Working from home can be great, you dont have to get ready, deal with the traffic nor the everyday hustle. Working from home can be great, until your electronics FAIL!!! You have time sensitive docs, that have to be sent asap, GREAT! Thankful WE have Becky at The UPS Store Compton #7390 @ 1115 N Wilmington Ave. CPT. Not only did she save the day for me, she did it with a smile and an amazing sense of humor. That kind of customer service is whats missing today. What a breath of fresh air and funny too! I stopped by today for my shipping needs and was immediately greeted by Becky and Rose. Becky assisted me while Rose was assisting a client and preparing boxes. Now, I didnt have a return label, but Becky was gracious enough to help and take my recipients address to create one. Becky was attentive and informative about my package being shipped and when it would be delivered.As another Client enter the store, Rose was super helpful in helping out the other client with her shipping needs.Both are stand out employees. This establishment is lucky to have them; they are a dynamic duo.Thank you, Becky. And, keep up the good work, Rose.ps. Watch out for Rose, she likes to hog all the tape... lol

5/24/24 I needed papers to b printed out. My husband called here & Sirius said come in & they would help me. Ive been to many UPS stores but this one in particular is 10/10 a million thanks to Karla she provides exceptional customer service all the time. She makes me want to keep coming back for all my necessities, definitely spreading out the word to everyone I know to come here with Karla. She makes it less stressful and Im in and out the door in no time plus it makes the long drive worth it! I have a UPS store near me but this is the only one I will come to. I’m not one to write reviews at all but I had to let everyone know where is the place to come.

I appreciate the time and effort put in by all the workers there when I come in or my elderly Mother visit the store. However Becky the lady in the afternoon stands out so much because she is always so helpful everytime we go to the store. We are in the Southbay area however we travel just for returns and shipment to this store in particular because of the customer service there. Also one of the cleanest store weve ever visited. This is a very nice astablishment. I arrived at this UPS location a few minutes before closing, the door was locked and the associate signaled and said they were closed. The young lady came to the door and stated that their system was down, but there were two more customers inside. How is it they were able to help those customers and not me if I came before closing? I only needed to have my package scanned since it already had a label,the employee still refused me service knowing this information.
