I went to the UPS store early this morning because I needed a couple of documents notarized. When entering the store there was only one person in front of me. I waited approx 5 minutes for the representative to finish logging a spectrum device and completing another transaction. The UPS representative saw me at the counter with two documents and D/L displayed. He glanced over a couple of times and knew what I needed.While I was waiting on him a few more customers came into the store. It was obvious he was getting busy but still I was next. I waited 5 minutes for the previous customer. But no, the representative said I can’t notarize right now I am busy, come back at 11am. I asked a question and he ignored me and ask the next customer how can he help them. ( how does he know 11am would be less busy) hmmmI am a professional with 40 years in senior management at a Fortune 500 company. I teach and train on customer service and customer experience. This young man FAILED today. He was arrogant and rude. He embarrassed me and my race. Also, when I was leaving another customer said “ I couldn’t believe how he acted”I have contacted the corporate office and will be filing a complaint. He definitely needs some additional training.NOW - fast forward. I went down the street to another notary. I stood in line and her office started to get crowded. She asked me If I mind waiting while she helped customers with a small transactions. I said no problem. Then she apologized to the other customers regarding the wait time to notarize my documents.It was a HUGE difference in customer service and my experience.

This place is great. Ive been a customer for 7 years. I have all my business mail delivered here and have never had an issue. Every time I go in for a personal matter or to make an Amazon return, the staff is friendly and no packages have ever been lost. The owner is a good person and on top of his staff. I was shocked to see some of these other reviews here, but I think sometimes people conflate a problem that might be more specifically related to UPS in general with just this specific store, which is sad to see. From my perspective you can confidently do business with this location and have a great experience.

BEWARE!!! AVOID THIS STORE!!!!! I had two pieces of certified mail in my box and was never notified! Store MGR refuses accountability for not notifying me, even though him or his staff signed for it. When I called to close the account, and pay for the forwarding of my mail, store MGR had the opportunity to tell me at that time, but didn’t. He argued with me and never apologized or claimed accountability for his responsibility for not telling the truth. He even denied that I requested cancellation.Please avoid this store as his ethical practices and morals are questionable and very concerning!!!!

The guys that work there are great. I come in to scan, email, make copies so I decide to ship an envelope of documents from Southern California to Washington state..$12.41 to send a few papers and 5 days later it still hasnt arrived. NEVER shipping UPS. I should have read the 1.2 rating for UPS first.

I wish I could have left a 0. Even that would have been too much. I have used this location several times in the past and have experienced decent customer service. I went into the UPS store to have an important package delivered to my employer 30 minutes away. They indicated the package would be delivered on Friday which worked for me. I received a call on Friday indicating an issue with the delivery address. I wrote the correct address on the envelope, however the person who assisted me typed in the incorrect address. I was informed the package would be delivered on Saturday. Moving forward my employer is calling me looking for the status of the package to be delivered. When I called to check the status of the delivery, The UPS store indicated the package will be delivered on Monday. The employees the package were scheduled to be delivered to will be off shift until next Thursday. So I should expect to receive disciplinary action upon return to work next week. Therefore I am furious with the poor incompetent service that was rendered. I will never used this particular store again!!

DONT TRUST THIS PLACE! Had a IPhone shipped here, I was in a rush to get to work. Picked up the package everything in it but the phone. I knew I should have opened it right there (yes Im dumb) but I didnt think too much of it. There was even 2 different tapes used and a sticker over the tape. DONT GO HERE, THIEVES THAT WORK HERE.

They couldnt print a 1 page b&w word doc from my flashdrive on their scanner/printer, so they said they could just do it on the back computer for me. They did. Then charged me $3 for a file opening fee. Over $3 to print a single page. They told me it was store policy. Ive been to other UPS stores and its cost like $0.50 to print a single page.Plus neither had their masks fully on. One employee had it below the nose. The other kept taking it off when they went to the back then leisurely putting it on when they were standing in front of me. They werent rude, but it was clear neither of them wanted to be at work today.

It’s always nice to come here but I’m leaving this review today because I came to drop off some Amazon returns. As I started to exit my car, I saw that they were closing and it was already three minutes after the closing time. The employee who was locking the door saw me and I immediately told him that I could just come back another time. He insisted that I come in and make my return. Awesome!

We have an Ebay business and use this store frequently. I have called many times for a shipping quote and every time it is handled with patience, and expert service. We recently shipped a very costly item across the US. It was packaged with great care and arrived in perfect condition as was messaged to us from the buyer! Highly recommend this store! Both guys are wonderful, friendly and so helpful! I don’t have to think twice whether returning something or mailing a package. I have several other options but choose this location because of the men and women that work there.
