I am a full time artist and have been shipping with this Missouri Flat location for many years. What a great staff they have. First, Tomi, the owner is always friendly and has a super great staff. I would like to point out that Mike, is one of the most noteworthy employees as he is always friendly, knows his stuff about all the shipping details anyone would run into. He is fast, and an expert at what he does. I always look forward to seeing him when I come in to ship, which, last year was over 235 times. Secondly, there are 3 other employees worth mentioning. Philly is a friendly person, helping all customers when they arrive. She also knows how stuff works in the store. Robert is also neat to work with and gets you in and out as quick as possible. The last is Sue...she is their part time sometimes, but I always like talking with her and she also knows the UPS protocol in and out... So, I really recommend this store...they open early during the week and are always there to help. Of course, the later in the day, the Safeway parking lot can get pretty full but that does not keep me away from seeing these great people to ship my wood sculpture. I will say, that from my experience with as many times as I have shipped with this store, I have seen how they work with all kinds of customers at all times in the day and it is impressive. I hope to continue to ship my work with them for many years to come....richard

Less than 1, both times Ive gone in the short dark haired woman has been extremely rude to me. She made me feel stupid. I usually dont use ups and instead of being helpful she was very demeaning. If at all possible I wont go back to this store.

We have been there 5 timesin the last couple of months. The one girl (dark hair)that works there is so rude, she has helped us 3 times and was rude each time. The other employees that have waited on us we very friendly and helpful.

LOVE Mike, he is a blessing for me! Best customer service ever!!!! He has great patience & kindness with helping his customers! I feel like he changed my life,,, regarding mailing packages & helped with documents, scanning & sending🙏🏼The other staff are great too! Everyone is friendly! So grateful for this store!💓💜❣️

Great service at this UPS location. I had an urgent request and Tomi - the manager I believe- was incredibly responsive and helpful. He took care of what I needed done quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure doing business here.

Place is usually pretty busy, but the staff work fast and are very helpful.Editing my original review: Just wanted to add some details about all of the complaints that most employees are not wearing masks. They do have very large plexiglass shields in place at each register. Seems like those alone are doing more than a cloth mask would (my opinion of course).

This review about the store and UPS in general. Stores are franchises, so the quality varies widely. This store itself is clean and neat, the staff is generally friendly and helpful, I would give the staff and store 3 or 4 stars. But prices are way too high, you can open an account easily with UPS and pay much less, or use the post office direct, and printing and similar services they offer are avail. much cheaper and better at officemax or many other local locations.The real issue is UPS as a company- if all goes well they get the package where its supposed to go on time -- but thats the minimum you expect.Short strokes, I left a next day air package with the store in plenty of time to go out that day. They apparently failed to get it out, so it didnt get to a UPS driver till the next day, so it got delivered late. Happens, BUT UPS has refused to offer a service guarantee.* Not good, not right, I did my part, they failed to do theirs.UPDATE after several months and much ridiculous hassle, I finally got a service refund. My review still stands.* This is one of many issues I have had over the years. If things dont go so well, late, lost, damaged, they are consistently a nightmare to deal with, I always dread having to communicate with them, as in getting a service guarantee, though damage/loss claims have gone smoother, just be sure to have thorough documentation. I am a mail order business so I do a LOT of shipping. Unfortunately theres just not a lot of alternative shipping choices, FedEx is only a little better and not too good in this area,I use the postal service whenever possible- they also screw up occasionally, but my experiences with damage and lost package claims has been very smooth with them. And as a percentage of packages sent, I have far fewer issues.

These people are absolutely lame, inconsiderate, and downright rude!They refused to ship a package across town because I did not have the the telephone number of the person I was shipping to. I told the clerk that I didnt have the number and why did they need it? Finally she asked the head jerk, I think the owner, if it would be OK to accept the package without the phone number and she said no! Upon leaving I informed the both jerks, and the only other customer in the store, that I was taking my package to the post office where they know how to take care of their customers.This is not my only disappointing visit to this store but it is indeed my last.Richard FultsPlacerville, CA

We have a mailbox at this UPS Store. All the folks that work here are great to work with. They also go above & beyond the call of duty. They once offered to deliver a shipment of refrigerated insulin for my MIL even though we live 15 miles away. You don’t get that kind of service down in the Bay Area.

This store is always way too busy. Only two registers, usually two people working, always at least a ten minute wait. Employees were very rude as well last few times I’ve been in. Act overworked and impatient with customers. The lady with brown hair also snapped at me for asking a question, so wasn’t exactly a great experience.

These guys work fast which is necessary due to how busy this location can get- they are friendly and professional, I take my Amazon purchases here for return when there is a order discrepancy or damaged item with ZERO hassle from this store! I do not understand all the negative reviews here, I believe it’s way way out of line!

Incompetent idiots. Wont take responsibility for THEIR mistake. I will NEVER use them when it counts. Management is just as terrible as staff. They need to go away. Post office in town is way more reliable. Waste of space. Dropped the ball and wont take accountability. Insulting. Beyond pissed, lied to my face twice!

I would give them NEGATIVE 100 stars if I had the option.VERY RUDE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SHOULD I SAY NO SERVICE, BAD SERVICE.I wanted to fax one page they said it would cost $2.50 to start and $1.50 per page.....I said why so much? they said they have the best and lowest prices around. and they charge a lot less than most other places. LIE LIE LIE. THIEVES, THIEVES. OVER PRICED!!!!!Office depot charges per page only no start charge of $2.50Stay away from this place OVER PRICE, BAD SERVICE.

Went there to return merchandise after a shipment from ups was left in the yard in a rainstorm. All the clerk could say was they are in no way affiliated with UPS and did his best to get me to leave. Extremly unhelpful and rude.
