I called on the phone and versus the other UPS store in Aliso, Jacob answers right away and was very helpful. He double checked and tripled checked and even though I didn’t find my package, it was nice to have someone be on your side! Thanks Jacob!

I drove out of my way to use this specific UPS store due to the other great Google reviews. I had them ship my laptop cross country and I wanted to insure my laptop but in order to do get the delivery insured, UPS makes the customer use their packaging system which is a plastic film over a single cardboard backing. So they packed my laptop using this system without any other packaging within the delivery box. When I received my laptop from UPS delivery on the other side of the states, I COULD IMMEDIATELY FEEL MY LAPTOP SLIDING FROM SIDE TO SIDE WITHIN THE BOX. Im so disappointed with how this store handled my laptop delivery and how they handled my complaint of their handling. All they could say to me was the packaging system was defective and not that the employee who wrapped my laptop did so incorrectly. I wish they had respected my property better and am so disappointed with this store.

I’m so impressed! I brought in a very, large 150 year old, one-of-a-kind oil painting. Very rare and worth some bucks. I needed this carefully and precisely packed. Tony and the other exceptional employees took their time and expertise in creating a box to fit and hold the painting perfectly, then brilliantly shrink wrapped the entire box, so nothing could get inside to harm the painting. And then unexpectedly Tony loaded it our truck! Thank you all for doing such a perfect job!

Where do I begin!!!?? I am amazed by the customer experience I received here by Kian. It was my first time shipping something internationally and it was medicine for my dad so it was a big deal for me to get it right. Kian was so patient with me so I could figure things out with my dad overseas and he helped me out with finding the best price and options for me. He didn’t hesitate to change anything that had to be changed multiple times to make sure I am satisfied with everything before I shipped it out. Such a pleasant experience. Kian rocks!! Wish more places hire people like him. Thank you for having Kian on your team. Guys like him deserve a raise.

This UPS store is amazing! I have never been to a UPS store with better service, gentler handling, or even nicer employees! The young man who helped me out, Gabe, made my whole week with his good attitude and sunny demeanor! He even gave me directions to the Home Depot down the street since Im not a local. Keep up the good work Gabe and the rest of the UPS Aliso Viejo team!

I sell on eBay so I have to ship Something everyday. I work out of the house and the UPS store makes it easy for me. Whenever I have to ship something big or bullkey I take it to this UPS Store. I love all the employees that work here. They are always friendly and helpful. This makes the hard part easier. The guy helping me out went out of his way to do a very good job packaging my send outs.I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone shipping things everyday.

This UPS Store is honestly amazing. Every time that Ive been here, this UPS Store has taken care of me. Honestly, its just great going somewhere where you have a close relationship with the people and trust then with your items if your in a rush. When it comes to drop offs and paid for shipments, this UPS Store goes above and beyond.

This particular UPS store right on the border of Laguna Hills has provided me with some of the best service I’ve ever had any shipping center. Not only did they save me money on my shipping but every time I come into the store they greet me with a smile. It is hard to get that in this day and age they always are friendly and help me out.

I have had a mailbox at this store and have used the shipping and business services provided by this UPS Store for over a year. My experience in this industry began over twenty years ago and I have met well over five thousand retail shipping store owners and operators. The staff that runs this store is professional while managing to still be funny, good natured, thorough, and patient.When the store is busy someone always acknowledges me while I wait.This industry gives you three options: price, convenience, or service. Pick two. Which two are important to you? Me? I need convenience and service. If it were about price to me I would go and wait long lines for lesser service at the post office. You only get two. The post office gives you cheap, you get limited services (just theirs) and you wait in long lines for hopefully competent service from maybe nice people.At this store I get the full range of UPS and USPS services from very nice and often funny people who are competent and will pack too. They will fax and provide many other services. They will pack and ship while I get my Starbucks and the. I can come back and pay, or I can check my mail with my 24 hour access key.I think you get my point.For the price and the location and the number of services... How can the post office compete? As for other private shipping locations? I know a dozen within about 20 miles, I like this store. They are great!

