2024-05-16 19:36:17I wish i could give this store 0 stars! Absolutely rude!!! Unprofessional! And irresponsible staffs working here. I was there to get a service done and BRYSON! (Unbelievably RUDE and unprofessional ) told me that the priority goes to other people in line and he started saying you know what I don’t have for you to lecturing me in front of all other customers in store!! How on earth an employee talks to a customer that way! Your responsibility as an employee is to listen to a customer complains acknowledge it and find a solution. I tried calling the store to speak with manager! He answered the phone and pretended to be the store manager and mentioned his name is Bred? I would never go back to UPS and this store particularly! There are many different locations! Try anywhere but here. I’m not sure how dome people still has a job, my final word to the store manager/ owner, rethink your employee’s capabilities because people like BRYSON should be trained, coached, and learn customer service and never talk to people, customers that way.He “the store manager” told me you can do whatever you want, write reviews we do not care. You can see what type of customer service this place is providing.

2024-01-03 02:58:34I dont usually review places, and Im a millennial so Im not out here trying to be a Karen. I think people should know whats going on. This location is convenient for me, so Im around quite often, but the service isnt that great. The current manager is rude. Tonight she mocked me when I got mixed up about their shipping options and she treats the store like its her home. Ive walked in several times with her on her phone. She was helping me once while on the phone speaking her native language. She ended up speaking to me in her language by accident and had to repeat herself in English, then she got mad when she spoke to me in English and I didnt respond because I didnt know who she was talking to.

2022-11-20 00:35:07I recently began sending packages to this location due to the approaching holidays and the increase in porch pirates in our community. On a recent trip the package was delivered and seemed to be lost. The staff at the store took the time to painstakingly track down my package and no sooner than I had left my number and name to contact me when it was located, they called with good news. The staff is personable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. KUDOS GUYS!

2023-03-25 02:11:13Wouldn’t give me my mail . Was able to verify the same name with my ID . Worst place ever . Brice has the worst attitude. Anna is fake and will tell you anything to make herself feel good. This place needs to be shut down. Makes UPS look like a joke honestly.

2022-10-21 05:40:16Today I had my worse experience with UPS and my last stop was this location which made it even worse instead of making it any better. I had a very important package shipped to my mailing address requiring signature. I work full time and missed the package. According to the sticker I went to pick it up at ups pick up location and was not there. Then I went to this location and asked the lady for help to locate my package and she told me look it up in your phone whatever you see there I see in my computer. The question is if customers can do everything by their phone what are you getting paid for? Will try to use other carriers and avoid ups as much as possible.

2021-09-28 23:05:49Best customer serviceBrenden and Anna are the best!Branden is such a gentleman. He helped me with heavy boxes, taping, printing and labeling them without me even asking. I was so happy I forgot to pay for the labels!!! When I finally realized I haven’t paid for the label and called the store Anna picked up and said “don’t worry, it’s on the house this time.” I would give them more stars if I could. I had a great experience 👍👍

2022-08-16 05:16:17Dont expect American standard customer service at this location. Customer has ZERO value here. No conversation, they wont even say Hello to you. The long hair representative, doesnt count you as human. He would look away. He bangged my package on scale when I was leaving to make his negative behavior would transmit.
