2024-01-06 19:59:30I brought an Amazon return to this store and was quite pleased with the service and location.First, the service was quick and professional. Secondly the location is perfectly located in the corner unit of the shopping center and this makes for easy access.Thirdly, the location is well maintained and has boxes, tapes and miscellaneous supplies that may be needed.This store is well staffed with courteous employees.I will continue to use this location in the future especially since the staff is so efficient and the store is so easily accessible .

2024-02-27 01:50:10This is second time happened to me at this store !First, I just move in to this area.Second, the UPS sent my packages to this location for only one deliver attempt.Third, the Indian manager not allow me to pick up my packages because my ID address hasnt change to the current address yet even I proof my water statement. he is not even look at itFourth, The Indian manager and kerchief lady gave me a weird laugh and said : you are not going bring your package back today ! I feel very insulting and being discriminate when I visit this location ! I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN !

2024-03-20 02:43:45I came to the store at the busy time of day around 5:00 and they were so kind and took Extra Care to help me download my document that I needed to print not knowing a darn thing that I needed to do.Shahid was so patient and helpful with me I truly appreciate the time they took to help me out.

2022-12-12 16:47:51This is my local UPS store, not sure why it only has 3 stars because I’ve never had a problem with the staff or service and I drop off packages on a weekly basis. From what I’ve experienced and seen, the store owner or manager is always helpful and going above and beyond to help me and others get their packages taped and shipped efficiently. I appreciate this location very much!

2021-09-07 15:28:41No matter how busy this store gets, (and it does get bust once in awhile) I have always been treated as if I matter and that my business is important. I love having this service right here in the neighborhood where it is never inconvenient to go. Ive used several UPS Stores out and about and find this location to be the best in customer service. I highly recommend them.

2022-10-20 13:19:19I handed the store an Amazon package since Oct 14. I got a receipt from the store. Until today, Oct 20, the return statues still stay the same. Return package heading back. Amazon still not received the package. Amazon told me that they only know the package was scanned by the store to register. Now, I have to wait for 30 days in order to get my refund. A cellular phone that I got it from Amazon in 2 days after purchased. But almost 7 days after dropped off from the store, Amazon still did not receive it. I will be think twice to put my trust on this store.

2022-05-19 17:52:16This has by far been the worst experience at a UPS Store Ive ever had. After setting up 2 business mailboxes with this location, Robert and his staff have constantly given us incorrect information, provided terrible customer service, and created unnecessary work for our business.Nothing is allowed to be handled over the phone. We cannot put corporate payment methods on-file, but rather the individuals must pay IN-PERSON with their personal cards.They also required unreasonable requests for the corporation to have their person home address registered with the state under the business name, leaving no privacy and protection for the business owners.More importantly, Robert and his staff have been very rude and unwilling to provide basic customer service to treat his customers like decent human beings.Again, by far to most unprofessional mailbox experience Ive had in my entire professional career.Please do yourself a favor and go to another UPS Store.
