Mike the owner at this location has horrific customer service. The customer experience is not worth the the frustration. Ten out of do not recommend this location. Mike is extremely rude! No stars should be an option. One is way to high a star.

Terrible. Mike the location owner doesn’t know how to do the job. UPS used to be reliable when it came to shipping packages. Not here! Waste of time using this location.

Called ahead of my arrival letting them know I was going to be a couple minutes late before they close. Associate said it would be fine as long as I was doing a drop off. Got to the location literally two minutes before closing, said all there computers were off but yet they were able to help one more guest in the store. Not tripping if they couldn’t help me but don’t tell some one you are going to stay open then do the opposite. Do better.

I had one unpleasant experience here. I dropped a package here. The female clerk didnt let me weight it. The receipt said 0 pound. Two mouth later. Amazon contacted me ask for return. Then l was charged for something l already brought it back.

I left a note for a UPS driver to return a package to the sender because I was refusing it; however, the driver still delivered it so I brought it here to return it. They were willing to take the package but would not give me a receipt because they are doing me a favor. I was able to do the same refusal at an Arcadia UPS store and was able to get a receipt. The owner (who also owns the Monrovia store) and the associate told me to take it to the Arcadia store. So, I did take it to the Arcadia store and the store manager was able to come up with a solution that worked for me.

I’ve been sending packages out of this store for a while now and theyre always quick and helpful. Even when theyre busy theyre able to manage it all. Special thanks to Alejandra for helping me out today! Keep up the good work.

Have been coming to this UPS for some years now, they handle all of my mail and packages, the team is friendly and the owner is very hands on. Would recommend to anyone that has a business and needs professional mail handling.

Helpful and friendly! I had multiple complicated items items to ship, and they did the job with skill and efficiency. A little out of my way, but Id drive a few minutes extra to come back here.
