I love how efficient the Amazon returns are at this location! Just scan your QR code at the self-checkout and give the package to the UPS staff.Navi and her team have created a welcoming environment, and I highly recommend using this UPS store for all your shipping needs!

Is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ive received in a long time. This UPS store TRULY knows what is means to be Customer oriented, great friendly, professional customer services with consistency. I used their shipping and packing services and the services were outstanding! It made me feel special to received such a great service. I highly recommend.

This UPS store amazing!!! They were very knowledgeable I returned my Amazon packages and asked for Notary services, it was done quite quickly. Also my friends were looking for fingerprinting live scan services and they have that too one stop shop. Thank you will come back for all my shipping needs. Five stars always ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The lady that works here is so rude. I came in to reject a package back to my customer who I did not authorize a return on. I explained to her that my customer taped together an old bag from some other order to ship her item back to me unauthorized. I wanted to reject the package, but even after hearing my situation she absolutely refused because the package was taped shut and was so rude saying “you should have rejected it upon delivery”. I explained to her that they left it, didn’t knock or ring my doorbell and she said it’s not her problem. She absolutely refused and refused to have a kind ear to even consider the situation I am in in refusing this package. I even offered to show her messages between the customer and myself and she flat out refused.This business just opened, and I was so happy to find it right down the street. I’ve been a customer four times so far at this location and I ship out 8000 packages a year. After being treated like this by this lady, I’m not returning. Customer care is garbage here.

I sent my document it came through pretty quickly. The staff gave a me a better recommendation to save a bitnof cash but still get almost the same level of service.It is always good to have a staff member give recommendation. Advocating for their customer is always great news!

Tha UPS STORE never disappoints me. I always feel welcome. The best of all is that every time I enter and have questions they answer them in detail and clearly. Best part of is is that the employees are always happy!!! My to go place to print, copies, shipping is the UPS STORE!!!

My experience here was an Amazon return. It was simple and fast. That scanned a bar code from my Amazon return email. I set the product to be returned on the counter. They issued me a receipt and I was a happy camper. No worries. Thank you.

Ive never had a better customer service experience. Navjeet is very helpful and professional. I am thankful for Navjeet at UPS. Navjeet always goes above and beyond what I expect. I even ordered a sign for my business from her and she did an awesome job at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much Navjeet & her staff. Ill be using her again in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I just walked into the brand new UPS Store @ 2445 Geer Road in a panic about a PDF file that I didn’t to turn into a Word document for my resume.I cannot express enough how much I could not believe what a stunning new business this is. Just did a gorgeous job on architecture.It was Sunday and couldn’t believe they were open. It is a family owned business by Surjit and his wife Navjeet MalhiSurjit saw how anxious I was and he is the nicest man and calmed me down and fixed my resume in 2 secondsWhile there people were coming in for passport photos•Live Scans•Notary documents•and picking up mail from their UPS mailboxes. They also have a super wide copier for Contracters and architect plans.Go check out this amazing beautiful new store in Turlock right next to Yonan’s Jewelers.They offer so much more and they are truly the nicest most efficient couple I have ever met and do whatever it takes to make their customers happy

I showed up at noon and had to wait an hour for the lady to come back from lunch. When she finally got back she refused to help on a false technicality, I think she assumed I didnt know any better and never had this done before. Went somewhere else 5min away and got everything done no problem. Huge waste of time. One of the ladies was very nice, but the blonde notary with glasses caused me a major inconvenience and I was already stressed out.