Daniel was a big help in getting our packages delivered on time. I was happy he recommended the express saver because we were trying to get gifts out for the holidays to our relatives back east and we would’ve made a big mistake if we did not ask him for some of the better recommendations in shipping. This is one of the better locations since we have first moved to the area. There are not as many UPS stores as there aren’t Los Angeles so we are fortunate to come across this one.

These gentlemen on staff - UPS Lapaz are consistently attentive, customer service oriented, fast and friendly. Really enjoy using this location to ship eyewear to our customers. They are always the friendliest staff and help us with any questions we may have. I was actually spending a little more shipping with Fedex but I think we found a happy medium using this UPS store right by Laguna Hills. They also have a notary service that is very great to have as the next nearest notary seems to be pretty far away. Great Location and Great Service. Thank you guys

Been a customer at this location for several years. Have had notary work done, packages shipped and delivered there. Each transaction was handled by a nice, cordial and very professional employee that was eager to offer information and assistance. My experiences have always been great. I decided to purchase a box after my wonderful experiences there and continue to receive excellent service each visit.

Price Gouging. Getting insurance on shipping is a total scam.I was shipping a work laptop computer back to work and wanted to insure the shipment. The office manager told me it was their policy that they had to package the shipment in order to qualify for insurance. Ok, so they then proceed to package the item I had packaged in a larger box about 3 times the size of the original shipment. This seems purposely done to inflate the shipping costs. This is ultimately the companies problem because they did not send a prepaid packing slip for their computer but this is a pretty sleezy business from the UPS store. I do not plan on using UPS for any more shipping in the future - business or personal.

Walked in for a live scan and older lady that served me was completely useless. Was complaining about how the computer has to be plugged in to work then she wouldn’t accept anything but a driving license for the scan, when there are at least 10 other options for other forms of ID in their checklist. Not sure what her problem was but it wasn’t a good experience on my side …Lady needs some costumer service training!

Finally found the UPS Store for Laguna Hills. I have been trying hard to find one in the area and this one was the most convenient, best customer service and knowledgable staff. I dont use the post office anymore and glad that there is a UPS store close to my house. Daniel and Ellen were very helpful in getting my large packages to New York.

The UPS stores have never let me down. I have a hard time using Fedex due to some of their rates and policied with respect to signatures. Having a local UPS Store kind of takes me back to the old school when I used to come here with my parents. Cheap and Easy, you cant ask for much more than that.

Always walking out of here satisfied with the brief time it takes to handle all of my business and get the basic things done. I have to laminate badges and print docs often and their equipment is far superior to what we normally use at our office. This is the low key stationary that ia super efficient for getting things done.

I went in to have a print job done. I gave the friendly clerk behind the counter the USB memory card with my file on it. He kindly let me type in my password. Not 10 seconds later his boss (and the owner) was in front scolding the poor kid for letting me use the computer. I retrieved my memory stick and told the owner I would go someplace else where they are more friendly. He responded You should.Do not go there!

My number 1 shipping company for nearly everything. So done with fedex and their complicated website. I have found ups stores to be way less busy, more helpful and overall friendlier staff to say the least. This is the best place for almost any office or stationary type stuff. They even have an inhouse large printer which I didnt even know about. Pretty awesome.

Came out to visit a friend in Laguna Hills and had to ship a package back home. the service at this location is 20 times better that New York. Cali people are so much more friendly and helpful when it comes to this kind of stuff. The location was very close to my air bnb in Laguna Hills as surprisingly not many things in this area are walking distance. Thank you Daniel and Ellen. Very knowledgable people.

Printing and shipping is fully streamlined here and they have great AC. Hehe, nobody likes waiting in line with the heat as of late. Always convenient to have a store like this local to work and home as I tend to come here more than often.

Dont go here. Went in to drop off a prelabeled package. Asked the guy to tape the box shut, and he charged me a dollar for about 18 inches of packing tape. Every other ups store does this for free. What a way to rip off customers

As you can see the bad reviews are a year old and should be removed and or correct new staff new service . Lets them know you are unhappy and the owners will normally fit it.
