I paid $92 ! This place lost a ups customer for life. I also will contact the corporate office to inform them of the extreme and utterly ridiculous price of which I and others had to pay at this store. Something needs to be done in this matter!

UPDATE JAN 2019I gave this location another shot, mainly because the new franchise owners are thoughtful enough to go through all of the hate mail on GMaps. If they care enough to do that, then they certainly care more about customer service than the previous operators. Confirmed by my trip today. Upgrading to 5/5 to help a small business out.-------------------Dropped off a package here the other day and - can confirm that theres a certain gentleman who works here and could be described as rude. Maybe something got lost in translation.Hey, my package got where it was supposed to go, so I cant complain too much.

The owner is very rude. He thinks because he knows everything he assumes so does all the customers. During my course of transaction with him I saw him talking to other customers too, he needs a lesson in civility in public behaviour and customer relations. Won’t recommend at all, there are plenty around.

I love this place theyre always so helpful Ive been really lucky I havent caught anybody on a bad day theyve never been rude the place is clean Im disabled and they let me bring my chair in so I can sit down or they let me use their chair thats in there and I really appreciate that. He wont give up an inch of tape, whereas all other UPS and Fedex stores will tape a box as courtesy. He hides the UPS envelopes behind the counter and plays dumb about their very existence in the hopes of selling you a Manila envelope. The very epitome of nickel and dime. Urgh.

Since THEY printed it using a computer, and that’s the cost of using it even though I didn’t even touched it, but only sent an email with my file attached.
