I’m usually leave reviews for outstanding business, this UPS branch is one of them! I use them for all my documents and packages for my business. Its feel like a family member serving you in every time I’m there. My P.O. Box is always available ( I have the key to the door) the store is clean 24/7 and never out of stock. If you want a service that feel like family that’s the one!

Excellent customer service all around. Mary assisted me today and I was just so grateful for her - esp. after two HORRIFIC run ins with the Van Nuys location. Thank you Mary and all the other staff who make coming here a breeze! From standard shipping, to Amazon returns, or even something as small as a sliver of tape - at this location sending out is easy and effortless! Phenomenal staff. Phenomenal service. I’ll definitely be back!

REVIEW OF NOTARY AT UPS STORE #6884 IN SHERMAN OAKS.If you need a document notarized, I highly recommend going to the Sherman Oaks UPS Store to see the notary, Matthew.Matthew knew the CA notary rules and regulations so well, that when he couldn’t officially stamp the document I had, because it did not have the proper CA notary wording on it, Matthew provided my company with The California All-Purpose Acknowledgment document that covered this, in order to get the job done.Thank you Matthew for your knowledge and professionalism. For the most part, all is decent at this store. However, the staff is constantly changing. From what several employees have said, it’s due to horrible pay, work schedules or “policies” around the store that seem unorthodox and make their jobs harder.If that didn’t affect us customers, I’d say 10

This UPS location is great... UPS MAIN Customer Service Number requires too much work to speak to an individual store location... I needed to ship some packages last week and the employee here was helpful and quick... But trying to call before I drove over there was a pain in the azz

They tried to charge me some arbitrary $10 fee to pick up a package that I had already paid to be shipped there. I hesitated since this fee was not disclosed when I made the purchase from the vendor. I already paid shipping and handling fees to the vendor. But this store thinks they can just add charges for whatever they like after the fact. I didnt pay it and got my package. Ive shipped to this location many times before but apparently now they are trying to scam people this way. I informed UPS that The UPS Store was doing this, but they didnt seem to care.

Parking is horrible, some of the workers unfriendly and lazy, they don’t like multitasking, I was Nicky asking if he can take me until the other man bringing his boxes inside. Even the other customer ask him to take me first. After that that worked were rude and unfriendly. I will never go back to that UPS store! Save your time! This is happens every time I’m using this store, no parking! Takes forever to find parking.

All the Sherman Oaks, on Ventura Blvd staff are friendly, helpful, and mostly all of them know me by my first name. I consider them my best staff for an excellent customer service experience.

I was in the Sherman Oaks area for work and needed to return many, many things to Amazon for the job. The returns were messy, going back to countless sellers with seemingly endless scan codes, each item with its own specific packaging needs. I was overwhelmed with how long it was going to take and how complicated my needs were going to be, that I would surely annoy both the employees and other customers with this tedious task. But i was met with the smiling face, patience, and kindness of Marion from Louisiana. He helped make my experience at UPS efficient and fun. He happily instructed me on how to use the self-return station, which was a breeze, and really helped to expedite the return process for items that didnt require to be packed by customer. Jay was also great, who helped me box multiple items, tape them up, print return labels, etc. And while it did, in fact, take quite a long time - until closing on a Friday evening - that time was very pleasantly spent with the knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely patient employees. I think they deserve a raise from their employer, Shlomo!(There is a parking lot with a few UPS dedicated spaces but know that its a bit of a tight squeeze.)

The UPS Store (15030 Ventura Blvd (Sherman Oaks) #6884 is staffed by an airhead brunette who was rude to the customers in front of me by ignoring then to wait on me. She then misinformed me and bold faced lied by telling my Student ID wasn’t valid for a second form of photo ID after my California ID. She was stupid and lacks skill at her job. Maybe it’s her age or lack of work ethic but a job worth doing is worth doing well. The UPS store further down the street towards Studio City at 13636 (#4165) received my business because they are properly trained. Otto and the staff were extremely knowledgeable about the UPS product and corporate policies. I recommend the drive down Ventura to the other location. It’s near Casa Vega and why spend your money on incompetence.

I dropped off a return for my employer here and was assured that everything was okay. I was even asked to write a review for their great service - Im almost glad I didnt!When the associate handed me the receipt, he let me know my tracking number was on there; it wasnt a receipt for my package. I followed the tracking number thinking it was mine and was so surprised when it said it had arrived in Pomona, CA when my package was meant to go to New Hampshire! I get in contact with Customer Service who talk me through it and help me realize I gave the store the label which for sure was for NH. I look at that tracking number and it says it has not yet been scanned - I was so surprised and even went into the store to ask if they had any packages that possibly had gotten looked over. They said no, there was nothing like that and if i was having any issues, I would need to speak to Customer Service again as they were the only ones who could help. I have gone back and forth with customer service for the last two and a half weeks, only for it to end up in the same place: my package was never scanned and there is not any real way to find my package at this point. This is beyond just disappointing.

