Was pleased to find there was this convenient. Arrived at the store and found four people in line in front of me. The line moved quickly as the gal behind the counter seemed quite efficient and was very courteous. However, even though notary services are advertised, they were unavailable today. So, my advice for services at this location might be to call ahead first.

I will not return to this location again.Autumn was providing terrible customer service to the lady in front of me and even told her she would be better off using a usps and their flat rate priority mail box, the lady said she didntwant to use usps and that is why she is using Ups.Autumn was not pleasant.After 20 minutes of back and forth with that customer I left and returned at 1:pm.There was a placard that said she was out to lunch until 1:09pm, I asked the clerk at the market register what time did she leave, she said 45 minutes ago.I waited to the side about 40 feet away for her return.At 1:09pm Autumn returns with her drink as a young lady with a package walks up and I heard Autumn say that even though its 1:09pm( as stated on the placard as her return from lunch) she told the young lady that she cant help her for another 30 minutes as she needed more time for her lunch; Rudely I might add as she sipped her drink.The young lady left in angst as Autumn turned and sat down with her drink.At that point I realized that Autumn is a monument to what is wrong with customer service in a retail settings and went to a different ups store where i was taken very well care of.There is no excuse for her to be short, rude and unprofessional to customers at your ups store.

The employees at this branch are friendly and helpful. They can also manage more than one customer at a time which makes it easier and faster to get things done!

The person working in the store was very nice, even though the store was about to close. Its wonderful to have someone be so kind at this time of year and when the store is about to close!

The employees at this location, UPS Store inside Albertsons’ San Dimas, are VERY helpful, willing to go above and beyond job description. They always make sure you are satisfied above expectations NO MATTER WHAT! So very helpful. They ALWAYS greet you with a smile! This team, UPS, you did great!

Fast service, the staff are very friendly, the working place is always organized and clean, They are very professional and knowledge. I love that place,I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you, UPS, for job well done.

Save yourself the time and effort and use the UPS Store on Arrow Hwy next to Smart & Final. Went there today to send a package and envelope because of their location by the cleaners I use and was disappointed. The gal working said I couldn’t send the two items with my company account and had to go to Baldwin Park. I explained I use the other location down the street and then she said they can’t send using my company account because they don’t have the means due to being a smaller location. ??? Doesn’t make sense and so I came to the conclusion that this location employs people that have no clue on what they do. Scott and Denise Forrest need to hire people that have some knowledge on the concept of the business. Yes-This occurred in the Albertsons Store.Update-The store replied and said I have to open a separate account or print my own labels and have to visit a hub to do this because of fraud. Again, the person who replied obviously isn’t in the know as well. I send several packages of all sizes and weights from UPS Stores across the nation and this is the only one with this excuse. First they said they don’t have the paperwork for me to fill out now they say they do not due to fraud. So, which is it??

This place is a joke. They consistently close earlier than they’re supposed to. And wanted to charge me $1 to put a piece of tape on my envelope to mail it out. I’d rather pay for a package than $1 for a piece of tape haha. Save your time and go to an actual UPS store where they happily tape mail for no charge.

Ive been here over 10 times now. I’ve always had great customer service, employees are always ready to help out in anything i need done. Christine has helped me a couple times and is always extremely helpful and polite, with excellent customer service.

Apparently people can call out and nobody fills in for them here... Arrived during itssits specified business hours andiand supposed to be open but was told by a neighboring business that nobody showed up today. Umm.. Okay? Shouldnt there be anything in place for another employee or the manager to fill in?
