Business hours show that they are open on Saturday at 9am and yet here I am standing in front of a locked door on Saturday(Feb. 24th) at 9:30am. 2/24/24- There were several people waiting outside and in their cars. Many of them walked up to the door and pulled on the handle. Storefront was clearly unopened. Peered inside, nobody there, cage was still drawn down. I drove to the Fullerton location on YL Blvd. to take care of my return shipment.Updated comment 2/26/24- Thank you for your reply. I understand that an employee who may not show up on time for their shift may have been the cause of this (though I do not know). Perhaps I was too critical in my first review, above. I will say that in the past I have received prompt service from this location on multiple trips/transactions. Changed from 1 star to 4 stars.

The manager at this location is extremely disrespectful and very rude! I was there and an item in the wrong section and I explained that it should be given for the listed price and the manager began to yell at me and raise her voice. This lady has no customer service experience and she does not know how to treat people or communicate with them. Do not go to this ups store they do not know how to treat people

Returning Amazon items is so easy! This store is on my way home from work so its convenient. Theres not often a line and service has always been quick.

I hope I don’t butcher the name, HIS NAME IS MOSHI, HE IS RESPONSIBLE, RESPECTFUL, KIND AND GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME, always calls me ma’am, I am in pain and he helps me with getting what I need inside on my bad days. UPS is lucky to have such a good employee. Keep him, give him a raise ! I started coming here because my daughters school is close by so I would just drop off in the morning my husband‘s things well during the summer on the rare occasion there was something for me to take. I would drive all the way over here because of the service I really appreciate great customer service, and this employee is above and beyond that’s all I can say thank you so much for helping me on the days that my muscles aren’t up to par ( quite often ) thank you for doing it with a smile. I know a lot of adults that don’t make you feel great that you can’t do all of the things that other people can do and you are a young man with a great attitude I get it thank you I won’t forget it.

Been going there for years. Theres been different owners and employees. All of my packages have always arrived at their destinations on time. Employees are very nice and knowledgeable.

Employees name was Brian I believe, Im bad remembering names, red haired guy. He was very helpful, polite, and informative, even though he said he was still learning. It was very busy when I came by and they were short staffed I believe, but he handled it like a pro. I was impressed to the point I had to make a review for him, he went far above and beyond to help. Would give 6 stars if I could! 12/02/21

I was able to come in and speak with Michelle. I was in a bind and needed some things printed quickly. She was very knowledgeable but a bit overwhelmed. I watched as she helped other customers quickly and efficiently. I went in, emailed my documents, had them printed and stapled. I also had a set of brochures made with binding. It turned out a lot better than Id hoped. I will definitely be coming back in for other services.

Michelle is always great to work with. When I am looking for something specific in my mailbox she will take my call and hunt it down. Its great that the store gives you a key so you have 24/7 access if you have a mailbox. Cant say enough good things.

I was running late from work but still made it a few minutes before closing. The girl was pulling the sign in and saw me get my package out and walk toward her. She rushed inside and locked the door and it was still before 6pm by 2-3 minutes. Not cool. Too bad because I finally found this place near my home and I wont be going back there.

I walked in clerk made a face of disgust after seeing i was returning ATT equipment. Didnt say hello, just said account number!? After a couple of other customers walked in, said sorry systems down with a hippy smile. Just had bad feeling like she was lying. Told me to come back. I returned two hours later and asked if system was up. She said no, didnt even look. Told me to go to another store very rude.

Dropped off two ship port holes valued at $1600 to be shipped to my customer. Over 2 weeks later they did not ship items or even contact customer. Girl working counter acted like she was too busy to even be bothered. My customer filed a chargeback against me on eBay for non receipt. Girl working counter said she was waiting on owner who has not been to store in over two weeks to help her. This is a fiasco! What kind of business operation is this? Someone need to shut this place down.

Welcome to the only ups store known to man that only carries 2 employees at all times in the store and pays you an extra .50 cents to make up for the other 2 employees that should be there, asked 2 ups drivers if they’ve ever seen a ups store with only 2 employees and he said only this one and the other one in Yorba Linda (which she owns also), welcome to ups where Amazon returns are being put into melted bags because she doesn’t wanna spend extra money on bag sizes for all items like every other store, and where the A.C is set on 75 😂

I went in to ship my sons computer, monitor, speakers, and cables. To ship was well over $300.00 I was so surprised! I asked her why so much, she said its because of the boxes. Made no sense, did not go through itemized list of charges, no smile, no eye contact, terrible social skills! No hello, no good bye, thank you!! Terrible!!Will go to UPS in Brea from now on.

The store is generally fine. My complaint is that they often dont stay open until their posted closing time. Its frustrating to show up with 10 min to spare and being turned away, especially considering its a 5 sec transaction to simply drop off a package.
