Best UPS out there! I dont typically write reviews and usually my UPS visits are uneventful, but wanted to quickly shoutout JP. I went to a different UPS the other day to get my fingerprints done and the scanner wouldnt read my fingerprints properly because apparently my fingers had too much moisture - the other store offered little help while I tried for half an hour before giving up. I decided to try out this UPS the next morning instead and immediately JP took me to the scanner and personally helped me and gave tips on how to get it to work with ease. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Ill definitely be returning here anytime I need a UPS. Thanks JP and team!

The service at the UPS Store on Whipple was disappointing. The staff member had a bad attitude from the moment I entered, especially since I wasnt making a purchase. When I inquired about the required documentation for international shipping, she was dismissive and interruptive. As a result, I took my package to a different store where they provided excellent assistance. Its best to avoid this location to prevent having a negative experience.The lady in question is in the picture

Had the pleasure of having Evelyn help me with my return and she was simply amazing!! I’ve never experienced a UPS worker who was as kind, pleasant and wanted to connect with her customers as her. She is super efficient at her job but at the same time very personable and makes her customers feel special and valued. That’s really hard to do in such a quick transaction but she does it. I hope I have the pleasure of being helped by her again. This location is out of my way but this is the only location I will go to now.Thank you for your kindness and help Evelyn!

I found this UPS store in Hayward online for an important errand I needed to take care of, and I am completely satisfied of the outcome. I made a call prior to my arrival, and spoke with Evelyn over the phone for confirmation. Evelyn and team knew exactly who I was at the time of arrival, and made sure that I was taken care of the best way possible from beginning to end. So happy that this location opened near an errand hotspot AKA across the street from Target! Every time I have go to the UPS at other locations, I always felt weird or somewhat embarrassed because I had to return 10 things and I would take a while trying finding my Amazon QR codes. Not this place! The employees are so welcoming, warm and patient — making the experience not feel like an annoying errand or a burden to them. They are fast and you’re in & out in minutes, even if you’re returning a bunch of things! I believe it’s independently owned so go and support :)

Evelyn is such a very nice and super approachable lady. She actually approached me first! The store also appears new and very clean! My Amazon package return process went smooth. I did not have shipping packages with me anymore but Evelyn went beyond her duties to find me the right ones and made sure all documents are in place. I was a little worried when my normal UPS shop closed. But then in looking, I’d seen that they’d opened a new place not too far away from where I originally was going. I have been in there several times over the past few months and when I go in, the staff is always very friendly. Sometimes I have to wait and even then it’s not very long. I think when you could walk into a place and get a smile these days it says something about the business. I will continue to frequent that place as often as needed, sometimes a smile can make a big difference.

Not an exaggeration - I actually go out of my way to come to this location, even though there are two other UPS stores closer to me. The employees are always friendly, extremely efficient, and willing to go out of their way to help you. Sometimes I save up as many as 6-12 Amazon returns (which all need to be scanned and boxed individually) to drop off at once, and these guys take care of everything quickly while still multitasking with other customers to make sure the line doesnt build up behind me.

This is going to be our new go-to store for all of our business shipping needs through out the week. It is conveniently located (a couple of minutes from our store) and there is plenty of parking spaces close by. The customer service has been exceptional! From our experiences so far, any person by the service desk has been informative and very friendly! We had an amazing experience at this location a couple of weeks back (5/27). We came in at 4:15 when the store had closed and the doors were locked.
