This UPS branch has always been extremely helpful, kind, and passionate about assisting their customers! The staff is always attentive, informative and solution oriented. Recently Miriam assisted me with some shipping/returns I had issues with and let me just say, her service is unparalleled and genuinely welcoming! She really takes her time to connect, and personalizes the interaction to tailor your needs, not only as a customer but as a person. You can tell shes really there to help as best as she can!! Miriam is superlative to say the least; she is something special and deserves this review. Once again, thank you Miriam!

I almost don’t want to leave this review just to gatekeep, but this is hands down, the best UPS store I’ve ever been to. The staff is super friendly and I’m always in and out. Amazon returns are a breeze and they’re always helpful with packing/sending items. Huge thank you to the staff for making a seemingly inconsequential experience, a highlight of my to-do list.

Are you kidding me between JJ and Miriam? I felt like I was being carried on the clouds of Angels. They handled my issues. I was so stressed before I got in there and they basically made it as if I was doing everything right and they just literally took out of my hands and sent it. I stopped at this UPS store to return some items and I am not from the area I drive out here every Thursday to pick up my daughter . JJ greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, he helped me with all 4 packages I was returning and was very knowledgeable about everything ! EXCELLENT UPS STORE. I am close my local UPS STORE, but rather drive further for their genuine service. Service is impeccable and truly respectful to their customers. I go a lot and depend on my kids to drop stuff in the store sometimes. My kids love them and respect my little ones since I am handicap. A true community loving, family oriented facility. They have mail box rental, USPS, always offer to help, notary service, and printing if needed.

The La Habra-Harbor #5126 UPS store has the best customer service in Orange County. They also provide so many services with fair prices. Today, I utilized their shredding services. Based on their processes in place, I’m confident my confidential documents are secured and placed for shredding without compromise. I trust this UPS store more then any other store I have patroned in the past. I know call the Harbor Store #5126 my home store. Also, I need to give a shout out to today’s Employee named JJ. JJ greeted me with a smile, was very informative and went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. I really appreciated JJ’s genuine customer service. I came an into this UPS store the other day minutes before closing because I happened to be in the area and I had amazon packages to return. The two gentlemen that helped me were JJ and Jonathan. They were extra friendly and were also kind enough to give my daughter stickers. The UPS closer to our home is not as friendly as this one.

Needed to have a medical document notorized. Called a couple of places but they didnt have a notary available and didnt know when. Called the La Habra UPS on Harbor Bl and their recording stated they have a notary on staff M-F during regular business hours. Great! Drove over there and JJ was an absolute gem. I was in and out in 5 mins. Such friendly people and eager to help with whatever is needed. They actually have 4 notaries on staff, so this is the only place I will go now for notary services. Thanks JJ!!

I consider the store manager, Raquel, as top-of-the-scale standard of professionalism, dedication, supervisory expertise, as well as success-driven. Her Associate, Diego, exudes above-and-beyond attitude and commitment to his duties and assignments. And he displays tireless enthusiasm and selfless loyalty to his daily customers. Both Raquel and Diego possess inspiring work ethics and a level of people and communication skills, that are well beyond merely competent. Personally, I believe this UPS branch is the best in Southern California.

This is hands-down the best UPS store. They never not ship items. I am rest of sure that whatever I drop off that day will go out that day. The workers are so nice. They always help me carry boxes. I like this UPS store so much that I go out of my way to drop off boxes there even though it’s further than my closest UPS store.

I really want to send praise to a young man who works at The UPS Store 921 N Harbor Blvd, La Habra, CA 9063. David you out did yourself. You went way and beyond and what UPS company did on our insurance claim by denying it, you heard me and properly helped me reopen our claim and submited the proper photos and stayed on top of it. Because of you, we didnt lose out in our merchandise and got the money back for what TX UPS driver broke. Thank you.

Poor customer service. Will not return.1. I brought three items to ship via USPS priority mail. Note: I did call ahead of time with questions to verify they will be able to assist with my delivery needs. Each item was placed in its own large priority mail flat rate box. UPS store quoted me $30+ to ship per box via the postal service. Large priority mail flat rate box is $18 and change. I asked if that would include signature confirmation. UPS store said signature confirmation is not an option. I told the customer service rep his cost is outrageous. I asked him why I would pay such an inflated cost when its only $18 and change. I started asking myself where does all of that extra money go to. I told him Im just going to go to the post office and send it from there.I went to my local post office. Mailed out my items at the correct rate and I added signature confirmation as well.2. When I asked him if I can borrow his packing tape to finish up one box inside the store, he told me I can buy packing tape to use. All I wanted to do was seal up my box. Did not need a standard roll of packing tape.3. Following his suggestion, when I was about to purchase a roll of packing tape, the card machine does not read sliding your card. Only has a chip reader. My card does not have a chip and had no cash with me. His remedy, I should consider going elsewhere for my packing needs. Or at the least buy my packing materials at another merchant.At this point, Im so frustrated. I took my items and went home. As I said at the top of this review ... poor customer service. Will not revisit.

Service was excellent very professional very friendly they handle my transaction from A to Z made me copies bought envelope and they mailed it out for me. I will for sure go back there. Its a UPS (The UPS Store #5126) that is friendly to me, quick, and indiscriminate. Id like to share what Ive been through this time.Supplier incorrectly wrote the recipients address, so I changed the pick up address to local ups. I am planning to receive a total of 30 boxes, so I changed the address to 3 UPS stores by 10 boxes each. I am sorry to receive too many boxes in one place. I have requested 10 boxes each to the store at The UPS Store #6603 (17128 Clima) and The UPS Store #5098 (19745 E Clima). But the two UPS located in Colima refused to receive it, and I changed the address to UPS located in La Haba again, and I am also waiting for a kind servant. If you are serviced by UPS (The UPS Store #5126) located in La Habra, you can receive the service you want.
