Joshua is amazing! We have been coming to this UPS store for our mailbox rental for over ten years dating back to their other location a few doors down. We have always had the best service of kind, caring people who go the extra mile for us. Well, ten years later, this owner is still hiring the best as Joshua was absolutely a sweetheart to me and I just want to comment on it. It was about ten minutes after 7 on Friday night and I thought for sure I missed my opportunity to drop off an Amazon return. So my plan was to just check my PO Box. Then I noticed the workers were still there including Joshua. He had already closed his register and I really didn’t want to be a pain and bug him after hours, but he reached out to me as I checked my box and said, “Are you trying to send something to a person you’ve mailed to before?” I think this is because he could retrieve the labeling information after hours. I told him I was trying to send a package to Amazon and he said, “Oh sure I can help you.” So very nice of him after closing, but then I couldn’t find the return label and he literally dropped what he was doing and spent time helping me access the return code from an app on my phone. He then graciously handled the return and packaged it for me. I’m 55 years old, and I have never seen such an amazing worker with such a kind, positive attitude. Thank you owner for hiring such a gem like Joshua!

As ups employees may just need to scan boxes and give receipts. They need more education on filing claims or helping customers with issues with deliveries. Im a bit confused why a human is there if they can not discuss steps for resolution. They told me they cant help me without hardly allowing my description of what happened leaving my lips. Then told me to just call UPS customer service. Which should be a final solution after employees attempt to find someone who does know what to do in various situations. Not a fan of this location as other locations employees assist the customer with more attention.(with response to ups responding: If the UPS name is on the store, a better representation of the company by maintaining employee training will help. There should be a thorough assessment of employments knowledge, otherwise the storefront should say Shipping store that included UPS and others

Great store! Fantastic staff! Special thanks to Joshua and the team at this Redondo UPS location. Joshua and the staff helped pack and ship multiple large art pieces I had to send across country. Joshua and the UPS staff were patient, packing each item meticulously. They truly went the extra mile to help me with all my details. Thank you so much!

Horrible experience! My father just passed in November and I had custom made christmas ornaments for my 3 sisters sent so they would get them before Christmas. I told the employee #199408( Young lady dark hair wears glasses) that I wanted to overnight my sisters gift who lives in Spain overnight. I asked her she said that could be done. I paid over $150 to send that to her. Now it shows she wont get it on time because now supposedly the person at UPS said they dont over overnight shipping to Spain. If this employee who helped me would of said that instead of giving me false information I would of went somewhere else. I feel like it got bait and switched. When I called and talked to another employee at this location he said she should of not said that it could be done. This store needs to knowledge this employee so she doesnt mislead and give false information. Do not go to this location. The person I was talking to also hung up on me.

I have used this UPS store over 50 times, mostly business packages and amazon returns. The staff are very kind and helpful, but the woman in charge, Sandra (I am not sure if she is the owner), is truly exceptional. She has gone out of her way to help me many times, and this past week she searched all the outgoing packages to track down something that I had packaged wrong. It was a lot of extra work for her, but she did it anyway and it truly made a huge difference for my business. I thanked her profusely but I cant stress enough that the people here work hard and do an exceptional job.I have had problems with UPS, Fedex, and USPS- some of the customers are complaining about general problems with UPS, not this store... or they are complaining about unanswered emails- obviously that is not the way to contact a brick and mortar store- they have a phone or you can go in and ask for help.

Notary wont help people for 2 hours in the middle of the day for his unscheduled break - I called on Friday about using the notary. Between 2-4 if they arent busy he can take a break. I was like ok but we want to come in then so you would be busy and he still refused. Not sure what the deal is with these Notaries at UPS but refusing to help people so you can take a two hour break because you arent busy makes no sense to me. This was August 12th 2022 at 2PM.
