My experience at Salinas Nob Hill #6839 was excellent. I was having trouble getting my QR code to come up on my phone and the Clerk took her time to help me out. I highly recommend this site for all of your UPS services.

I was a little nervous about shipping $400 in xmas presents. Ups provided me with a tracking number, which once activated, I was able to share with the recipient. We were both notified via texts, the expected delivery date, as well as package delivered. Eliminated any guess work, and minimized the possibility of theft. Excellent customer service, highly recommend...👍👍

I highly recommend this store in the Mesa area. I especially want to thank Shy and recommend her for management. She is always prompt, professional, and friendly. She also explains things in detail when I failed to understand a certain process. Definitely coming back and recommending to all my friends that have small businesses and friends that need to use UPS services often. Thank you store #1320!

Opened up a PO Box there several years ago and having this location inside nob hill has made it so convenient. My wife and i go there all the time, as in this scamdemic we ship alot. All the staff know us and especially one of them knows our schedule so much so that as we walk up if there are no other customers she is already bringing out to give it to us. Her Customer service is awsome! Thank you.

Briana took excellent care of me and my expensive Art work being shipped to the UK. She was professional and patient with me. Briana listened to all my questions and concerns and handled my packages with care. I give her 10 stars and the other two employees were amazing too. They handled the customers so Briana could focus on my shipment. Great job!

Just really disappointed with this UPS. Did a nike return like ones Ive done in the past and had no issues. Came to return a pair of shoes through the nike app and got charged for the box to ship it in. The time before they didnt charge me for anything, girl boxed it up in front of me and I was on my way no problem. Not this time I guess. Anyways got charged $8 for a box lol. I understand the rules but make sure all of your employees know how to do the job correctly.

Well, The sign says they open at 8am and it’s 8:30am. Not helpful! They are run separately from Nob Hill so Nob Hill could not help solve the problem...

Fairly rude people that work there. Somewhat clueless on Amazon returns. Charged for tape and packaging for packaging for Amazon Return. Girl and guy snotty about helping.

They charge $1 for Amazon returns even though Amazon lists them as free return site.