A Busy and very efficient store and the Quality of Service from Christopher was so impressive that I had to write this review. He did a few Notary signings for me (on a Saturday! ~ and I couldnt find any place open for that until I found him). The store was clean, cool and actually very nice to be in. The service couldnt have been any better. They Thank people for coming in and even offered a water as you left. This is my go-to place and Id follow Christopher anywhere. You were truly of service, sir. Dont ever change. 5 stars, A+ rating. Wonderful.

Bustling, efficient store in a very busy and small shopping strip. I was warmly greeted almost immediately upon arrival. The associate stopped what she was doing and moved to an area where she would be able to assist me. On two occasions the associate needed assistance (it was her first day and she did great!) to process the transaction. Both times I was pleasantly surprised when a more seasoned employee immediately came over to patiently and professionally guide her seamlessly through the transaction. I didnt get the associates name, but she is the reason for the 5 star rating. What I witnessed was great customer service delivered with a smile, teamwork, mentorship and overall great management. Bravo, team!

It can be difficult to arrange shipments from across the country, but the constant, clear communication and excellent service made an easy experience. This is a great UPS location I actually drive further to hit this one because the 1 on Van nuys boulevard owner is horrific. This UPS for the most part is friendly helpful and gives great customer service. If theres A-line it generally goes pretty quickly. They also offer many great services its a great hub for Amazon returns and theres PO boxes. I highly recommend this location you just have to be patient in the parking lot.

Dropped off an amazon return and the package has shown on the way for 3 weeks now. It was lost in transit and the UPS store will not credit me the value of the package. Amazon rightfully is pointing the finger at UPS since they lost it. I tried filing a claim with UPS online but I cant do it since the label originated from amazon. Thank you So much for the really great packing job you guys did on our Sedona pottery vases. I’ve never seen such careful wrapping, and extra support added to help them make their way to Ct-but they arrived intact and beautiful. I ‘m afraid I didn’t think ahead to the fact that buying fragile goods in California could become a concern making it all the way to the east coast until I had bought them. A job extremely well done. Solid UPS store here. My go to spot and have never had an issue in my 3 years coming here. Parking is a nightmare though. Its small and tight on a busy street. But once you are in you can rest assured that they will handle things with care.

This location is terrible. I have been here twice now on weekends. The people that work seem to care less about helping the customers as I thought this was their job. Waited in line for over 20 minutes the female clerk is on her phone clearly talking with her friends and the one clerk who was wearing a trainee badge was super clueless. I will search for better locations at least until there is some improvement at this location. Really pathetic.

Tried to ship a package from this location on 3-34-2022, was about 10-15 minutes before closing time. A younger gentleman, who said that he just started working for UPS accepted the package, entered all the info in the computer (all that was done in matter of 2 minutes), but because I was insuring the package decided to get a confirmation from the other (apparently long time) employee that everything is done correctly. The lady (she said her name was Dalia) refused to accept the package claiming that if I am purchasing an extra insurance, I have to pay her to repackage the packed item. I specifically asked: perhaps you like to inspect, may be even open my packing to insure it is done properly? The answer was; No, you have to pay us to do the packaging if you are planning to insure it over $100, otherwise we will not accept the package.First, UPS/FedEx/UPSP/DHL have no such police, second this is coming pretty close to a rubbery. I just dont see any justification for paying her $30-40 for repacking a perfectly packed item. As always I had used a brand new box and I do perfect packing. I have filed a report with UPS already, and I really hope some disciplinary action will be taken by UPS to insure that this doesnt happen again.

I love this individually owned and operated UPS store. June 15th, according to California guidelines They lifted their mask mandate here. Common sense owner. They could’ve (if they wanted to ) kept us fearful and repressed afraid of life. But nope the owner is wonderful. THIS is the UPS store to support.Do not support the UPS at woodman and Ventura. There they want to keep everyone bandaged up for rest of our lives. Support people who support you.

My recently widowed mother and I had an appointment today for the services of a notary. My mother had made the appointment online and had driven 30 minutes from the West side. When we arrived, we were told that the notary was not there. The first clerk looked at us blankly. Brandon was kind, and eventually directed us to a store across the street with a notary. Brandon acknowledged that the UPS Store system allows customers to book notary appointments even for times that the notary is not there. The UPS Store staff does not contact these customers in advance to cancel or change their appointments. There are YELP reviews going back more than a few years for the SAME EXACT situation.At LA Postal Center across the street (15021 Ventura Blvd.) we learned that they frequently get customers who have gone to UPS Store for notary appointments made online, only to find out that there is no notary at the UPS Store at that time. Negin and Jaime at the LA Postal Center were great!! But the UPS Store should CORRECT THEIR FLAWED ONLINE APPOINTMENT SYSTEM FOR NOTARY SERVICES so that customers dont waste time coming in when the notary is not there! It reflects poor management and lack of concern for their customers or their customers time! LA Postal Center rocked!! The UPS Store sucked!! If the management cared, they would ask corporate to program their online appointment system so that it did not make appointments for when the notary was not there and/or they would call or email scheduled customers in advance to let them know that the notary would not be present.

Today 1/3 at 9:30am both employees refused to take 4 passport pictures because they were “overflowing” in boxes. If they told me they didn’t wanted to work would had made more sense. I ended up going to the other store in Ventura where they had more boxes however they took the photos.
